If you select any filters, it disregards them and shows what they want anyways. They also don’t make sure “employers” are actual businesses which allows for anyone to get your information to try and scam you. If you do choose to apply, don’t apply for anything that directs you to a website. It will most likely phish for info. I advise to either submit a resume and let the employer contact you or research them on the BBB and GlassDoor for verification. Also, you will get relentless amounts of texts from unprofessional people (again, mostly scammers)or recruiters for pyramid schemes. A serious job will call and schedule a virtual or face-to-face interview. Don’t fall for anything else. Do not make your resume public either, again, it’s a free-for-all for scammers to access your contact info. As someone who is immune-compromised as is relying on Work From Home jobs, they really need to fix what location is accessible for people looking for work. There are so many listed from my state, but when overlooking the summary, they are for a completely different state, which is not only easily fixable, but a waste of time for both parties, They need to better filter their desktop and mobile app for both employers and those looking for work.

There needs to be a way to block company names on here. A VAST majority of the jobs are for an MLM style insurance company that, if you know ANYTHING about MLMs it puts focus on recruitment OVER the actual product. You’ll get TONS of these, along with businesses that expect you to move to their location WITHOUT informing you till the interview has already been booked. This is even WITH selecting in my profile that I want to work where I live. I don’t trust this to get me a decent job because of these issues.
Also, on their site it doesn’t seem to matter what job you put as what you’re looking for, you’ll get results for things VASTLY outside of what you’re looking for. Yeah, it can FEEL like something is happening when you get TONS of people asking for interviews, till you realize all the jobs are crap and the people are just recruiters who are probably getting a bonus for bringing you in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND USE SOMETHING MUCH MORE REPUTABLE!!
To add even more, the majority of people I have been contacted by from using this platform are hardly professional despite claiming to be representing businesses. Oh, and it doesn’t accept Linkedin’s resume format for some reason.

Tried to use this app a few years ago but found it to be lacking in its functionality (tools are there, they simply don’t work.) Also did not like the auto apply feature that shot out my resume to jobs the algorithm deduced I was qualified for (never mind that I was not interested.) Granted, I probably accidentally released my resume myself while trying to figure out how to navigate, and touching non-functioning buttons repeatedly (harder each time, cuz my brain likes to make me think my fingers are the problem.) Fast forward to today… figured bugs would be worked out by now, so I uploaded my resume and it auto-populated my info (some completely incorrect and impossible to fix on the app) and auto-assumed that I was ready for it to be published publicly (I know this because I already had 5 views before I ever ticked the “I need a job now” option. The job filters still do not work (on IOS app). I deleted the app and if I find the actual website to be as equally contrary as I remember it to also be before, I’ll delete my account altogether… again.
