I’m troubled with login problems every single time. Is it still need to send sms to login?
Don’t developers have any other login method.
When i start use OK, i have to fill my information with myanmar keyboard and Myanmar language. Problem is I registered my password with myanmar number after I registered I try to login and there is a big problem when i type password the keyboard that come out is English keyboard and I can’t change due to default keyboard for password type. This is so bad 👎👎👎

Every top up transfer make screenshot and if turned off service in settings it crashes...and log in to refresh from OK is a bloody hell of pattern in ios unlock...and others etc. shxt u guys really do need improve OK
when I recharge the bill to a phone number of my contact, getting the problem that can't appear exactly which these contact get two number
OK should make log in system with any compatible handsets. If device fingerprint system has error , it wont log in anymore. Thats the big problem for OK for the future.
In this 1.21 version, In TopUp for other number, when we load the contact from our phone, if a contact name has several numbers in it, it can just load only first number and it’s also added one more “0” at beginning. The earlier version was fine for this process.
I wanted to buy gift card, deposit and start to buy, it failed, and again and again it only showed failed. Only money deposit is available and fail to use really intended service. What a waste to my MPU transaction fee and withdraw fee. Not recommended to use. If there is minus rating, i will give you that rating.
It is an extremely badly designed app both for the look and feel, user experience and performance. It also asks too many private information which is not necessary to run such payment app. Red flag!
OK always make me unhappy. I’ve filled MMK 3000. After one week, I can’t buy train ticket. It said the data #### when I choose my start location.
According to fix this error, uninstall and install again OK. It said Password is invalid but my phone number and password are correct.
I don’t want to tell about many errors which are still in OK.
i put .,?$& etc sing to my password and i can not log in to my account right after the registration
Every time I open the apps it always override the brightness setting. Apps automatically increase the brightness which I don’t need. It’s kind of bugging me because I always have to re-adjust the brightness back to where it was!
Overall it has lots of functions unlike other pay apps but please take care of your bad user interface. Simplify the process.
