I bought 4 Ctronics cameras about 6 months ago...I installed the three and left one as spare.. Last week after an online issue I deleted the Ctronics app and since then my nightmare started. None of the four can be RESET....all I hear is the ringing Ding-Dong and all trials to configure and connect to WIFI fail.. I followed written instructions by the Ctronics technicians...I tried the Bluetooth ....the scanning....the manual....the sound...ALL available methods...all FAIL. the main issue I believe must be the malfunction of the RESET button. NOW i HAVE 4 DEAD CAMERAS and I wait to hear from seller to find a solution
