How to Delete TruGreen

You guys have killed my lawn front yard and back yard. I want to cancel my service.

Make sure my acct. has been canceled. I was told one price over the phone on May 22, 2022. The price was 46.82. Tru green was out yesterday 5-4-2022 to service my yard. I went in to pay tru green and the price said 53.35. What? so I called tru green and talked with someone and they made the corrections. Will it showed a 6.53 balance. I check this morning and they told the 6.53 out of another acct I had. I talked with someone today. and they said it wasnt' going to be 46.82 it was going to be 49.00 . I don't understand why I was giving one price now another. I told the girl this is bad customer service. Just cancel my acct. I am finished. This is not a good way to do a customer. So I am canceling my acct. I feel sorry for this company. You have employees that don't care. If this was my company I would be checking out my employees. To bad. What money comes in pays the employees. No money coming in the company is over. So cancel my acct. I can find another company that would love to have my business. You really need to teach your employees how to talk with a customer. They say if you smile when you talk you have a better voice. Thats what I was taught in banking. Bad customer service. I shouldn't have to hear a bird in the back ground when I am talking with customer service. Good luck. Your going to need it.

TruGreen sent one of their tecs to my house to aerate my rather newly installed Zoysia lawn on a day following days of solid rain. The sod was too wet, and they should have known this before sending him! He started the aeration before I knew he was here, and finished without saying a word to me. I went out to look at the lawn, and was horrified at what I found! The aeration equipment had torn large hunks of sod out and had thrown it out onto the lawn in numerous places as the machine made turns in my yard. They have promised for weeks again and again to send someone out to evaluate and correct the mess they made. However, instead of that, they sent out another tech to aerate again! I've tried to call, waited hours on the phone and only get promises and 'we are so sorry' remarks. Their customer service is terrible. I paid for a year of service on my lawn, and extra for the aeration. I would like to cancel my contract if I cannot resolve this! Even the process of canceling looks to be impossible! Please, please respond with a visit to my yard from a manager or qualified person who will make this right.

Keep getting bills from Tru Green. Had one application from Lawn Medic. Paid for it. No one said anything about subsciption. Think Tru Green bought out Lawn Medic and maybe their customers. Anyway Tru Green said they treated lawn. Did not see them and they left no little lawn sign that says they were there. They are billing me $45. So far I am ignoring them.

I paid for one year ahead of the end of the year i have since sold my house i used a debit card i want to cancel that and have the remaining funds put back in my debit card if the new oweners want the service they can pay for it themselves

I wish to cancel my services with Tru- Green effective today Thursday April 29, 2021.. I have no issues persay but I thought you guys mowed the lawn and did other yard services.. But since you don't I have no use for your company spraying the lawn and that's all!!! Please reply...
