I set up an account through PizzaRanchRewards , then PizzaRanchRewards asked me to log in to create my order. I then tried several times to log in, but each time it told me the information was invalid. I tried the “forgot password” button, but it couldn’t do that. Once I started ordering, PizzaRanchRewards was very slow and took a long time to load each screen. Halfway through ordering, I had to set my phone down to take care of something else. When I picked my phone back up, I got the loading screen again and all of my progress was lost. Then, when I was completing my order the second time, I tried to add a pizza. There was a pop up that asked if I wanted to add a sauce with it. I’m not sure what I clicked, but it added the sauce to my order without the pizza. PizzaRanchRewards really frustrated me. I like Pizza Ranch, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering through PizzaRanchRewards again.

PizzaRanchRewards has been buggy for the past two years when I first downloaded it. Now it won’t even work at all. Every time I try to place an order, it says “there has been a problem communicating with your restaurant”. It says to use the back button to try again...but PizzaRanchRewards doesn’t have a back button. I’ve tried several times but nothing works. Pizza Ranch is my favorite go to for quick delivery meals and now I cannot even place an order. 😓

Pizza Ranch food is great. Don’t get me wrong. However, why when using PizzaRanchRewards does nothing work? If you push the wrong item you can’t remove it from your cart. Other issues occur where I have to close PizzaRanchRewards and restart the process. My wife also has the issue when using PizzaRanchRewards . Hopefully they will find a fix to this. I know the east answer is to just call. But it’s nice to have the ability to see the menu and order directly from PizzaRanchRewards .

PizzaRanchRewards is the worst!! Unless you have WiFi and are connected you will be logged out of PizzaRanchRewards , have to reset your password, then it tells you the new one is invalid, and it just goes on and on and on. I have even had the manager of our local PR try and call IT support but no one will call him back. We have left my information for them to call and again- no response.

PizzaRanchRewards NEVER works for me. It never remembers my log in info, or pizza ranch member number. When I try to pay with my card it consistently says my card is expired and my card doesn’t expire for another 3 years. Which in turn makes me have to call the location to place an order, and I always feel like I’m talking to some incompetent kids.
I love pizza ranch, but your app is absolutely garbage.

I go thru the ordering process and checkout and have to re-enter my password again. I have Touch ID and also have changed my password multiple times and always get an error message. Please fix this, I really don’t want to call to order. I have a $5 reward that’s expiring and now I’m so frustrated, I don’t even want to eat from here now.

Deals don’t work right. Unable to add a specialty pizza to a deal when it says it is an option right in the deal, it forces me to make my own 1-topping pizza. Unable to remove items from my cart, so I have to close out of PizzaRanchRewards and restart if I add something I want to remove. App crashes randomly and tells me to refresh my browser. Overall terrible experience.

Every time you start an order, it does not keep you signed in so unless you know your rewards number and can type it in, you won’t get rewards points for your order. If you click the wrong back button, it closes out of your order and doesn’t save anything and you have to completely restart, address and all. Really needs improvement.

I spent 30 minutes trying to place my order. The remove “links” would not allow me to remove an item. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to start over. Then when I was signing in, it gave an error that my login was incorrect and that I was logged in followed by the login screen at the same time. All this made my hour long trip to pick up the order that much longer

Pizza Ranch is probably one of my favorite restaurants and I get delivery from them often. I’ve never had bad service or bad food but PizzaRanchRewards is absolutely worthless. For the past six months it only is able to get an order through maybe and if you’re lucky 8% of the time. It usually hangs up on verifying information after you’ve spent time entering your order. It just spins and spins. I’ve updated..deleted..re downloaded it..nothing works. It also makes you create a different account than on their website which is ludicrous. The website doesn’t work any better and In the end just call your order in, the staff are always friendly and want your business. I don’t know who is responsible for their app and website but fix it!

So PizzaRanchRewards is a great example of how to design a bad app that causes your eyes to bleed.
You say that one only has to give up phone number and yet demand address and more.

The auto fill does not work. The background makes it hard to read. Please hire a UI designer or fire the one you have at this time The amount of problems with PizzaRanchRewards are legion that I could go on for a long time. PizzaRanchRewards is not worth using it is so bad.

We love the food at Pizza Ranch, but PizzaRanchRewards is terrible. It takes forever to load. The updates are too few and far between; for example, our Pizza Ranch expanded their delivery radius six months ago, but I still can’t order delivery from PizzaRanchRewards . Also, if there’s a mistake made in the ordering, getting your money back can take up to four days. Thank goodness for the management at the local restaurant because he actually knew how to fix the issue (I’m sure because he’s had to deal with people who have problems with PizzaRanchRewards ). C’mon developers, you can do better than this!

