I get to the welcome screen, put in my name and phone # and it keeps spinning when I tap continue
I have 9 units. Kumo app on my iPhone 13 pro shows various connectivity status and drop offs and keeps changing.. sometimes by the minute. I check my network and can see that the signal strengths to each unit varies between 'can't find, poor, good, excellent'.. again various changes by the minute. My wife's iPhone and Kumo app also shows the same login/ enter name, phone for better experience problem where clicking on continue just hangs.
I open the Kumo App and it brings up "welcome" - add your name and phone number for a more personal experience. After adding the information and clicking "continue", the App spins and goes nowhere. It had been working fine before I bought a new phone (iPhone 14 pro).

I have the same issue. I verified my email address and now when I open Kumo Cloud it asks for my first name, last name and phone number “for a more personalized experience. One I enter the information and press continue it gets the circle showing it’s loading but never progresses. I want my app the way it was before.

Same issue, you enter name, email, and phone number and it spins and never advances.
My kumo stopped working after email verification this morning. The app won't load past profile update. It just keeps spinning.
