This people are scammers, even with the face verifications, they will still steal from you. I wanted to withdraw back after buying Ada, and they stole my money. Now my wallet is empty. They are saying they can’t help. Please be careful, they are all thieves. Imagine withdrawing and they will drop you coins into Ether-scan, and tell you to get it out from there. Which we all know that Ether-scan is not a private wallet. Please be careful

I have been asking for a reinstallation of my password for 3 years now, I was asked to confirm my identity which has been done (passport, driver's license) but since nothing. I do not have access to my Crypto. frankly very disappointed with the support service. i just want my account back. and the 2FA system with Google authentificafor, that's crap. give me back my access

passer votre chemin c est les plus chers du marché donc inintéressant ! et le pire ils font de la pub sur des cryptomonnaies qu ils ne vendent meme pas comme le monero etc.....perso je suis parti de chez eux et coinbase car aussi nul pour crypto.com 10 fois plus fiable et aucun frais les 30 premiers jours !

Scan qr code ok but after being identified the app is frozen... Impossible to do anything. When we restart the app, impossible to enter password cause the app is frozen!!!