PizzaRanchRewards needs serious help, does not work properly attempt to open and then it closes again, can’t use at all, I have points on it, another issue is that the rewards on the card don’t stay on to long I had some before and when I went to use them they was gone? Really, Time to delete app and eat some where else the place here in Springfield Il is a dive it’s always dirty and some employees are rude. I will take my business back to Godfathers Pizza and Chicken Buffet out on Dirksen Parkway or Golden Corral Right behind Pizza Ranch.

Website navigation works better to make a mobile order than PizzaRanchRewards by TEN fold! PizzaRanchRewards will display that the user doesn’t even exist, whereas you go the traditional website with your registered account and can order without issue. Way behind the curve with even a Gas Station that makes terrible pizza when it comes to online ordering. Developers and the Pizza Ranch Team must be extremely proud of their Continuous Improvement employees that are supposed to make jobs for both the customer and employee easier on this blunder!!!!

Tonight’s process: sign up, choose favorite location, input credit card info and home address, then sign in. That process makes sense. But then then the fun begins: Even after signing in, still have to type out the restaurant location you want to order from (why choose a favorite when signing up?), and I still have to input my address for delivery (why have me type out my home address when signing up?), and then I still have to input my credit card info again when placing the order. What’s the point of even signing up when every order is as difficult as this?

I've had Pizza Ranch rewards for over 10 years.
I have 3 main issues which are really annoying issues!

- every time I back out from a pizza selection, it kicks me all the way out to the main page to start a new order. I have to know exactly what I'm getting from the start and complete everything or start over entirely.

- I've moved in those 10+ years. If I go into the section to update my profile it does have my current address. However, when I start a new delivery it auto populates my address from 10+ years ago when I created the account. There's literally nothing I can do because the correct address is in the profile.

- if I select that I want a specialty pizza, for example I love their taco pizza. It brings me to the create my own pizza and I have to select each topping to essentially create my own specialty pizza that I can walk in and order in the store.

Not a fun experience. There's certain online deals that are extremely difficult to use because of these issues.

The Ashwaubenon Wi. location never seems to keep up with the food demands. We have gone here several times and they are always out of food on the buffet during the peak times. Not sure why they can’t plan accordingly .Tired of waiting whether it’s standing in line because they won’t open another register or waiting for food to be brought out. Thank you to the wait staff though, Always kind and courteous!

I used to be able to order delivery for sides, salads, things other than deal packages. What happened that is no longer an option

I love using the Pizza Ranch Rewards app, mainly for the convenience. I can see my point balance right on the homepage, I can check into a location to earn points without having to dig my card out of my wallet, and I get messages about Double Points Days and new menu items.

The pizza is great however I absolutely love the fried chicken. The coffee is great and convenient to take home. The sweets are also good. I have no complaints about this place. Oh yeah PizzaRanchRewards is convenient tells me my points I can check in by just a tap. No glitches for me

This Pizza Ranch app is very convenient for me! I am a substitute teacher and I often decide during the day that I want Pizza Ranch to do the cooking for supper. PizzaRanchRewards is easy to use and understand and I can pinpoint when I want to pick up my food. It's always hot and fresh, served up by a smiling staff person. I'm a happy customer, although I call it Chicken Ranch!

New and improved. Runs smoothly and doesn’t take room on your device. Simple and easy to use. It’s also very helpful when needing to locate a ranch when on the road traveling!!

Everytime I visit my granddaughter in Appleton she loves to go eat at Pizza Ranch.
She is 4 years old on November 27th, and we will be in for all of her favorites from the salad bar, pizza bar, dessert bar, beverage station, and “comfort food” bar!
Your Staff is doing an awesome job keeping all stations fresh, and used tables cleaned. Your Restrooms have always been clean and well stocked. Your floors are kept clean as well! For being “short-staffed”, you all do your very best and it shows!

Before I lost my Service Dog to an unexpected illness (still saving for a new one) A friend took me to the Pizza Ranch in Branson the place was busy but still the tables we cleaned as fast as possible, the food always stocked and the staff were very friendly and not ohhing and awing over my large Shiloh Shepherd Service Dog. It was a pleasure to eat there and now we have a Pizza Ranch in my town of Springfield, Mo. I can not wait until I can afford a new Service dog so we can go get some awesome food.
By the way you should add hot wings, and baked or grilled chicken.
