Get Pricing Info for Inspire BrandsI was recently at a Taco Johns in sioux City Iowa, on Gorden Drive. I was very dissatisfied with the service . and the food that I got. I paid over 20 dollars for 2 meals . and I ordered a super nacho. My food looked awful, I could not even eat it, When I said something to the older lady that was working there. she just said thats the way it lookes. I usually go to the Taco Johns on singing hills Dr . in Sioux City.and have always had very good service. I always order the super nacho. and it has always looked wonderful. But not on gorden Dr. I dont know what they are doing there. but doesn't look good for the customers. Please check this place out. It is not good for the Taco Johns name, Thanks Patti Pranschke. Whatever happened or changed this app it’s not working the way it used to. I get notifications about offers but open the app and all it says is there are no offers. Old app was easier to use and better. Even when it updated I had to go through the trouble of downloading it and redoing everything again because it magically disappeared off of my phone. Whatever it is nothing works anymore. I’m signed into it. I’m just so disappointed in this new update or upgrade or whatever you did. Don’t like it and it’s not working the way it used to. Also the app has a bunch of history of offering me deals. But they don’t appear. It’s super disappointing. update! Still not working. Probably just going to delete this app. Waste of space to have it on my phone when it’s just not going to give me the deals that are sent by notifications. Ridiculous. Fix this! whatever it is it’s a garbage app. Never used to be ! Used to love this app. Now it’s trash

Says “Bringing up account” and never goes to any other screen. Plus it would not pull up several times in the past or goofed up on scan. As a result got cheated several times on loyalty rewards.
As of May 2020, it keeps saying I am not connected to the Internet. Seems strange since I have unlimited data on my phone and that all my other apps are working fine with the Internet using my phone. If you are requiring it to be hooked up to WiFi, that is not wise. That would mean I have a limited time to get to some place that has WiFi area verses using the unlimited data on my phone.
Since I have had problems with this app for the past year of not being able to bring up an account or failing to scan for rewards, I give i up. I have lost rewards.

Not sure why but this app now makes you “check in” when you arrive to Taco Johns through the drive-thru — otherwise they can’t see your order. The extra step is annoying.
Now when you order an Ole you have to select a level of seasoning — otherwise you don’t get any! The default is nothing!
Today I selected a location to pick up from. When I selected check-in, somehow the location was changed to a difficult to get to location. I hit “cancel order,” and the app told me to call that location. I called them, and they couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order, so I had to take a longer lunch just to pick it up. Oh, and they left out the included taco in the combo.
