Functions don’t seem to be working anymore and search and cart buttons are so high that they are cut off at the top of the screen You have to press bottom of search icon multiple times. If search page opens, there is no way to type search terms as keyboard doesn’t appear. App was not the easiest to navigate or search since brand names are abbreviated and you have to guess how something will be spelled out, but it worked fine.

Received a reply from the developer regarding my original review, which I appreciate very much.

It said I'm supposed to create a separate account from the website in order to use 99RanchMarket . Why? I don't want two accounts for 99 Ranch. Makes no (business) sense. One is enough. Is 99RanchMarket (or website) not real 99 Ranch? Are prices higher in 99RanchMarket like Instacart?

I'll give 99RanchMarket another try. I'm excited about its potentials, as I've shopped there for decades. A bit disappointed the initial impression isn't more smooth. And I really don't want to give out my mobile number. Too much spam as is.

Unable to sign in to an existing account using email and password. I know the info is valid because I repeatedly signed in successfully using the same credentials on the same iOS device's browser. And mobile number is required to reset password? No.

Can't sign in. No point browsing. Can't take advantage of the offers. Waste of time and effort.

Not sure if a real person had ever tried 99RanchMarket before it was released, but how do you expect someone to shop with your app? Buttons like search 🔍and back a page “<“ are at the very top of the page they don’t respond most of the time. If one gets lucky enough to reach the search page 99RanchMarket won’t allow you to enter your search. Since many items have ambiguous category definition, 99RanchMarket is essentially useless if the search page doesn’t work. You are just creating frustration for your customers and sending them to Weee.

Finally, the 99 Ranch Market app has come into the market!!! Now there is another excellent option for grocery essentials! It's easy to browse their online aisles and find the products that I need through the clear and extensive product categories, saving a lot of time! Some of the items you can only find at 99 Ranch Market. And on top of all, it also offers same-day delivery! I Highly recommend 99RanchMarket !

99RanchMarket still needs many improvements. It is subpar to the web version. It only offers delivery orders and doesn’t have shipping option. It lacks some of the sections available on the web (i.e snacks, beverage, etc). I will definitely use 99RanchMarket if it improves, but until then, I will have to stick with the web version.

I tried to support 99 Ranch because it’s been a long stable in the Asian communities. But 99RanchMarket is so disappointing. Clunky pages - it’s hard to go from one page to another, and go back and forth. Nothing is organized except general food category. Product has no description, review or country of origin. The worst is after getting through all that, their payment system doesn’t work so you can’t pay. They really need to step up their app - or find a new app person to have an overhaul. Take a look at Good Eggs, or Wee, or other grocery stores.

99RanchMarket is just like real life! Everything on 99RanchMarket is exactly like the store. Very easy, simple, and convenient! Love it!! I even ordered food from Rowland Heights Store from 99RanchMarket and I received it today and all the foods are fresh and packed neatly. The price on 99RanchMarket is the SAME price as the store. No shipping fee! So good and easy! I will tell my friends to check it out too!

Until this is fixed, I will NOT order from 99 Ranch again!!!!!

Am I the only one having this problem? The buttons are all the way on the top of the screen, it’s almost impossible to click them!!!!

If you have another app open, the other app would have been opened several times before you are able to use the back button, or search function on 99RanchMarket. I endured these for closed to a year if not longer since 99RanchMarket download. The Developement team that still have not fix the problem, is either incompetent or don’t care enough! Either way, when you waste your users time like this due to design flaws, you should be fired and never work in IT.

Until this is fixed, I will NOT order from 99 Ranch again!

99RanchMarket was perfect for getting all of my Asian goodies. I can’t believe the selection they have-they even have some bakery items on there! Brings me right back to my childhood. Considering COVID and everything going on, I’m really happy 99 Ranch came out with 99RanchMarket. Overall had a great experience with delivery and 99RanchMarket itself.

99RanchMarket is great! Especially during the pandemic, where going out can be dangerous, 99RanchMarket allows me to get all my asain groceries online, saving time and being less risky. All the prices are the same as in store. There’s nothing bad about this. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Although 99RanchMarket itself has some issues which how you select options and the overall flow, there is so much good.

