I have been going to blaze for over 2 years and love their pizza. I used to use BlazePizza all the time. Recently I went to use it and told there was an update and I was signed out. I couldn’t get back into my old account and lost all my rewards. I made a new account and tried to order twice and was signed out again and was not given any confirmation that my order had gone threw. I called the store to place a phone order finally because I was so frustrated. Only to get to the store to find out one of my online orders did actually come threw and I was charged for both. I wish I was kidding when I tell you BlazePizza charged me 5 times for the same pizza and when I asked the store to refund me I was told I needed to call my bank. To add to it all once I finally got my pizza the middle was not fully cooked a issue I have never had before with blaze. Overall terrible app and experience and my favorite pizza place just turned into a place I’ll never visit again.

Not sure what happens but I have ordered pick up orders and clicked on the ASAP button on BlazePizza . Went to pick up and the blaze was nearly empty but my order took 25 minutes to come through to the restaurant. the staff said that the order printed out 25 minutes after I submitted my order so it wasn’t like I was behind a ton of other online orders. I would have gotten my order faster by going to the store.

This is only twice that it’s happened and when BlazePizza works it can be a big time saver. But I’m totally confused why sometimes the orders don’t submit and print immediately. Pay attention to your projected pick up times when you complete your order.

It was my first time ordering delivery from Blaze Pizza and I was so mad. They use third-party deliverer and put a wrong address. The correct address is not even printed on the receipt on the pizza box.
There was no "something wrong with the order" button or customer service in BlazePizza . There was no way to find the store's phone number. There was no way to track the order either since the link they sent me opened up to blank page. It only showed that my order was "delivered" while it was actually not.
The deliverer called me but he said it was against the rule to change the wrong address to my address. I had to go back to the store once. After going through so much trouble I finally got my order.
Thanks for ruining my day Blaze Pizza.

Great easy app to use for ordering online. They have good pictures of every item you want to choose for your toppings. Really easy and fun to use.

The food is amazing! and the management must be good because everyone working here gives such good service.

BlazePizza constantly signs me out and won’t even recognize that I have an account through Facebook. Try to reset password but a reset link is never sent. Eventually singing in through Facebook just works even thought for the past 15 minutes it says that I don’t have a Facebook account. So I manage to log in. Ready to place my order and the field to place your credit card info isn’t even able to be selected. So I leave my card to try to checkout again and hopefully I can place my payment info. Nope I get logged out all of a sudden. 10/10 app I’m sure it’s used somewhere out there as a torture device.

BlazePizza used to be very useful, but recently it was been getting worse. Although Blaze near our house seems to be perpetually unable to accept online orders, which is probably more of a technical issue and not an app issue, the lack of being able to see a menu anywhere is mind numbing. Even if I can’t order online there should at least be a menu that I can see. Having a party with Blaze Pizza and taking orders before I head out and the question always comes up: “What do they have?”

Ever since I got BlazePizza update I have not been able to order online. My husband has had to go in each time to place an order. I’ve removed BlazePizza and downloaded it again and still having same issues. Receiving message that a location doesn’t offer online ordering. Huh? I’ve ordered online there before. It shows on BlazePizza map & there’s a big & button the says “Start Order”? I used to be able to order online at least once a week no problem. Now not so much or should I say not at all? Please fix it.

Great pizza. Awesome concept. Love the keto crust option. But BlazePizza… needs so much work. Logs me out multiple times during order processing. My saved card and info will populate during checkout and immediately disappear. Bugs and glitches galore. Can’t earn my rewards if I can’t use my account to order. Also adding a receipt after the fact to earn points is impossible. App gives me an error every time. Please work on this so I can order my pizza and get my points without pulling my hair out.

After you order you don’t see status of the order or the person delivering or get to mark your location on map. It said my order was delivered when it wasn’t I didn’t even get a call from delivery guy. App doesn’t give information on delivery guy so I had no way to find out. Call the restaurant they said they will send a new order but that I never received. Wasted my money. No way to contact customer service. Now I have to starve cause that was my dinner and I actually trusted them to deliver. Thanks blaze pizza this was my transaction with you.

When it works and have what you want, BlazePizza works great. I’m giving it lower stars, however, because:
1- you can’t order a half pizza
2- when you take the time to add everyone to your cart, and try to checkout, THEN it tells you the location is too busy to pick ‘a later time’, which you can’t do - so you give up and go somewhere else.

I love blaze - and would love to use BlazePizza . I’d love it if you would consider these enhancements.

Pie day required downloading BlazePizza , which I did and signed up using Apple as it offered. It did not offer me the pie day reward. I tried to then change my password since I thought it may be a “sign in with Apple” issue. Once I did that I tried again, no 3.14 pie reward. Cancelled my order and re did the order, then it wouldn’t let me pick it up until 2:15 pm. My coworkers will now enjoy their pizza and I will find somewhere else to order, thanks! I have removed BlazePizza and refuse to eat here, simply on principal.

