Снимают деньги два месяца, при этом приложение не работает
Оформляла подписку из Америки. В течение года все работало нормально, не без нюансов, но я была довольная. Месяц назад, когда вышло обновление, приложение перестало функционировать. Открываю приложение, он запрашивает обновление. Переходишь по ссылке на обновление в эпстор, эпстор сообщает, что приложение в этом регионе недоступно. Пробовала менять регион эпстора на Украину, точно такой же ответ, что недоступно в этом регионе. Сейчас уже перестало требовать обновление при запуске, просто не работает абсолютно ничего. Могу только слушать уже загруженные песни. При этом за прошлый месяц сняли в полном объеме и за этот тоже сняли. Пыталась связываться с поддержкой, ничего внятного не ответили. Если ваше приложение недоступно в Америке, тогда можете не списывать деньги с американских карточек ?

Не знаю как приложение работает в РФ, но в Беларуси оно просто ужасно! Постоянные лаги, зависания, с подпиской вообще чудеса: деньги списываются а в подписке выдаёт ошибку, да и чтобы подписаться заново нужно заходить через Гугл аккаунт, так как в самом приложении меню подписки просто бесконечно загружается (это на 14 айфоне и с быстрого домашнего интернета), лично моё мнение что это приложение просто воздух