The delivery was very detailed and on time which I very much appreciated. The options compared to other grocery stores are some of the best. When comparing it to other services you may have delivery people who don’t know what they are looking for when compared to having the store pack the order themselves.

Definitely going to be using 99RanchMarket more often.

Hopefully we will get some app intractable adjustments for a better flow.

Excited about 99RanchMarket and delivery service so I immediately started selecting stuff. But after I submitted order and paid (got credit card notice), 99RanchMarket keep saying I didn’t complete payment, so I clicked pay, then the screen says payment already completed. It’s a dead end loop. After a few minutes I was told the order was cancelled because I failed to pay. I was very frustrated, but tried again. Same thing happened again.

I made a purchase last night Jersey City #1602. My living distance is 12 miles away. Second day past the delivery time which was on the order confirmation. The delivery still haven't come. So I called support for help. First they told me Uber won't pick up. Then I said, I can pick up myself. Then customer service told me that they don't have any in stock. But their list still shows they do. So I would say: Don't trust 99RanchMarket . Don't use 99RanchMarket . Call in Maybe better than use 99RanchMarket .

I really like using 99RanchMarket to check what kind of new snacks (for example, the Japanese Kitkats) are available. My only criticism is that sometimes the buttons can be hard to click. I hope that issue can be fixed. Thank you very much! I would like the pineapple pastries if I’m able to win the giveaway.

I’m so excited that there’s finally an app for 99 Ranch! However, as a very meticulous shopper, I wish there was an option to sort and filter items on 99RanchMarket (ex: price low-high, filter by brand, sort by relevance etc). I hope this will be part of the next update!

99RanchMarket should not be launched without user testing! Account can’t be created. Never received any sms verification. Can’t log into app using the account created on website. Website search function is incompetent and not aligned with the same search results in app. 99 ranch market is just not ready to be in digital world! The time spent on struggling between their website and app could completed the physical run to the store and back already!!!!

Finally, a place to get quality Asian goods. Like the fact I have an option to pick up myself or get a home delivery. I found 99RanchMarket easy to use an well organized. Loved the selection, now I can make dishes my mom used to make for us. A taste of “home” is so comforting.

I like 99 Ranch because it carries a very extensive selection of asian goods that remind me of my childhood. 99RanchMarket is easy to navigate and it sometimes has promotions which I love. I especially love #1 pineapple pastries from Taiwan because they are super delicious!

On checkout, it would not let me save the credit card number or any field that needed data. Each time I filled in one field, it immediately get to the next screen and say “Please complete”. Tried many times, started again and again. So, i had never been able to checkout. I wonder if anyone can checkout successfully?

So much for being a shopping app! Sigh!

99RanchMarket allows a quick and convenient way to purchase goods directly from 99 Ranch Market. Overall good app, though the UI/UX could be improved: It doesn’t work well with larger screen sizes, the buttons are sometimes cut off from the corner.

Just placed an order from 99 Ranch Market’s APP, 99RanchMarket is so great! Finally I’m able to purchase the fresh groceries with the same prices as the stores’ and receive it on the same day with free delivery. Highly recommend!

I don't have to leave the house and put miles on my car or deal with crowds in store, the cost of service and delivery deserves. 99RanchMarket is easy to use and navigate. So far so good.

Placed an order on the mobile app for the first time for a delivery order the next day. After the delivery time slot got near, no status updates or delivery. My delivery arrived 4.5 hours past the time slot.

Offering grocery items and seafood, meat, produce items as well as bakery and hot deli delicious food. Super great news. Options are either pick up in store or deliver to your doorstep! What a nice! Thank you for 99RanchMarket.

Very convenient for 99Ranch Market buyers. What I love about 99RanchMarket is you could choose the exact in-store pickup or delivery time that is best suited your schedule. Plus 7.99 off delivery fee on $35 is a big saving. Love love ❥

I just downloaded the 99 Ranch Market and it’s so simple to use and order. It has a variety of foods and they are all so fresh!

Variety of the items that I can buy on 99RanchMarket and don’t need to go to store for grocery shopping for the Asian products!

Finally, woo hoo! I was waiting for 99RanchMarket and knew that 99 Ranch would not disappoint since they are the largest Asian grocer in the states. App is easy to use and delivery arrived on time.

I can use my pwd on website, but can’t in app.
I think it’s maybe some app input restrictions.
