Black screen yi sucks

They simply can't fix it. Frustrating, ridiculous and problem persists even after latest updates. Never again

In the last couple of months, my Yi app opens to a blank teal screen. I have to reboot my iPhone 14 Pro in order to get it to work. It will work for a couple of days, and then go blank again. Seems the last iPhone update is causing issues with the app.

Home and it does not respond when I open the app it doesn’t respond to anything that I touch live from my account to the display. It won’t show my account, camera nothing.

The Yi app keeps freezing or not opening and I have shut down my iPhone, restarted it, deleted the Yi app and re- installed it numerous times for it to only stop working within the day again. Please help.

I use an iPhone 14. Every couple of days the app freezes at startup and I have to reinstall the app. Please let me know if there is a fix available.

We are away on holidays and when I click on the app the Yi screen is frozen. You can’t even scroll to the different cameras. It’s just frozen on the last time I looked at it. This happened after my iPhone was updated. Help!!!!

Ever since they starting putting their ads on the home page it keeps locking up when you launch on iPhone. I can see my camera but when I try to open it or pick a command nothing happens - it’s locked up.

Ever since I updated to the iPhone 14 y home app keeps locking up when I first login I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall five times already please fix this crap

if you have a black screen, you need to uninstall and reinstall app. on your phone, at least this just helped me. No black screen and i plugged back in my cameras.

I am unable to control the motion on my cameras with the yi home Pc app. I can control them with the apple phone app. I tried to re install the app on my Pc, but I get a code error

Home dome camera was uninstalled from my phone app or deleted. I checked it after returning home and when I opened the app, it had reverted back to Home Screen and no camera was installed or saved. Had the same problem with the green screen. It seems Yi home app is outdated, Just install kami home app, and access with same user and pass. All settings and cameras remain in Kami home app. Im using it with iOS btw

When I tap to open my app it, a white screen pops up saying no internet connection. (There seems to be a problem we can not connect to servers.) With a Green button that says (Retry Connection) I tap it and nothing.

Yi home app android. Can see live feeds on both cameras, choose sound etc works except, control to move camera doesnt work.
