This doesn’t even deserve a star but fair warning you should just take the money right off the card and put it in your bank account because it doesn’t allow money transfers nor direct deposits even though this wasn’t the case like a month ago. Also I have to keep changing my password literally every time I try to log in, to the point where it locks my account just for it to tell me that I can’t use the same password! They literally have zero customer service so if you have a problem you will get a robot that has limited capabilities and if you’re on unemployment they will tell you to call the number on the card cause they don’t deal with the card service. Your money is not safe here so just take it out at the atm and put it somewhere else. They need to work on the development of GoProgramWay2GoCard cause Chile.

Their website, app, and phone lines are ZERO help. I’ve been trying to transfer funds to my bank account for over a week. The website and app say there aren’t enough funds to transfer when there definitely are. Customer service is absolutely no help. They’ll tell you they’ll call you back (And charge your 5$ for the phone call) and they will never call you back. The website never loads properly and makes you re-log in several times and start completely over.
Their automated service asked me to press 1 to confirm my address. Immediately after pressing it says, “Okay, now to not deactivate your card...etc etc press 2”. Went from trying to figure out how to transfer funds and CONFIRM AN ADDRESS to almost completely deactivating my card out of NOWHERE.
I am so frustrated and annoyed. I’m not able to access the money I’ve received weeks after I’ve gotten it.

Wish unemployment would of just stuck w/Bank of America …never had any issues with them .. you never were not able to speak to somebody if there was an issue though or GoProgramWay2GoCard is absolutely eight circus trying to get a hold of an actual person you sit there and get thrown around from site to site I never get anything solved… hi unfortunately did not read the comments before Hannah decided to go ahead and go with the transfer fun feature and that was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life because now my money is in some mysterious wormhole right now because it shows that it’s transferred and complete but then on my bank side it’s showing there’s no transfer at all so here I sit and wait for my own money I should’ve just kept it where it was but I was always an issue having to pay an ATM fee and everything else get your own money out this is just ridiculous and it’s become such a headache I would never EVER recommend GoProgramWay2GoCard to anyone..
Feel completely helpless now on how to find out where my $ is….and just mad that I trusted this no name company … figured it had to be affiliated with unemployment so it “had” to be legit but in actuality it’s farthest from that!
BE SMART.. and if you can help it ..stay away from this shady app!

I have had nothing but problems trying to transfer my available balance into my bank account. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no luck transferring my funds into my bank acct. Both mobile app & website says “There is an Exception “ and no customer service rep can tell me what it means and cannot help me resolve it. I’m still waiting for tech support to call me to help me. 1st tech ticket request, the guy did nothing to troubleshoot & fix my problem. After confirming I could log in ( never said I couldn’t log in ) , says my issue is another department and transferred me. Then I got hung up on, then a new lady said her records show my issue was resolved without letting me speak. If my issue was resolved, I would never want to call in again! I also asked how to set up Direct Deposit because there is a link on the log-in page. A customer service rep says they don’t offer that option & I must contact Unemployment to set that up! The Nevada Unemployment tells me I need to contact Way2Go! I’m so frustrated! I just want to set up Direct Deposit so I never have to call ANYONE! Bank of America ( previous carrier ) was more helpful! Very disappointed :(

I have no problems with the card itself. However, the problem that I do have is with customer service. I have been using Way2Go for my unemployment since May of 2020. I have had to call customer service 3 times. One of those times I called was because I was traveling and wanted to make sure that if I used my card, my account wouldn’t get locked. I was on hold for over 2 hours and 45 minutes only to have a 30 second long conversation. One of the other times I called was because my card got locked due to “suspected fraud”. I was on the phone for 3 HOURS AND 53 MINUTES. Only 8 minutes was I actually talking to someone. This is by far the most awful customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only are the hold times beyond ridiculous, but when they do answer the phone, you have to STRUGGLE to hear them. They mumble and they always sound like they’re muffled and underwater. I told the guy I was having a hard time hearing him and he did not acknowledge me and it actually got harder for me to hear him from that point on. There was no fraudulent activity on my card and I did not get an explanation on why it got locked and finally, at the end of this phone call, he said thank you for using Way2Go and I was in the middle of asking if I could use my card AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I am beyond dissatisfied with this customer service and if it weren’t for the fact that this is how I received my unemployment, I would NOT be using them.

Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Encountered

I have been trying to figure out where my card was for 2 weeks. I spoke to someone on Thursday who informed me that it would be another 21 days or I could pay $15 for 2 day shipping and I would have it on Monday. Well Saturday I got the card in the mail that was 21 days away and couldn’t activate it because it was already deactivated. Here we are on Monday and I called to get the tracking number for my card and it’s saying it won’t be here until tomorrow, and to top it off when I questioned the person about why I had to pay for expedited shipping when I already got the first card and the new card is having a delay, he hung up on me. I’m $98 negative and that will go up another $35 due to late fees tomorrow. Sure I should have managed money a little better but due to the pandemic I have been out of work this entire month.

This card was a godsend since I’ve been out of work due to the pandemic. Originally, I could transfer money from this card directly into my bank account, but after a few weeks, this feature went away. I was perplexed by this, but it wasn’t that bad since I could still use money directly from the card. Within the last few weeks, however, I started to notice large amounts being taken from the account that I had not authorized. Literally thousands of dollars are being taken out at a time and then smaller amounts as well. My brother has the same card, but he’s not having this issue. I have tried to call the help desk/customer service but I am left on hold for long amounts of time. I understand that lots of people have this card and they’re dealing with lots of customers with similar issues, but there needs to be a quicker, more efficient way to help people with this card. I hope and expect that all of the money that has been fraudulently stolen out of my account will be restored.

Constant fees, you sit on hold for hours and will disconnect. If you do talk to someone they will tell you they can’t handle what your problem is but they’ll put a “ticket” in to get it fixed. 1 year later and they’ve yet to correct my address. I had to pay to have a new card mailed to my “old address” 3 times because I never received it. Kept calling wondering where my card is, being told it was delivered and would be told my “old address” AGAIN! I finally had to drive the 60 miles to my old address just to get my card. It was easier then waiting for them to send a 4th card possibly with correct address and be charged another $20 for. Still waiting for those “tickets” to get reviewed from whatever department that you can’t be transferred to. No one has answers. Don’t know how this has lasted so long. They have to be making a mint off of all us and this is why this carries on, but HOW IS MY QUESTION? It’s CHILD SUPPORT!

I’ve had issues with this new card service for over a year. Someone has gotten a hold of my number twice and continues to shop online with it and I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone to replace it.

The first time it happened they froze my account without me knowing anything had happened for two weeks and there wasn’t a way to verify any information until I received a letter via snail mail saying that there was suspicious transactions and suspected fraud. Well when were you going to call me, I asked, the response was we didn’t know if they should call so they sent a letter. Are you freaking kidding me, my email and phone number is listed for that exact reason!

It’s not like the child support I get is a substantial amount but for what it’s worth it is MY money and it seems that someone else is able to utilize the funds just fine shopping on a Military website, Target and other places. This is so SHAMEFUL!!

Money missing

I transferred money to main bank account as it’s the account where bills come out. I transferred money with the correct numbers, in the correct places and was given a confirmation number 2days later and said it would clear in 2-3 business days. I check my bank and nothing everyday. So I inquire to the bank with my screenshot of the cleared transfer and apparently it must have been sent elsewhere because my bank never got it. Now I’m out $1400, will be short on bills and won’t have extra money to get things for my kids like winter clothes that are much needed. Now I have to call the Way2Go customer service and pray they can find the money and give it back to me or something because I don’t know what else to do. I’ve transferred money many times between multiple banks and never had this happen. I am so unbelievably upset with GoProgramWay2GoCard or bank, whichever made the GIANT mistake. My kids will be so thankful.

