    Touch ID please 🤗😉

    The app works well except logging in every-time is a pain and I use different and difficult passwords for each and every app/website thanks. Add Touch ID to make it so much easier!! Thanks for listening 🙏🏻

    A great hospital system with a good app that goes with it

    Mercy Hospital, is a great hospital system that is very up-to-date, and modern. I have been dealing with the staff at the hospital and the doctors and their clinics for the last probably 30 years. With that being said in 2012 I had some health issues that they were great with helping me to be healed. Also in 2017 I had some more health issues with deals with a very terrible word, that I don’t like it’s that word you know the C word cancer is a very scary disease and Mercy was very helpful to me when they found the tumor that I had. Furthermore they have been very helpful with billing issues, and financial issues. That I have struggled with with that being said I give them a AAA+++++ plus Rating and highly recommend this hospital system to anybody looking for good doctors nurses and staff very friendly and courteous people. Thank you all the doctors nurses and staff for all your help.

    Great update to an already good app

    This app is very helpful. Being able to contact my doctor on the go is great. Plus, I have access to my family members' accounts and their doctors and clinics. I liked the app before, but the recent updates makes it even easier and more intuitive. The new push notifications for new activity is great!

    Went backwards

    While the interface in general improved, the most used info for me is now gone. I can no longer graph my blood work to see improvements or areas where I’ve slipped back. I can only look at one lab at a time and have to manually open each test and place it in a spreadsheet to see my progress. This was the largest most important thing I tracked to stay on top of my blood numbers. Put this back and I’ll most likely change rating to 5 stars.

    Love the latest update

    Last version was nice allowing quick access to my family's health information wherever I am, but the push notifications to my phone and Apple Watch and the ability to personalize with photos of my family increases the personalization. Nicely done!

    Love the New Update

    I loved the app before and this update made it even better. Push notifications allow me see info right away vs. waiting to receive an email. The look is much more polished and easier on the eyes.

    Add option to auto prompt for Biometrics?

    Can an option be added (opt in for privacy if necessary ) to allow the app to auto login and use FaceID/prompt for TouchID? This would notability streamline the apps launch. Additional feature request Add dark mode and dark splash screen Add a way to call the clinic from the app. Ability to clear notifications Ability to remove physicians no longer being seen. Ability to track where a medication script is, be it waiting for pickup, sent electronically to the pharmacy or on hold for further information. Ability to get clear feedback when requesting a controlled medication.

    Facial recognition?

    App is decent, but every time I use it, it asks if I want to use biometric login. I would certainly like to, but when I choose that option it tells me there is an error, try again later. Also, for various messages I have been directed to the website. Why can't I see them on the app?

    I think it’s great I’m not phone smart at all this app is easy it’s easy to access I love it and love dr Nair and all my nurse practitioners very east for me to use I’m telling you I can barely use my phone for any thing but calls and my mercy I love it

    Removed functionality

    I don't understand why a developer would arbitrarily remove multiple pieces of functionality unless there's 1) a bug 2) competition for the same piece of real estate or 3) an incompatibility with a development platform update. 1) a year+ for a bug fix is shameful 2) indicates poor requirements planning 3) Epic can no longer generate a simple graph?

    Needs fixed

    When selecting to see a statement, there is no BACK button or way to get back to the home page. I have to EXIT the app altogether and reopen hoping it’s back to the login page and not the same statement page. Also, I opted for paperless statements but they don’t appear, nor do I get emails for statements. I have to CALL to request statements.

    Wrong doctor

    I really do love this app as it is VERY convenient and helpful. But, it isn't being helpful right now. I tried making an appt. with my doctor and when I went to choose her name, it wasn't there. In fact, none of my doctors (I have a few) weren't there. The only one there was a doctor that I have never heard of nor seen. Please, fix this issue l. I really don't want to spend 5-10 minutes on the phone. That's why I have the app, so I can see appt. times that she has open and make one within 30 seconds or so vs. waiting for a long period of time on the phone.

    Long time Mercy Patient

    Excellent app to communicate with your doctors, make appointments, refill meds, review your test results. All you need to do is learn how to navigate through the system.

    Not Great

    My messages always show as new, even though they are old and i can’t delete them. Under billing, my balance is 0 but the icon Always has a red exclamation point above it like there’s something i need to address. They don’t respond to emails for at least 2 days usually longer. Just very frustrated with the Ap and the doctors office.

    Good with a a major issue.

    The password login constantly requires you retry your login because it can’t connect. I’m certain my password is correct yet it won’t let you in until the 4-5 th try. Why not save the password? The rest works well and is helpful.
