I never signed up for this app and I do not have it on my phone. My bank account has been charged $14.99 a month for 3 months now. I want to cancel whatever service this is and get my money back. Since, I cannot speak to anyone about this I may have to go through my bank and declare that fraud has taken place on my account. If you can take care of this for me please let me know.

They took my child tax credit and I had my account locked but they took it all anyway. Now I have no money for bills and have no clue how to get it back.
