I stopped at the Kum and Go down the street from my house on my way to work this morning, to use my .20 off per gallon reward that I had received through KumGo . However, when I got there, and used my reward and started pumping, I realized the gas pumps were pumping gas EXTREMELY SLOW. They were pumping at a rate of maybe a gallon per 15 mins. So I was only able to pump I believe 4 gallons? Which was disappointing for my one time use of my reward. The pace of the gas pumps also made me late for work waiting to at least receive a couple of gallons to make use of my reward worth it. If not for the reward, I would have went somewhere else for gas when realizing that the gas pumps were having issues. If I had known that the pumps were having issues before hand, I would not have wasted my reward or time this morning. I’m just overall very frustrated with my experience at Kum and Go this morning, and disappointed with my use of my reward.

I’ve been looking for an alternative way to pay for my gas without inserting my physical credit and debit cards into the pump reader and KumGo offers a great stop gap until all gas stations offer Apple Pay at the pump! I’ve use it three times at two different locations and it has worked flawlessly each time and quickly. Best part is I can pay with Apple Pay and still earn rewards which I happily redeemed today saving 25c a gallon, Nice!

One feature I’d like to see added is Apple Wallet support.

Love KumGo ! The ability to see my reward points and how many until my next reward is great. The offers aren't as relevant me as they were last year and prior. I wish they changed more often and were more relevant to my previous purchases. I do like that the staff remind me to put in my reward number or they can scan my phone. I do not have troubles with the birthday rewards. Since I go to the same store most mornings, I said something about them and they just told me to go get a free drink. The bday reward did finally show up about a week before my birthday this year. Odd since they usually show up the entire bday month. I would recommend KumGo!

.... if KumGo hasn’t been working properly (since the last update,) delete KumGo and it’s data, reinstall it, and then log back in as you normally would.... it should work like it’s supposed to. Since KumGo stores info on the server, you won’t lose anything during this simple process. App Fantastic!

Thank you for updating your app to fix some issues. Face ID and keeping it signed in after updates is a great fix. The last two updates however have not worked or crashed KumGo . I had to Uninstall/reinstall twice after the last two updates and works great now. Thank you for fixing the selecting of the reward so it doesn't accidentally change. I really wish it would let you pick the reward after the 250 points are accumulated to let me decide what reward I want at the time of purchase like how the birthday rewards work. Keep up the good work. It gets better each time.

So I used KumGo whenever I go to the store and I can either scan by phone or swipe my card. It works really well whenever I use it and on my birthday I got a free item after entering my birthday on my account. I really like KumGo and collecting points is a breeze

I used to use the Kum & Go app (a few years back) but stopped using it when I started receiving constant pop up error messages over a year ago. I re-downloaded KumGo today hoping it had been fixed, but no luck. I cannot edit any of my information or do anything within KumGo without continuing to receive an error message with every button I click on the screen. I will go back to using apps from other gas stations since they actually work.

Very pleasant staff, delicious hot food and cold beverages. There is gas at the pump and coffee in the lobby. I take mine with half and half. If there were little trays that would hold a couple of slices of pizza that would be a plus. The staff, though; they deserve a solid shout out for positive and helpful attitudes.

I use my card daily and the rewards are good, point total could be a little lower to get them faster but still good. App needs some work though. Mine is stuck on a reward and I can’t get past it. Been like that for almost a month now and I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing works. Time for an update then it’ll be 5 stars.

KumGo works fine, but be sure to memorize your login. Whenever it updates, it all disappears, so you have to re-login. Asking to have a password re-set sent doesn’t work or doesn’t work fast; it’s been 2hours since I made the request. Pffffft!

I loved Kum and go rewards because it let me get points for all the gas I have to buy. I was 27 points away from getting 10 cents off per gallon of gas and my account was completely wiped. I was unable to login because it said my account didn’t exist anymore and when I tried making a new one it said my email was already in use. Really? All of a sudden I got an email for my account saying I had a balance of 7 points and now those 7 points are gone too. 🙄

Just used KumGo and it’s worked great no issues, going to recommend to friends and family to set up.

Works fine when it loads and when you get your points for expensive gas it can be worth it. But if you’re expecting your birthday rewards to work don’t hold your breath. You can even show the associate that you have the reward and you still won’t get it. Otherwise when it loads it works.

You can always scan to get your rewards, but their app is no longer able to load available offers. I don’t know if this is with the last update, but no matter what source I use to access it, I get a “Network Error”. App is incredibly slow otherwise, as well. Giving this review in hopes you see & fix it, not to scare anyone away from it!

KumGo was mediocre when it was working but for over 6 months now I get an error saying to try again later every time I attempt to sign in. I’ve tried creating a new account; I fill the entire form out & then get the same error. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling multiple times & still have the same issue.

I got a new phone and downloaded KumGo and for a month when I would open my app it would say that I need to login when I was clearly already login. I deleted KumGo and re-downloaded KumGo and now I can’t log in and I can’t register either?? Not sure how to fix this

I forgot my password to my app so I click I forgot my password and It asks for my email which I entered, and I open my email and when I click on the link it just shows that I have KumGo and nothing else. I click that and it just opens my app and no reset for the password. Companies really should start paying developers more so things get done right.

I really appreciate KumGo on cold days. Now I can pay and turn on the pump inside my car as to limit my outdoor exposure. Which is very helpful on a cold and windy North Dakota day.

KumGo seems to be stuck in a login despite showing points earned through end of August. Can’t log out or log in. Very frustrating. Still get my points when entering my phone number at counter or pump. Needs an update to clean out the bugs.

I like KumGo but I have 100 other passwords n every time I want to check my app I’m logged out biggest pet peeve in the world plus the password has to be more secure than the president log in to the nuclear center I wish it would keep me logged in or simpler password options I mean it’s not like it’s a bank password we’re I would understand the complication of the password

App keeps logging me out even after I log in and set up the Touch ID. I will still get logged out and I can’t log in using my finger print. It’s so annoying because I have to alway enter my phone number at the stores.

Ever since this last update (2.1.4) KumGo keeps crashing. It will stay open just long enough for me to log in and start reading something then crashes.

I was having the same issue almost everyone else was. I deleted KumGo and reinstalled it, then I had to re-login and I haven’t had the issue of it saying I was logged out yet..

I signed up for &Rewards about 2 months ago and got all my information entered and ever since, every time I go to open KumGo I just get the spinning wheel showing its loading. I can’t choose a different reward and it’s got me wanting to stop going to Kum & Go entirely. I’ve tried updating my iOS and I’ve tried deleting KumGo and downloading it again.

I give Kum & Go a 5 star rating simply because almost every one that I go in, the staff is always so friendly. And if that’s not enough their food is AMAZING!!!

Love KumGo but when I click on it it loads and pops up for a couple seconds then exits out of KumGo every time I go into it.
