CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange gave me nothing but problems since I got it a week ago. I used it only because it was one of the only apps google listed as having cordana(ADA) and at first glance everything seemed legit I was able to verify my card and insert all kinds of person verifications and once completed I was on the screen to even buy cordana however the screen took forever to load and so I tried again and it still took forever to load and so I figured I would deposit funds into the apps wallet and that took forever to load as well but it eventually went through. Then I went back to buy my cordana after depositing and it was no longer on the list of tradable crypto’s. I tried to find it but it was no longer there so I figured I would just withdraw my money back to my bank and find a different app however withdrawing only gives me an error and I tried contacting support and they said it could take up to 10 days to see which in there defense it has not been 10 days yet however that seems like poor customer service.

However I saved the best part for last less than an hour after signing up for CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange and withdrawing I found out they tried to charge my card 3 times for the same deposit into the apps wallet which locked my bank account. I have been waiting patiently and trying everyday but the funds are still stuck in my wallet with no way to get them back into my bank account and there has been no response from there service team.

Although it's really a good experience making use of CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange though sharing your experience with new friends and having a great conversation is when you are truly spending your time with making new friends and sharing your moments with them..it's a wonderful experience whenever I'm sharing my thoughts on this platform..

I know there will always be good and bad reviews about an app. Sadly, this was the one time I should have believed the bad reviews. Bought a 1,000 btt coins a few weeks ago. A week later it disappeared from my account. Check my transaction history. Nothing was sold and I didn’t buy or trade anything else since then, so where did it go. Tried to reach out to a personal from CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange , no reply. Hmm... interesting. Send out a few more request for assistance, still reply. Lesson to be learned not every app with above 4.0 rating should be trusted, especially with horrible customer service.

Update: Its been almost a month, I have received zero help from there customer service team. I can’t withdraw any of my money much less transfer my coins to a different address. How is it that CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange has above a 4.0 rating, when it lacks consistency and transparency.

TL:DR they don’t know what they’re doing (stick with professionals) and will cause you problems with your financial institutions.

If you want to make a purchase quickly to capitalize on markets DONT use this exchange, first it caused my bank account to become frozen after I called my bank to get it unfrozen, then I was informed the purchase couldn’t be completed due to verify by visa requirements after that issue was resolved with my card issuer I again attempted a small purchase of BTC and then CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange told me it couldn’t complete my order! well with prices changing and an hour of my time wasted and support not helping me at all (referred me to the “finance department” that never contacted me) I logged into coinbase and completed my purchase instantly with 0 problems.

I forgot my Withdrawal Pin, when I contacted customer support a bot responded asking for multiple documents. after I provided all of the documents, the bot said my message would be answered in 10 days. After 10 days, a customer support representative texted me back with an apology for delay, then requested the documents as the bot. I sent the documents a few hours later but the assistant didn’t take any action after receiving the documents. I continue to beg for help, my message is being marked as seen, but the assistant is not willing to solve my problem. It’s about 20 days now. I’m regretting why I signed up with this company. I will delete this review only if they solve my problem.

I’m not going to take off stars for the product, as I don’t know how to rate it. I can’t get past your verification. All my documents are in order. I used photos accepted by multiple other sites for KYC, but your site? Nothing works. You say you want a high resolution image of the rear of my drivers license. I have sent six images. There isn’t much on there. The photos can only get so good. I’ve been at this too long. If it’s much longer, I’m just going elsewhere.

As it took you three months to even contact me, I’ll change my review down to one star. Which is one more than the number of times I have used your product. Thanks for responding, I guess.

You are a scam and a complete fraud. I deposited $200 as requested, then you backdoor and tell me oh sorry, it is $300. So instead of taking another $100 to equal the $300, you tell me no that you require another additional $300. That is sent. Then MAGICALLY there is an “audit” process that needs to take place that costs $150 even though the error was yours! Then magically that is the deposit that is not showing up for you even though I sent every single screenshot of every approved deposit, exchange, and withdrawal and even sent in my bank statements! You have robbed me of nearly $800. You are being reported and you should be in jail. How are you even allowed to be in operation!?

I bought some $trx tron using prepaid debit which is pretty cool. I went to withdraw my crypto. Had to do KYC, I’m like okay I did took about 2-3 days. So I’m excited I can withdraw my Tron and play some dapps. I put in a support ticket they literally replied every time using an automated bot response. I asked for a refund or a different crypto I could withdraw. They said their team was working on a fix it’s been a month. I read reviews and people said this is typical they let you sign up and buy them hold your funds for months if your from the U.S. don’t do it save time and a headache and a bunch of emails with bot responses.

I didn’t want to use Coinbase because they take a couple days but CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange is horrible. They verified me quickly (got a lot of information from me) and I was all set.

The thing I hate about CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange is when I tried to pay they wouldn’t let em and it said error. I tried this multiple times. I go to my email and see receipts saying we got your request and all that after it said it didn’t go through.

