I stopped at the Kum and Go down the street from my house on my way to work this morning, to use my .20 off per gallon reward that I had received through the app. However, when I got there, and used my reward and started pumping, I realized the gas pumps were pumping gas EXTREMELY SLOW. They were pumping at a rate of maybe a gallon per 15 mins. So I was only able to pump I believe 4 gallons? Which was disappointing for my one time use of my reward. The pace of the gas pumps also made me late for work waiting to at least receive a couple of gallons to make use of my reward worth it. If not for the reward, I would have went somewhere else for gas when realizing that the gas pumps were having issues. If I had known that the pumps were having issues before hand, I would not have wasted my reward or time this morning. I’m just overall very frustrated with my experience at Kum and Go this morning, and disappointed with my use of my reward.

I used to use the Kum & Go app (a few years back) but stopped using it when I started receiving constant pop up error messages over a year ago. I re-downloaded the app today hoping it had been fixed, but no luck. I cannot edit any of my information or do anything within the app without continuing to receive an error message with every button I click on the screen. I will go back to using apps from other gas stations since they actually work.

I loved Kum and go rewards because it let me get points for all the gas I have to buy. I was 27 points away from getting 10 cents off per gallon of gas and my account was completely wiped. I was unable to login because it said my account didn’t exist anymore and when I tried making a new one it said my email was already in use. Really? All of a sudden I got an email for my account saying I had a balance of 7 points and now those 7 points are gone too. 🙄
