I get the message that the TruGreen app is temporarily unavailable, and to call back in business hours. Thing is, my TruGreen technician is due to come tomorrow, and I need to know what time - but without the app, i can't know when he's coming - and he might arrive before office hours. So this situation is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately and permanently.

Cannot create an account. Opening the application stops at a blank screen. Removed the application re-booted the phone, re-installed the application, opened the application and can only get a blank screen.

I downloaded the app. First screen opens and I select create an account. The app immediately closes. I just contracted with trugreen about an hour ago. I then deleted the app, redownloaded and then the app crashed the same way.

How to fix TruGreen app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TruGreen app on iPhone
Update TruGreen app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TruGreen iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TruGreen on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TruGreen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TruGreen Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TruGreen not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TruGreen App
1. On android, goto Settings » TruGreen » click [Force Stop]

Update TruGreen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TruGreen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TruGreen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TruGreen.

Fix TruGreen unable to contact server/ TruGreen internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TruGreen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TruGreen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TruGreen