Great banking app but terrible

GoProgramWay2GoCard is great but the service is horrible . My card is always getting hacked ! I can never talk to anyone on the phone. Then when you get a replacement card they make you pay for it ! This is the second time I’ve had to get a new card . I can never get my money back that was spent elsewhere and not by me . They need better security when it comes down to this card .Also I’ve set my alerts up to receive text messages for deposits and when my card has been used and I never get the messages !! If I didn’t know when my money hits my card all of my money would be spent by hackers !! I hate that I have to pull my money off of my card !! This is ridiculous!! I even went through an investigation and they claim they couldn’t find anything wrong , even after I told them it wasn’t me in those states !!! They did nothing to even try to give me my money back .

I have had the best experience with my local employment service but when it comes to the customer service associated with the way to go card it is worse than any other I have ever had to deal with. I have called multiple times, waited on hold for over an hour just to be instantly hung up on every single time. They even charge you a fee when you call regardless of whether or not you speak to them. If you get cash at an atm, you are charged a fee, but with the way to go card your charged the atm fee plus an additional fee. I have worked in customer service my whole life. I take pride in how I handle people. I want them to feel so blessed when they walk away from me that they will come back again and again! I am not sure what country the way to go people are from but they obviously do not know the value in work ethic, customer service skills...etc!

I received my new card before my Eppicard became unavailable for use anymore, so I didn't realize that my funds had already begun transferring onto my Way2Go Card.. So after about two and a half weeks and still no Child Support, I finally decided to activate my Way2Go Card then created my online account, logged in and all my money was just sitting in my account waiting on me LOL. As of now there hasn't been any issues, I used it online to shop and also at the PNC Mac machine with no problems so hopefully things will continue to go smoothly🤞🏼🤞🏼but only time will tell 😊😊

I’ve been using GoProgramWay2GoCard for a few years now. I haven’t had any MAJOR issues. The only problem I had ONE time was when I attempted to transfer money from the card to another bank account and wasn’t aware of the turnaround time. I was sitting waiting and watching for my money to appear. It took a few days only for it to bounce back onto the card. Ever since then, any time I need to “transfer” money off the card, I simply go to the ATM and grab the cash. I would really suggest maybe updating the system for transferring funds. Everyone might not have the ability to run to the atm all the time. Just an FYI 😊. Other than that GoProgramWay2GoCard is straight 👍🏾

Only one problem

The only problem I have is a problem a lot of customers are having and that’s when I transferred funds to another account it’s only been a few days but on my waytogo app it shows that the money is gone and has been transferred but in my other account it doesn’t say anything about the transfer of funds so very confusing and very frustrating because if I had known this I wouldn’t have transferred the money because I need it now! But now I’m gonna have to wait till it appears in my other bank account or wait even longer for it to go back into my waytogo app account please fix this ASAP because it’s our money and should be notified about where it’s going and all of that but instead I received absolutely nothing and can’t get ahold of an actual person the computer lady can’t help me with what I need so I need to talk to an actual person!!!!

Simple but

I was using it for a few months, transferring funds once or twice a month to my main bank account. One day I was unable to transfer (it returned it after a couple days even though I got an email that said my funds had been successfully transferred), then my pin stopped working. I got locked out and if it happens to you, you just need to call the customer support number on the card and reset it through the automated system. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the bank transfer issue I was having as I tried a few more times after. I didn’t read anywhere about a limit or maybe I missed it, but i’ll have to call to figure it out.

Hello, I am very happy with GoProgramWay2GoCard itself. I am having an issue getting ahold of costumer service. After unsuccessfully being able to change my password in app however. I keep trying different password. Yes I knew I would be have to call and verify and I appreciate that level of security. Yet when I finally found the proper costumer service phone number. I lost my card so through the automated prompts I asks for my pin. If someone did indeed use my card and knew me. They would be able to switch the password.I need to cancel the card and be reassured a new one. This is daunting. I have over $600 of deposits made via child support services and cannot access them. Because I cannot get a hold of customer service pass the prompts. Help! I have had nothing but good experiences with Way2Go and would suggest this company. Can anyone please let me know how I can resolve my issue? Thank you

