With pictures I upload, the selected wall is just dark gray no matter what color I use to "paint" it.

The app repeatedly freezes when I upload a photo and will not let me exit my photos. It will also not let me choose more than one color to try in a room. This has happened each time I try to use the app, making it unusable. Please fix!

Color snap for iPad freezes when trying to upload a photo. I have granted access to my photos, selected a photo to use, hit Done, then nothing. I can’t even exit from the photo pop up and reopen the app. Please fix app.
