Great app but customer service needs help

We have been using this app for a couple of years now. It works great but if you need help with anything god help you because you can’t call to talk to anyone. You have to send an email and then hopefully someone will write you back within 24 hours. Then you have to respond to the email and who knows how long it will take to get things resolved since they don’t call you just all by email. The customer service for this app definitely needs to be better. I’ve reported an issue on Monday morning and it’s now Thursday with only 1 email sent to me and no resolution.