I think the company needs to be more forthcoming when you’re transferring funds. I could’ve walked in my bank and pulled the money out immediately and yet when I went to transfer, quite a bit of money, from the card to my Bank, there was no notification or alert or WARNING that it would take 7 to 10 days. Which is ridiculous, because it came out of the account immediately. If I had known I would have never transferred that much money and been without it for a week. I will never use their transfer service again. Plus I did it on a Friday, and that Saturday and Sunday did not count towards the 7 to 10 days! Additionally, they do not let you know the transfer is in process, I was in panic mode thinking I entered the wrong account number for my bank. It would’ve been or it should be mandatory to send you a confirmation that your funds are being transferred.

Have no issues with the card or app after using almost two years. I use GoProgramWay2GoCard to check my balance anytime I want. I was also able to set preferences to alert me via call or text, when I get deposits. The previous blue Indiana card I was using had this feature also, but the preference settings never worked properly, and the card had no app, just a website for login...the Way to Go card and app was a much needed improvement. Haven’t had the need to call customer service so far. There has been so issues with my transactions so I’m happy about that. The old blue card previous to this one got hacked several times, not the case with this card. Any issues with my deposits though, I properly direct to the child support office/caseworker.

Couldn’t use

After being asked a million personal questions to set up an account I go to a page where it was impossible to select the field to enter what they wanted. I tapped and tapped on the field and it wouldn’t select it. So I cancelled because that was the only other option available. There was no back button. One problem is the fields are tiny. The other problem is very poor app design and buggy. I won’t try again. Deleting GoProgramWay2GoCard and will be cutting up the card as well.

I can’t even get registered, when I get to the part to select an security image and name it, it always gives me an error message that the server is down try again later and after five minutes if inactivity take you back to login which I can’t do because I never get to finish registration but when I try to use the user name I choose it gives me the already taken, yeah that was me, so I have to choose another user name. I’ve done this about 10 times and it’s the same thing every time. Very frustrating

GoProgramWay2GoCard isn’t working. I can’t get past the picture set up. It keeps getting error messages so I can’t set up with GoProgramWay2GoCard and if you call for balance they charge a fee. So I have no other way to check balance. The other way worked with no issues I hate GoProgramWay2GoCard. Well what do you bonks. I get back on try GoProgramWay2GoCard again and it still doesn’t work. Useless. I have to call the number in the. Ask if the card because I have no way to get account info or pay a bill if I need to. The old system worked better. A total F$&@ up

They order me to turn of my records line. and they say you can't record us we can record you. Because that how is the policy. I know the policy. The employees have to follow them not customers. I’ve been trying to get GoProgramWay2GoCard to work since May, at the end of trying to set up it always tells me server error. Ive even restarted my phone, uninstalled and re installed GoProgramWay2GoCard with no luck. Now after hearing my transaction history over the phone there might be a possible fraudulent charge, and I can’t check it and the customer service otp is down for maintenance.
***update to add. I finally got it setup and it’ll periodically tell me my password is wrong, which I know it’s not, and this time it won’t even let me reset without getting an error msg. Just a way to have you call the card then be charged for checking your balance.

GoProgramWay2GoCard never works. And if you switch cards good look getting it to work again. This company is stealing you your money. They charge you after so many calls to check your balance but there is no other way to do it since you can’t check it on GoProgramWay2GoCard . Every time I try to sign back up it says server error. Seems that a company making so much money taking from you from checking your balance they could at least have a working app... but no they want to keep making money from you having to call. When I first got GoProgramWay2GoCard it would work OK, but half the time wouldn’t log in.. either way they are scamming and BBB will be finding out. Obviously y’all are changing your ranking cuz it was really low but now you have a four.. yeah right!

Doesn’t work on IPhone and charges you

So I keep getting a “issue” when I try to set up an account. I ended up calling in to get help from customer service, they said they would call me back in a few days and I would be charged for he call. I NEVER got a call back (this was a couple months ago) and they made sure they took $5 out of my balance, totally disgusting. So I’m here a few months later STILL unable to set up an account because GoProgramWay2GoCard says there’s a “server issue” (I am on my own WiFi and my phone has full service) and the fact they scammed me to pay for a call I never got and I never got my account set up. All I can say is this is disgusting how they steal the money from me but do not preform the service. GoProgramWay2GoCard obviously doesn’t work on iPhones or I would not have this issue.

