Worst app I’ve used. Every single month I try to make a car payment on KohlerCU and the screens never work. It takes days of trying over and over again. Most times there’s no submit button that shows up at the bottom so I just have to exit and try again multiple times over the course of two to three days to get it to work.
KohlerCU is at least functional, and the tools like quick transfer, budget, spending, etc are helpful, but it is very frustrating to wait so long for logging in, regardless of how good my connection is, and it is frustrating not getting notifications of payments nor of when balance is low (unless you program in a specific text notification “rule”, which doesn’t even tell you anything in the text except “Account has alerts matching your criteria” until you login to KohlerCU —which, again, is really slow and annoying). KohlerCU also gets stuck on loading screens really frequently and I have to close and restart KohlerCU so often when using it. Also, to be honest, it is frankly a pretty ugly app with no real customization/theme options except for a “large text” theme that’s otherwise the same as the default theme. So, KohlerCU is *okay*, but could use a LOT of optimization and improvements.
Every time you scroll through KohlerCU the stupid menu window pops up. Worked so much better before the change a while back. Please fix it so the menu window doesn’t keep sliding over when u scroll. Until this is changed I will not rate KohlerCU very high.
There was a time I was unable to do a mobile deposit. I’m not sure why. But other than that one time period it seems to work well.
KohlerCU is smooth only some bugs and minor glitches that appear momentarily but after an app close (or 2) it’s fixed.
Easy app to use. Helps me monitor my balances and shift money easily between my accounts. Love the mobile deposit and ability to securely message when I have a question.
KohlerCU is so easy to navigate and I love how it breaks up our loan balance so we can see the difference between Principal and Interest for each payment!
Everything works well on KohlerCU . When making loan payments be careful you don’t hit confirm twice. I unintentionally made 2 payments because I hit confirm a 2nd time because the screen didn’t change
Quick and easy access to your account with great functionality! Great being able to safely see and manage my money.
I love this bank because they care about our security and I can rely on them once I needed a loan to buy a house and I didn’t have any problems to get the loan👍
Nice app, convenient. What’s not good. It’s very easy to pay extra on your loans but you charge interest when we do that. In other words it doesn’t all go to principle. I have to call the credit union to do an all principal payment. That’s not very efficient for me or the credit union.
Easy to use & sign in. No issues that I’ve noticed. I can access my bank account info at the tap of a button.
KohlerCU is super useful and I really do use it a lot. However; it hasn’t been allowing me to make transfers from my savings to my checking account. This problem has occurred before but this is the most prevalent time. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks.
As the title states. There is no way to easily speak to a representative. It is not delineated and very frustrating.
Kohler CU app is easy to use even for a novice user. The navigation is well laid out with drop downs that make sense. I would offer it to anyone who wants a good banking experience!

It’s very easy to use and I love that I can make a budget, see my spending habits, and check my credit score! Definitely the best banking app I have ever used.
The KCU app has made banking remotely, extremely convenient with moving money, but in between accounts and depositing checks. A great service.

It’s easy to use when your just simply on the run to see exactly how much you have in either account no problems for me yet
