Not available in the US!

As another customer said, AFTER they ask you a lot of personal questions (address, DOB, etc.) they tell you “It’s not available in the US” and “Choose another country”!!! But, wait! If you want to go back and change the country (like phone number), you can’t! Just can’t get pass by the “notification” step!! There is no way going back to the phone no. step!! What is this? Why don’t you start with the hot toppic, like “the country”! And, after that we can move forward to complete all the other steps! It’s dissapointing. I will stay with other virtual banking app. It’s better and easy to deal with. And it’s all I want since I am travelling between US and EU a lot and I need flexibility. Thank you but, no thank you!

No reply from customer service in a month

I was eligible for the US curve card early from referrals with a 10% bonus offer. When I received the offe via email, I followed the instructions to download CurveAllinonemoneyapp in order to apply. After supplying CurveAllinonemoneyapp with my info, it said i was denied and for “security” it could not provide me with a reason why. I contacted both curve and curve US support about the issue. Curve replied to every one of my emails, however curve US has still not replied to my original email, sent a month ago. This wasted so much of my time and energy and they gained so much from me through referrals and this is the thanks I get? A denial without justification and no support?

This company lacks professionalism

Their system doesn’t work well. I went through with other systems following the same steps and got my cards. But this company put mine on hold, asked me to repeat the process and then the system itself kept rejecting my documents. This is incompetence to the most fundamental level. I can’t trust a company that functions like this. I got 2 emails at the same time, one saying the card was on its way and another saying it was put on hold. This is too much stupidly and lack of professionalism for a serious issue as it is bank cards. I decided to forget about it. They are not prepared to deal with cards.

Don’t spend your time

The worse support I have ever met in my life. Spend 2 weeks trying to register in CurveAllinonemoneyapp . Automatic process doesn’t work and app suggest to contact the support. There are some bad service, but this support is the next level. They just keep closing you conversations without doing anything at all. You describe your problem, and they send you random faq, that is completely unrelated to the problem and close the chat. After my 10th try I have gave up.

You got me. I downloaded your app, opened it, confirmed my email address, enabled push notifications. Then you tell me Curve is not available in the USA but to please keep CurveAllinonemoneyapp installed. Huh? You got me through the whole funnel and then lost me forever.

Garbage

A promotion which promised 15£ credit enticed me to try CurveAllinonemoneyapp. After fulfilling the requirements, nothing happened, so I contacted the support. They refused to credit me, and told me to refer CurveAllinonemoneyapp to friends instead if I wanted any credit. They did not respond when I asked for an explanation. A financial app that starts by lying to you and has garbage support. What do you think will happen when you need to Chargebeck a fraudulent charge? Would you want to entrust your money to them? Edit: The developer response is trying to put the blame on me. Meanwhile, the support admitted they used their right to "Curve has the right to withdraw this offer at any time without any prior notice". After I had already registered!

Something went wrong screen

I am having a difficult time on setting CurveAllinonemoneyapp up. It keeps on going to the something went wrong-Try again later screen

Not available in the USA

Avoid CurveAllinonemoneyapp if you’re in the IS. I went through the setup process, and then at the last step while entering my address, it asks for country...and United States is not listed as an option. But it’s available when entering your phone number on the previous step. Very deceptive and not even sure why this is in the US App Store? Complete waste of time

Very great application I’m very happy I’m using just one card now maybe one day will work with Apple Pay, I like the going back in time option and the way how it’s made

Loving it

I’ve been following these type of products for long and curve has nailed it compared taconite or plastic. I’m American using 12 cards from 3 different countries (birth debit and credit). You ned a European tax ID tho.

Update was a disaster.

I rarely write reviews, however I’ll make an exception in this instance. Since this overhaul of CurveAllinonemoneyapp I have not been able to verify several cards. They were working fine before and now CurveAllinonemoneyapp says this card cannot be verified. Pfft.

Curve is Awesome!! All my cards in 1 card, while actual cards are safe at home. Features are great and easy to use. THIS IS THE FUTURE👍

Takes my data then doesn’t work

Asks for private information including address, DOB, mobile number, pass codes then at the end says sorry not available in your country despite knowing the country early on. Should be illegal to farm for private information this way.

Cannot even set up app

I’ve been so excited to try Curve in the USA and I got an email saying I was invited to be off the waitlist and use CurveAllinonemoneyapp but I keep getting a “something went wrong try again later” screen! I’ve contacted support but haven’t gotten a solution yet.

Deceiving

If your app is not available in a country take it off CurveAllinonemoneyapp list for that country simple as that. Don’t waste my time entering in my information just be told “Not in your country” I live in the United States that the first place it should be Available land of the gullible millennials who live trying to new things.

Zero in terms of card re-issuance and answering support requests. My cat and I sitting at a Commodore 64 could do better in terms of follow up and making things happen. Do you really want to trust these chumps with your data? If they’re not here now, what happens when they get hacked?

Went through entire set up and was greeted with the fact America isn’t even on the list, why is this being targeted to people in America?

Worst refund practices!

They’re refunds is a total joke. The system doesn’t always put through the refunds you have to contact them. The people they have as “reception” as they claim the people that take your details and schedule a call back don’t work for Curve as an actual company (I guess they mean it’s a third party) are highly rude! Just don’t bother there are other companies like Monzo, Starling, N26(this one offers insurance). They’re actual financial institutions more equipped to help you in real life situations. Unlike Curve where you have to wait for them to open and limited help on weekends. We shop we spend we travel 24/7 Curve needs to do better!