I received an alert to my phone when a transaction was taken out of my account. I immediately call but I couldn’t get threw until a couple of days later. I remind you that I stayed holding on for hoursssss. The scammers cleared my card with 3 transactions from Dollar General in Detroit.
I couldn’t even go online an dispute the transaction and I still can’t. I finally was able to talk to someone and they canceled my card and supposedly send me some fraud papers to fill out. I still to this day have not received any papers and my money is gone because they let it cleared, instead of canceling it before it went threw. I am so disappointed with this process and how they handle business. Child support needs to change companies. I’m going to write the news about this as well with this company.

Ok. GoProgramWay2GoCard was great for the first week or so. My balance was always accurate and everything was going well. But...now that I’m days away from my next deposit, GoProgramWay2GoCard suddenly forgot my info. I tried to log in, and my info was gone. So I re-entered it, but the security picture and word were wrong, and it wouldn’t take my password. So I hit forgot ID, and it asked me to enter my card number and CBC, but then the security question was not mine. I’m lost and can’t access my info. I tried to start another account but I no longer have the special activation number.
Needs bug fixes.

Helpful App but needs updating

I use apps for nearly all my financial management today. It would be really convenient if GoProgramWay2GoCard would incorporate “touch” log-in capability. It would also be very helpful to me if Mint were able to log in and track this account. Other than that, I’m really grateful for GoProgramWay2GoCard.

I find this VERY convenient. It shows me where money was spent, when, what is left and when deposits are made. Since I’m the only one that can access my phone with my thumb print there is no risk of anyone, that shouldn’t be, having access. Thank you! It would be nice to have a text alert or someway to get an alert of when deposits are made though.

So can you please fix the problem where I can log back in GoProgramWay2GoCard because I loved the and I did it have any problems with it until now. Thanks

Very helpful but not secure in public

I appreciate GoProgramWay2GoCard . Having the exact balance at the moment when I am about to pay a bill or make a purchase is great. Through no fault of GoProgramWay2GoCard developer people are shifty and not always honest. I don’t always feel comfortable checking my balance in GoProgramWay2GoCard while in public because GoProgramWay2GoCard doesn’t support Touch ID. I also didn’t see a way to set up text alerts. Unless I overlooked it. That would be a great addition also. Text when funded. Text when low fund amount I set is reached. That kinda thing.

My card info was somehow stolen and someone in another state used All of my money. Disaster! The Fraud Staff was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring. I wish I could remember her name. I talked with her twice and everything happened exactly how she said it would. She understood what I was going through. She made a bad experience bearable. Thank You!

I really like GoProgramWay2GoCard. It shows updated balances rather quickly. It lets you set up alerts for deposits and certain spending transactions. I haven't had any issues with it and would recommend you get it.

I have a way2go child support card. I have been trying for 3 MONTHS to get my card activated. I have sent in EVERY piece of my identification. I then was denied that I am WHO I am..then was told they have NO IDEA who has a copy of my birth certificate, my ss card, my drivers license, AND my passport. This means, someone, (Unknown) has access to my confidential information, and are possibly using my identity. I still am unable to access my money (I have an autistic son, who needs medical care) which now has a balance thousands of dollars. I am SOOOOOOO angry, frustrated, and fed up! I contacted my state, and they have begun an investigation, but I still do not have access to my money!!! If you can avoid this card, this company, PLEASE stay FAR FAR AWAY!! They might possibly be using personal information in an illegal way. I am hoping my formal complaint with the State, will end their contract! DANGEROUS COMPANY... SCAMMERS!!!!

