The app never opens. Just spins and spins. I have deleted it and re-downloaded several times and it still won't work.

To resolve The Honest Company network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the The Honest Company App
1. On android, goto Settings » The Honest Company » click [Force Stop]

Clear The Honest Company App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The Honest Company » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The Honest Company.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The Honest Company » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The Honest Company » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The Honest Company
