- App never allows me to scan the barcode at the bottom to collect points, so I always have to enter the barcode number manually.
- App doesn’t allow the option for you to pick up your online order through the drive-thru, only curbside and in-store pickup.
- App doesn’t allow you to purchase alcohol by itself or even view what types of alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
- All food items don’t show up under the “Food and Alcohol” section, which makes it impossible to order certain foods and alcoholic beverages together.
I live in Albuquerque NM I like using the app but when I look for locations it thinks I’m in El Paso Texas. I uninstalled and reinstalled it still gives me the El Paso TX locations. I never had this problem before. Am I able to fix this?
No matter which location I choose, I keep getting an error message that says TC #(STORE NUMBER) is currently closed or your order cannot be prepared before closing time!" I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and keep getting the same B.S. 🤬🤬🤬
The app keeps trying to connect to the Internet and it won’t ever let me log in for about a good two years
