2 years agoDear Sir/Madam, I have been using free version of your CamScanner app on my phone during the online exams to convert photos of my exam answer sheets to pdf and send by e-mail to the professors. During the last exam, approximately 30 minutes ago, once I opened the CamScanner app, a small window popped up requesting from me to continue as a big button and maybe with also a small cancel on the top. Because of the tiredness of the exam, I touched the continue button without reading the offer. Then, it prompted me to a finger print request. I wanted to cancel immediately. However, I unintentionally touched the fingerprint button of my iphone which is also used to close the app. Next, it performed the purchase successfully. As a result, this payment has been performed unintentionally. I did not want to make a payment action. I also canceled the subscription from my apple account.
