Traeger Status

I cannot lor in to my app or the Traeger website. I Uninstaller the app and still nothing. I reset my password also and that didn't work either.

TRAEGER APP WILL NOT LET ME ENTER WIFI PASSWORDS ON MY Android. LOCKS UP EVERYTIME IT ASK FOR THE PASSWORD RESET THE APP TWICE STILL WILL NOT WORK

The Traeger app won't log in on my Android. I have a newer pixel 6. I have no problem using my iPad. I tried everything. Use your cash and settings, I uninstalled and reinstalled

I just purchased a new Traeger and am attempting to set up the app on my Android Samsung phone. When I search "Traeger" in Play Store, I get a message saying "Looking for Traeger? This app won't work on your device". I sure hope this is a mistake that can be solved! Please advise me on steps to take for your app connection. Thank you.

WiFire app is inconsistent. It will control the grill but the app doesn't refresh on my droid. You continually have to force stop the app and start again to get the app to refresh. The app should have some way to refresh itself and ping the grill off the WiFi instead of having to close the app and reopen for updates.

I have to close the app to get updates to the temperature. works fine to tell me that moment, but if it changes temperature, I have to back out and reload the app

I can understand the site crashing and not being able to look at a recipe, but my Traeger grill would not get any hotter than 240°, period!!! I turned the grill off then back on, reset my phone and iPad, turned everything off again. Tried this muLtiple time and the grill would not get any hotter than 240°. Is this going to happen again during Christmas? Any information with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

The mobile app crashed for both my wife and I while we were smoking our turkey on thanksgiving day. We Took 24 hours for us to regain access. Frustrating!!!

Cant connect. Try forgot password and it comes back “Unable to Connect”. Try to sign up and it tells me my email already exists. Can operate manually but really loses the point of such an expensive grill. Very disappointing Thanksgiving grilling my Turkey!

I have had nothing but problems with the Traeger app. I have called 3 times and have to go back to square one everytime I use it. Now on Thanksgiving day I can't even log in ! and there is a 2 hour wait to talk to somebody at Treager. Unless you can fix this I will taking the grill back to Costco. I expected more from Treager. Traeger app crashes on Thanksgiving right before the turkey is done

Same error everyone is having. They clearly didn’t plan for everyone to log into the site at the same time window. What a massive fail. Like a grocery store not planning for Thanksgiving… Someone will lose their job.

The Traeger app was working yesterday as I was checking out recipes, but today of all days on Thanksgiving I get an Error message saying, " we were unable to log you in, please check your username or password. I know the username and password are correct. I even changed my password 2 times and still no luck.

App will not start. Goes through opening and then shows a black and white screen which states "FAILED TO LOAD" followed by a "Try Again" option which does not work. iPhone, latest OS, App shows that Traeger App is up to date. I have re-started the iPhone, deleted and re-installed the Traeger App, re-set the network settings, nothing seems to work.

Traeger 620 unable to connect to android phone. Spoke with Traeger reps 3 times and no one can solve the issue. I'll keep trying but don't hold much hope. Grill will have to go back if I can't connect. Not going to spend this kind of money and not use the grill properly.
