DAPI/400/4926 error code for editing personal information. I called the help center and they do not have a clue why this happens. They suggested that I add personal information at check in. Fingers crossed that that will work.
Since more than 3 weeks the app is not working on my iPhone. Cannot retrieve my bookings nor make new reservations. System just says “We’re working on your request, please don’t leave this page” and that message goes on for hours and hours and eventually I get a message that there is a technical error and please try again. It drives me nuts!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG?!? Why is it not fixed??
Beyond aviation standards! Have to add my contact details but they never got stored.. even filling in all fields with correct data format..and for some reasons mandatory fields are doubled! In the fields for telephone numbers the details of my travel agency occur..Trying to select seat that i want to pay for, get error DAPI/400/4926 and contacting developpers send y mail to callcenter(according to Google Play)! And these IT developers never read reactions on this platform, maybe they prefer IOS! And why it is not connected to the new "Travel ID"! I can not update my personal information nor proceed to pay an advanced seat reservation.
