This app has not work for 2weeks i have up date like it and done what cUSTOMER SEVICE and it still does not work and I just updated it again and it’s not working still

I have tried logging into my account multiple times but my number has quite working and when I try to log in and reset the password it says my account is forbidden I haven’t been able to access my number/acc for 3 months

Can't log into app. "hmm....It doesn't appear you are connected to the internet." I try to login to the website and get this error "403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2"

I've been trying to log in on both the app and the website and I'm still receiving "unable to connect to server". There's nothing wrong with my connection settings either.

Has Kum& Go changed the way you can accumulate rewards towards fuel. After the update we no longer get an accumulation of money off the price of a gallon of gas. We can only get 10 cents per gal of gas. Is this a policy change or is the app messed up after update thank you

App starts to come up, says ‘Oh no! There was a problem, please try again.’ No idea what the issue is, all connections and apps working properly
