Receive the app has stopped working , message when trying to start app...have uninstalled, and reinstalled. Tried clearing cache , nothing seems to be working.

I purchased a new phone this week and downloaded the app and since I got the new phone the way app will not start and keep saying program stop running soon as it comes up

La app funciona a saltos y los terminales donde la instalo se sobrecalientan llegando a desconectarse.
Common dislikes about Wansview app
- Cameras or their software will work fine for a while and then just stops working.
- Lack of customer service.
- Changed warranty from 5 years to 1 year.
- Offered fractional refund even though it was still under warranty.
- Tried to get us to write a 5 star review for a new camera that we had to buy first before they would refund a portion of it.
