I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and it does not allow me to download the wetzel's pretzel app, when I try to install it it's just something went wrong try again and I keep getting the same message over and over

Can’t open app just keep getting a blank screen. The app doesn’t even appear in the App Store for me to re-download.
