How to fix Harmony app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Harmony app on iPhone
Update Harmony app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Harmony iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Harmony on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Harmony network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Harmony app issues:

Force Stop the Harmony App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Harmony app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Harmony to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Harmony App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Harmony app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Harmony.

Fix Harmony unable to contact server/ Harmony internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Harmony » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Harmony » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Harmony on android.