They supposedly say you can reply 24/7 and won’t actually reply. What a joke. Also whenever you all choose to reply to my email prettytwiistted@icloud I’ll be happy to change the rating

Tried to pay 1st time, said it was unsuccessful. I looked at my account it had already been charged so how?? Just off some dummy move, I decided maybe if I hit proceed payment it would give me my coins. SIKE! It didn’t. You know what did go through my money so now I’m short 400 and coinless. REFUND ME NOW AND FIX THIS!! No response either this smells like a scam

Smooth Experience. The platform isn't clustered and menu's are well spread out allowing even a first time user to acclimatise fast. The deposit and withdrawal options are also well organised which doesn't confuse a user. Also noticeably the coins on the platform are well selected, and it isn't every...

This is the fastest and safest app to buy crypto in the whole App Store. I have tried all the other ones and this lets you buy in under 3 minutes and at a great price (the other ones give a bad price and make money off the spread). This is very convenient and I can link my credit card. Love CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange and wish I could give it 10 STARS!

Used to be able to deposit at least $300, upgraded my account to deposit more, after depositing more I received an email telling me to transfer all my investments since they don't provide service in Lebanon. I was born, raised and work in the UAE who happens to hold a Lebanese passport.

I've emailed them about the issue (on avg they respond once per month) and re-provided my ID with selfies, Passport, Work Visa, and Utility Bill yet still was asked to further clarify where I reside.

Eventually the case closed within 5 days before I had the chance to respond to them and wait weeks for a reply.

Additionally asked in the past if any refunds for upgrades are possible and they dodged that question like the terrorist that I am.

This isn't service but paranoia, 2 months of this mess.

Absolute trash. Customer service is a joke. Takes 5-7 days to get a non helpful reply and then they just close your case and you have to start all over again.
They make it so easy to send money to them and put money into crypto via their exchange, but what an absolute nightmare trying to get any fiat back out. It's been over 3 weeks of daily trying and nothing. They won't give me back a penny. Not to mention their crazy high tariffs and "surcharges" on everything.

loaded my payment information, complete with SSN, and address, and it verified the card under Russian RUB instead of American USD. Then I went to identity verification and it told me Texas was not supported. So, they have my payment information...and I can’t use their service. So far I haven’t been able to figure out how to remove my payment info either. Not a good feeling to have you account hostage with a company you can’t use services from.

Have you ever had an app that would take about 20$ per trade? Well if you hate your money and love losing on every possible transaction this is CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange for you. With Ethereum transactions you can transfer to a separate wallet for roughly 20$!! Oh and if you want to take the money out of CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange and put it back in your bank, good luck because even after contacting their support team the card I used to deposit into CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange said it didn’t work when I went to withdraw! How convenient! STAY AWAY FROM CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange AT ALL COSTS!

Would not recommend CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange to my worst enemy. I added my card for deposit, put 500$ for which they charged me 15$. After that couldn’t buy any currency. Couldn’t withdraw my money, because CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange wont let me. After contacting the support, which reply almost every 5th day, I had to sign some forms so I can get MY MONEY back. So after like 10 days, I received my money. Well, actually I only received 480$. So they basically charged me 35$ for nothing. Do not use CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange, they are the worst.

CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange lets you do everything from buying to selling of crypto currency’s. They also let you exchange it as well the verification process is easy if you have all the information they need.

I had a plan to deposit my ripple to wallet I made with them,And they do not allow that!
Then I had a plan to buy some ripple on their app and I realize in order to buy 1000 ripples(XRP) they will charge me 1899$, When at that moment ripple price is $1.71. And then I was thinking OK let me see if I wanna sell them how much it will cost,And when I wanted to sell 1000 ripples it will give me only $1532!!! How the heck is it possible to have such a large money difference at the same time??? Thank you but we are done

The people complaining about the signup process have no idea what they’re talking about. I had to do the same exact things on the website. If you don’t wanna go thru it on CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange then just do it in your browser. Jeez.

Have not long been using CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange and has already been painful to use, down for maintenance, pages don’t load and can’t withdraw money wouldn’t recommend

I enjoy CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange . Although I only see 5 pairs to buy or sell. Sometimes CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange will glitch and show me the list of all pairs but then usually CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange freezes and I have to restart. Fees are not the greatest but with convenience comes a cost. Also the platform seems to lag quite a bit. Customer support is on point.

It works as advertised. Deposit from credit card and buy xrp in a minute. Wonderful for on the fly transactions.

Initial login with gmail on my computer, now I can’t use that credential to login on the phone, and QR scan does not work (even the verbiage “will work within 10 mins”) as dumb as that sounds I waited 10 mins and now I want to throw my phone off the roof

I have spent countless hours trying to find a source to buy that doesn’t use Simplex they have been a nightmare to me they decline everything place Auth hold on money for a week such a relief finding this place

well making my first bitcoin purchase with CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange I only wanted to purchase $44 and in the process of finalizing everything uploading my photos through CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange etc. and then going ahead with the process of my purchase CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange changed my purchase amount to $200 and was in the process of taking $200 from my bank card instead of $44 so I deleted CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange midstream

The verification process is excessive and irritating. Lost interest in CEXIOCryptocurrencyExchange before making it through, am going back to Coinbase.

Nice graphic design though. One of the better looking BTC exchanges.
