My fitpro app keeps on saying "Unfortunatley fitpro has stopped" the moment i want to set my device it kicks me out

My watch will not change out of military time.

Will not change to 12 hrs

Watch not working i just buy today and its just show white screen only .please who ever see my comments never buy this watch

After installing fitpro my phone keeps asking me which launcher I want to set as default each time I press the homebutton. As soon as I delete the app the problem's gone.

On the fitpro app on my android phone when I try to connect I do not get LH716 only some other nos. I connected easily when I got the watch 4 days ago. After I charged the watch the problem has started. My mobile app says device is disconnected and when I try to connect only the Blue tooth gets connected and not the time and other 2 apps.

Steps calculation significantly in error...records 22k instead of 2200. 25k instead of 2500.

When Someone calls me i hear them at my watch but they cannot hear me . What’s wrong. ? Thanks

FitPro app is causing my home screen to restart with every button push.

I had to recharge my wrist band and once charged, everything shows on screen but the correct date will not show. How do I update my band to coincide with my phone?

The pulse and blood pressure readings differ greatly from those using my Omron blood pressure cuff. The pulse of the FitPro is wrong. The blood pressure of the Omron closely tracks that at my doctor visits.

I do reset to the watch after it it doesn't work

I have connected my smart bracelet with my phone and allowed all the permissions but still not getting any messages

The watch and the app on our phones worked perfectly for 3 days. Now it regularly will not connect and the Fitpro app just stops working. If we restart our phones sometimes the app works. First thing in the morning I have issues with my phone that I never had before the app was installed and I miss calls and texts. Add to that, the battery life is less than 18 hours which is crazy. I am very tempted to return the watch after just a week. The aggravation is worse than the blood pressure I am trying to control.

Back sensor red light only blinck heating and charging issue

My fitbro app doesn't work anymore, I've installed it and deleted it numerous occasions and it's still now working, all I am getting is a green screen reen with a white box at the bottom of te screen saying Fitpro, I think since it HD its last update it's not worked ever since the update, yesterday I managed to get it to open but then it turned it's self off forcing me to get the app by scanning the iq code on the instructions and all day I've kept the app open, whether it will be open in the morning I don't know, is anyone out there able to get this app to run how it's meant to please, thanks in advance.

my fot Pro app worked great for a week. the watch works perfectly but lately all I get is A green screen itself fit pro symbol and the app will not open at all. reinstalled it several times but does not even last a day. I can use my watch okay but can no longer get into the app unless it is re installed daily Liz

Hi. Since the upgrade on 22nd June my fitpro app has stopped working. I've uninstall it a few times. Will now get first advert but nothing more

Fitpro apk Unfortunately not working

I just got my Fitpro and I got it paired and it was counting steps and as soon as I connected wellaudio it quit working. The screen is blank and it will not turn off, it has been vibrating every few seconds. It has used up 8% of the battery since charged. Please help.

It will not sync with my android S20 tried many it will not sync.am returning the watch it costs me 71$ Canadian dollars

Can’t get past profile as height choices are that of weight and height choices are that of weight. Now they want to charge me to fix it. Brand new. I will be returning watch

My FitPro X6 works fine except the wrist movement function doesn’t work; it doesn’t turn on the screen when I raise my arm .