When you opt for curbside pick up, there is a notice that says what number to call upon arrival. That’s it. There is nowhere to retrieve that info, no button to click to let them know you are there. No phone numbers to click on… I looked it up and called- phones were down at the store apparently. So I’m at curbside with toddlers in the car and have no way to let them know I’ve been there calling. Frustrating yes

The menu was clear. I could find specials quickly. It was easy to order the special. It was easy to place the order.
Note, that there is about a 10% delivery fee. So they are getting something for delivery even if you don’t tip or tip low.

BlazePizza keeps giving me indications I have a message. A number over BlazePizza keeps going up. It now says 11. But no new messages notifications or rewards are available. How do I clear the number. Or read what ever it is trying to tell me.

There was a recent update and I haven’t been able to get into my account on BlazePizza . I’ve had issues with the captcha, and now the captcha pic doesn't even load anymore. I have deleted and re-installed BlazePizza to no avail. I can get into my account online, thankfully, but minus the convenience of BlazePizza , especially when you are on the go and want to place an order. Please FIX THE ISSUE! I see I’m not the only one having this issue by reading other reviews.

I loved it after eating this pizza I feel good about what I’ve eaten. I feel the ingredients are fresh and it’s a healthier version of a food that is not always the most nutritious. Our location in Holly Springs has worked hard amongst staff shortages and the recent pandemic. So grateful close to my house!

Easy to use app UI, but minus a star for no Apple Pay option at checkout.

May as well use their mobile website because at least Safari Password/Keychain will autofill in credit card info.

I dislike saving credit card info at restaurant sites.

THIS IS AN APP PROBLEM not a problem with the location or store. BlazePizza gave me an inaccurate pick up time. It needs to be fixed. I had called and they said that it was an app issue that it didnt auto update or give accurate time.

BlazePizza let me place an order through every step including using rewards I’ve been saving for a long time. It even said when the order would be ready. I showed up to Blaze and they had no record of the order. And now BlazePizza says that location isn’t taking online orders. Not a great app experience. And… no record of the order in BlazePizza now. All I got was an email trying to make sure my sign in was legitimate. :(

Every time BlazePizza has forced me to do an update it logs me out and then my password doesn’t work and when I reset the password it still doesn’t work. So I have to create a whole news account and lose any points/rewards I’ve built up or I just don’t get any because I decide not to use BlazePizza . The fact that this that this has happened several times after different updates is ridiculous. Just horrible.

I really don’t understand all the bad reviews. My experience was flawless. I installed BlazePizza and within minutes a placed my order using the wonderfully easy interface. I liked being able to take my time and choose my toppings in the comfort of my own home. I sometimes feel rushed at the restaurant when there’s a line. After placing my order BlazePizza tells me it will be ready in 15 minutes which is exactly how long it takes me to drive to the restaurant. I get there and I skip the long line, walk up to the rack where the online orders are waiting and see my boxes clearly labeled. The correct amount of Flame rewards was credited to my account. BlazePizza worked perfectly for me and this is how I will order pizza from now on.

So wanted to love BlazePizza! Avoiding the line, and having it available when you arrive in theory sounds great.... But....there is no where to add a comment, for example I’d like my pizza well done, or add extra cheese or toppings, which is available in store. The other HUGE complaint I have is there is no option for BBQ sauce to be a base sauce. Most BBQ chicken pizzas use this as an option, and a should definitely be added to BlazePizza as an option. Please Blaze Pizza, Fix your App. This will allow us to eat here way more often if we’re able to avoid the long lines! Thanks!!

Do NOT order and pay via BlazePizza if you want the flames points for the reward! I downloaded app and order four pizzas for my housemates and me yesterday. Went in the store to pick up and asked them about the points since it was not loaded to my app. The workers there told me that the only way I get my rewards points from them is to pay at register. Since I already completed payment via app, they couldn’t do anything unless I pay again for the pizza I have already paid for. Double charging is so ridiculous! I was also declined to receive a receipt from the register to manually put the information into BlazePizza for the points as they stated “the receipt should be already in your app”. I received zero flame points for the pizza I purchased at the end.

This was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten! The Fashion Island location is not the closest Blaze location to our house, but we drive father because it's worth it. Cody made it exactly like we wanted it and it was fired to perfection! While we were eating, I watched the team working. No one ever was just standing around. They all kept moving and working, even when there was no line. The only thing that could be improved would be the employees' attitude toward customers. They didn't seem happy to be there. Otherwise, it was a great experience tonight!

