I’ve used the app before but this time I can’t get it to upload my picture. I’m not sure why.

With pictures I upload, the selected wall is just dark gray no matter what color I use to "paint" it.

Freezes. Unusable.

The app repeatedly freezes when I upload a photo and will not let me exit my photos. It will also not let me choose more than one color to try in a room. This has happened each time I try to use the app, making it unusable. Please fix!

Color snap for iPad freezes when trying to upload a photo. I have granted access to my photos, selected a photo to use, hit Done, then nothing. I can’t even exit from the photo pop up and reopen the app. Please fix app.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ColorSnap app issues:

Force Stop the ColorSnap App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ColorSnap app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ColorSnap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ColorSnap App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ColorSnap app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ColorSnap.

Fix ColorSnap unable to contact server/ ColorSnap internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ColorSnap » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ColorSnap » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ColorSnap on android.
