When are they going to fix this??? I can take a picture of the room but it want save the picture. Useless app if it doesn't get fixed

I can bring up the app, select a picture with my space and the moment i select any color, it keeps crashing. The app closes and is gone.

I've downloaded and tested this app several times with different phone companies (ex.. Apple, google, android etc..) over the last 2 or 3 years and it has never worked. Am I missing something? Or is the app defective?