I’ve had BlazePizza for a while, before they updated it, and maybe once every blue moon would BlazePizza actually give me a flame for ordering. I’d have to go back to the counter and have them scan again, only to come back the next time and still have the same amount of flames. This happened numerous times. And they expect you to keep the receipt to prove you went if you email customer service, which I can understand, but it’s not worth my time if I have to do it every time I go. I went this past weekend and scanned for the first time with this new version, still didn’t scan. I’d have had like two free pizzas at this point. Why have an app if it isn’t going to work?

Pizza is good. PLEASE MAKE BlazePizza BETTER. I chose a location. Then chose it again as my preferred location. Then submitted order. Then, standing at the location I thought it would be at, the attendant had no record of my order. So I checked the confirmation email only to find it was at another location a half hour away. At first the attendant said I’d have to cancel the order at the other location then stand in line to get my pizzas made again and then pay again. I asked for manager who expedited things and handled the cancelation.

I haven't had any issues with BlazePizza itself,
apart from missing out on some free pizza rewards due to no notifications for expiring rewards. I emailed support and they took care of me, even though they didn't have to! Great customer service!

My suggestion is to add notifications for expiring rewards. Make it optional, perhaps with an integration for Reminders and/or Calendar. Lyft does notifications for promotional credits, so it's not unheard of. So even if I miss the Blaze notification, I'd see that. My calendar pops up on my car's 13" screen every time I get in with my iPhone calendar, so that would be ideal.

The only issue I have is that kalamata olives aren't an option when ordering in app, even though they are in the restaurant.

Add/fix these and it would be a 5* app for me.

We’ve been coming to Blaze Pizza since it opened. Great food, very nice employees. But BlazePizza is just terrible!!!. And so is the web site! You can’t get gluten free crust except on a “build your own” pizza. You can’t get a half and half pizza, you can’t get a mix of sauces, such as part spicy sauce and part pesto mix. You can’t call the store when they forget part of your order. (Everyone makes mistakes).
The same thing goes for the web site, lots of “you can’t” things.
You are in a lot of College towns and yet you can’t make it so College people can order on line. You need to catch up with the world.

i order blaze to be delivered to my husband at work all the time because they do a great vegan pizza, but good grief: i have to actually login and order from my computer because BlazePizza won't let me reorder his standard order through BlazePizza from my phone. are you serious? ugh. it KEEPS throwing up an error message about choosing my dough. so annoying!!! please, guys, make BlazePizza work as well as ur food tastes. otherwise, don't have an app. what's the point if it doesn't work??

I love how easy it is to order food on BlazePizza . Especially if I don’t have money on me since it saves my credit card information. Super convenient. And it automatically earns me points. The history part is nice to reference if I can’t remember if I redeemed points for a particular day. Overall very well thought out app.

I like Blaze pizza. This new app is junk just like most of the previous versions. I open BlazePizza and it just closes. I was in line and had a free pizza on my app. I try to open it. It just closes down. Girl at register asked me to delete and reinstall. I even rebooted iPhone. App will not function. They gave me a free pizza anyway. I’ve lost so many flames with these broken apps not working. Blaze pizza fire your IT guy and make an app that works. Other businesses can do it right...why can’t you? You’re about to lose your reliable customers because of you unreliable app!

I can only order their Large Pizzas through their app, but any time I put my order in, BlazePizza crashes. I’ve constantly updated it to the latest version, but the constant crashes force me to have to input my whole order again. And even then, it still crashes. I think I might just have to give up on BlazePizza, and it’s unfortunate, because Blaze Pizza makes great food. But I can’t order from them as easily now. =/

ADD COMMENTS/PREFERENCES SECTION

Team members are always friendly and helpful at the Lompoc location. However, BlazePizza doesn’t reflect this atmosphere. We’re a busy family and when we have to use BlazePizza , there aren’t options for things our kids get in store. For instance, a simple pie with white sauce instead of red. Please add the option and add a preferences/notes section to BlazePizza !!! Your team members are always asking what our preferences are, have your app do it too!!!

I used to visit Blaze a lot, almost once or twice a week but since they released the new app I have completely stopped going. The new app is unreliable and is never able to log me in. Knowing I should be able to get rewards but BlazePizza doesn’t work leaves a bitter taste every time I visit and causes me to leave without ordering. The older versions worked flawlessly and was able to display the rewards. I tried to use BlazePizza on several other friends iPhones and the same error occurs. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it!

When redeeming rewards, it would be nice to see a confirmation window.

I had just learned of The Pi Day special. The Blaze twitter said to download BlazePizza before 3/14 to receive the award. I downloaded today ( 3/14 ). I went to the rewards and it was listed there. Not being familiar with BlazePizza , I tapped the redeem button to see if I was eligible. Well I was, and now I’ve wasted the reward.
