It restarts ALL of my posted artworks! So now, I don’t have a username, a profile picture, likes, follows, repaints, followers, and none of my pictures will share! I have worked really hard on it but now it’s ALL gone!😭😭😭

Close and restart the Color By Number app on iPhone
Update Color By Number app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Color By Number iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Color By Number on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Color By Number network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Color By Number not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Color By Number App
1. On android, goto Settings » Color By Number » click [Force Stop]

Update Color By Number to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Color By Number App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Color By Number » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Color By Number.

Fix Color By Number unable to contact server/ Color By Number internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Color By Number » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Color By Number » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
