I downloaded WetzelsPretzels cause I absolutely adore Wetzel’s and get it every time I go to the mall. With the download of WetzelsPretzels I got a free pretzel and it said it didn’t expire until March 31 of 2022 which I thought was great. I go to use it and when the lady working scans it she says it is expired, I try and scan it again and still expired even though on WetzelsPretzels it still said it was good for another 2 months. I was really looking forward to that pretzel and I’m frankly disappointed with how the whole thing turned out considering how much I love Wetzel’s.

Downloaded WetzelsPretzels put in $15 dollars. Went to the store the cashier a lovely women scanned my barcode which automatically removed money from the $15 I put in but she still asked for my credit card so I gave it to her. So I got charged twice. I’ve been asking for a refund since February and they still haven’t received it. Since this incident I haven’t shopped here.

I just downloaded WetzelsPretzels , created my account and received confirmation of the activation of my account. I attempted to log in and was told that my account did not exist. I reviewed the emails that were sent to my email and attempted to activate my account again. The message I received was that there was a problem with activation.
I attempted to recreate my account and was told that this email account already exists.
WetzelsPretzels can’t seem to make up it mind, my account is either there or it isn’t...

Employees always have a hard time redeeming my codes. Also I didn’t use my app one day because it wasn’t working so I didn’t get credit for 4 pretzels I purchased. I tried contacting customer service through WetzelsPretzels and it kept telling me to add email to my account??? Ok that’s how I sign in every time.. with my email!!

I’ve loved to go to Wetzel’s Pretzels for years now, and now that I know that I can get rewards for it, I love going there even more. I don’t have any login problems, nor any rewards problems. Amazing app. My favorite feature is the fire pretzel button.

Password appears to still be restricted to alphanumeric only and disallows symbols, which are more secure. No ability to use Apple Pay; TouchID access already enabled but why not a more secure and proven mobile payment option? No thanks on storing a credit card for payment that’s protected only by an alphanumeric password.

It seemed to work at first but now never works. I can’t login from my Facebook account. It gives an error every time. When I try to login with my email it says it’s linked to a Facebook account and I need to login with Facebook and then we are back to the first problem. I’ve gotten several promotional emails from them saying I have a reward in my account but I can’t ever access it because WetzelsPretzels is so messed up.

WetzelsPretzels is very useful for a wetzle pretzel fan! I use this almost daily to order my pretzels, although I have gained 70 pounds since I started using WetzelsPretzels, doesn't change the fact I can order my food with ease!

I contacted customer service because I keep getting an error when trying to log on via Facebook. I wanted to get my free birthday pretzel that was only good for a week. Long story short they said do this and do that which I’d already done. The last email from them was on 3/12 saying we’ll forward to the appropriate dept and I’ve never heard back. I’m deleting my app and you’ve lost a customer.

App never works. Had WetzelsPretzels for years and it works maybe 10% of the time I’ve actually tried to use it. Doesn’t help when the only time they have promotions you are forced to use an app that doesn’t work anyway. You won’t be getting any of my money just because of the constant inconvenience. It shouldn’t take years to fix the bugs within an app.

I sined up on this to get a pretzel and it wouldn’t show up even when I had proof of my email that I sined up I said may I speak to your manger and he said you can go do that some where else I hate the bad service i received today I won’t come back also they had a crappy attitude please fix your app he said right and email and they take for ever to reply.

I’ve gone several times and app does not work. It says no internet. Yet I can open my other apps. I’m unable to get my points. I Still purchase my pretzel but would love to receive my points.

Tried signing up with both Facebook and email. Both ways do not work. Facebook errors saying the implementation with WetzelsPretzels is invalid, and through email, after entering all your information a blank pop up appears with the only option to press ok.

When I go to try to create an account, it has a pop up message that appears, but it’s literally a blank message with an “ok” button to dismiss it. What is that? I also can’t create an account online and then just log in, because that option doesn’t exist. Please fix this!

WetzelsPretzels NEVER gives me full rewards credit for purchases. I buy 5 items, it gives me 3 credits, I buy 6, it gives me 4. How hard is it to program this thing to read item purchased correctly, especially since it’s all done via mobile app now?

My heart fill with joy whenever I open WetzelsPretzels, I just think of their wonderful pretzel and other delicious treats!!

What’s the point in having an app if you can’t use it. Tried a hundred times within days and still same results, keeps telling me they have an error and to try later AND to contact them in which they have yet to help or resolve the issue.

This is a scam to get you to download WetzelsPretzels . I was offered a free pretzel if I download WetzelsPretzels . I go to make account & then it says I need to activate the account by going to my email. An email witch I never received. I would click re-send email and then nothing would happen. In conclusion this is a scam & I still haven’t had my free pretzel. Bad app don’t download.

I can never log into my account anymore. This has been an ongoing issue and I can use any rewards. It always gives me the error saying “app not setup: WetzelsPretzels is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it.”

I’m sorry about this review but WetzelsPretzels is not working I love Wetzels pretzels 🥨.
Was better the reward card there was no way to miss my counts for my free pretzel.
I already sent email with this problem but still the same problem.

I created an account via Facebook but once logged out WetzelsPretzels fails to log you back in. You cannot recover account information for accounts created through Facebook. Today is my birthday but I cannot redeem my birthday reward due to this bug.

I tried to add my payment info, and it worked yesterday, however when I tried to add money it says that “something went wrong.”

Today, I deleted the card and tried to add it again, and now I am unable to even add the card. I have sent two emails with no response.
