The app is great. It’s ease of check deposits has made me literally switch from depositing to my Chase account to my 5/3 account. Suggestions: I’d like it if Face ID kicked in immediately when I open the app instead of having to tap the button. Also, I’d like to see interest info on loans under Summary. Apple Watch integration would be fancy. Also, maybe some photos included in the designs would spruce things up. The app is amazing as far as functionality goes, but leaves a bit to be desired on aesthetics. P.S. I am in the software development industry and understand how annoying it can be to receive trivial requests... but the app is honestly so solid that I can’t think of anything else to provide in my feedback. Keep up the good work!
I have used 5/3 Mobil banking in Florida since 2015 and it has exceeded expectations. Using check deposits, a 5/3 Master Card and e-pay for all transactions provides immediate update on accounts. The down side is when you are required to contact the bank by phone you can expect at least 15-20 minutes hold time. Twice when I changed the checking account an ATM would not accept my MasterCard it took two phone calls to correct an error. When my MasterCard expired and an replacement a week late again holding to correct an error. When I established a loan by phone the assistance was very professional and helpful by excellent customer services.
This app is useless as a functional way to access my accounts. it crashes immediately after I open it and after numerous phone calls, re-install, clean installs, and frustration I still can't access the app on my iPhone se running the most current software. I like the bank, and keep hoping an update will be released to correct the problem. I don't and haven't had this problem with another app and have tried all the fixes offered by 5/3. It would be very nice to have a fully functional account.
I am really appreciating the service I get from Lisa and the app is very convenient and so easy to use. I can’t overemphasize the importance of the great people at 5/3rd. I have had some difficulties with getting information from other institutions and at times near impossible to get a person rather than a recording to get a simple question answered that is not in the faq’s. In Cadillac Mi it doesn’t matter if I come into the main branch or through one of the drive thru,s the professionalism and quality have been stellar! Thank you!
I’ve been with 5/3 for many years after having to leave PNC & US Bank following a move and what banks were available close by since we moved to a small town in the middle of nowhere. The next town over had a 5/3 and we wanted to stay with a larger bank. Opened an account there have been very pleased with them. After we moved back closer to Louisville we stayed with 5/3 even though they’re about 20 minutes away. They make it so convenient to do my banking online, I don’t need closer proximity to my branch!
