Your company is the worst I’ve ever had experience with.! You notified me that you were having extraordinary delay problems getting my payment to go through -you failed to give me the amount of the payment -and who was being paid to so I can notify them myself. And I have been unable to reach anyone or get a reply from your company in over a week after repeated requests. I have replied to your email and have not received satisfactory reply. How to fix Papaya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Papaya app on iPhone
Update Papaya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Papaya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Papaya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Papaya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Papaya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Papaya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Papaya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Papaya » click [Force Stop]

Update Papaya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Papaya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Papaya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Papaya.

Fix Papaya unable to contact server/ Papaya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Papaya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Papaya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Papaya