I called in to customer service to dispute a charge. I was greeted by a man named (Woodwin) or (Woodland) by asking for my social security number, date of birth and address, I was uncomfortable giving my social to him due to the CPNI laws, The Rep got angry with me and said i called him and if i wanted assistance i would comply. When i ask if there was another way to verify, The Rep yelled at me telling to call my local way 2 go and then hung up. I now feel like i have been scammed and my dispute was never solved.

The fraud department is incompetent and does not take claims seriously! I disputed several transactions that were not made by me, even filed a police report to substantiate the fact that fraud actually occurred. I was told I would receive a questionnaire that needed to be submitted within 10 days, well it came in the mail on the 10th day. I called in the day before worried that it did not come, and I was told I could email a statement. In addition to emailing a detailed statement, I forwarded the information that I gave to the police. The very same day that I sent the information, my claim was denied and closed due to “conflicting information”. What the conflicting information is I don’t know because no one is able to tell me. I now have to wait for the “investigation report” to come in the mail. I am told to send in additional supporting documentation if I have it but there is no guarantee that my claim will be opened and reviewed. I am livid and going to escalate this as far as I can because it’s unheard of to have a fraud team yet they don’t even investigate the claim or try to help the victim. We are talking about almost $900 of transactions! I am disgusted and never doing business with this company again if they don’t make this right. I have reached out to a lawyer.

It sucks that we can't chose to change service! I have this card so my son can get his child support. I called last week to update my address while waiting on CS. Now they have flagged the card for fraud, although I had to verify myself during the call. I verified the email and phone number, and now are being made to do additional steps (send a picture of ID) all while my son was just trying to use his card to get FOOD! There is basically no way to talk to a real human UNLESS they lock your card but still can't give valid reasons. I've never had such horrible customer service, asked to be transfered to do a survey because of how dissatisfied I was with the experience and got hung up on! They try to silence us, but when your mess with my kid and his money, I'm never going to give up! I've did everything necessary so UNLOCK HIS CARD NOW AND STOP HANGING UP ON PEOPLE! 0/5 STARS!

This organization of card service is provided just simple everyday normal services, such as making a withdrawal at ATM and purchasing at a store with small fees and some no fees without any obstacles or problems. However, when it comes to little more complicated procedures like making money transfers to another bank and trying to reach out to customer services then customers would face issues. For example: 1. A long waiting time from customer services that list on the back of the card. (about 55-115 minutes on hold) 2. Making a money transfer to your bank takes massive time longer than any other service, it is taking about 10 days. 3. The Way2Go website always shows unreliability during usage, for example, automatic logs customers out without a request, sudden changes in languages, etc. I can only hope that this website and this organization of Mastercard services would improve their services for better to every customer and for their organization's prosperity in the future. All the people that have left reviews on here regarding fraudulent charges, we all need to get together and file a complaint to whoever oversees and regulates this program. I’ve had fraud charges on my card that I just recently discovered and filed a claim and it was denied. They said I gave conflicting information which is a completely lie. I have a bad feeling that there may be some people working there (insiders/infiltrating scammers) collecting our card information and using it and/or selling our card information ito scammers because there’s just way too many reviews on here that mention fraud and money missing from their accounts. It can’t simply be a coincidence. There’s something bigger going on here, a huge racketeering hub or something.

This card service is horrible for single moms that depend on child support to take care of children. I needed to get a new card because my card expired at the end of May 2022, I had a new payment due to process soon, and I was informed that since I did not have $4.00 on my card, i would be unable to get a new card until I had the money on my card. The problem here is, what happens when a parent has $3.99 on their card and need it to feed, gas, or a balance difference to pay a bill, but the card is expiring, suppose this is money that would make the difference of feeding 1 child or 2 children, and maybe this was the only money the parent has, but the card is expiring, this company will not release a new card to the parent until they have the $4.00 to pay for a new card. I don't understand why a card is not sent out before the existing card expires. I had to speak to several representatives and when I was finally transferred to a supervisor, she was extremely rude, and informed me that since I'm getting a deposit soon it shouldn't be a problem to pay the $4.00 fee for a new card. So, I will receive my deposit before I get the card because they have to collect their money first before I can spend my money meant for my child. The supervisor saw that I had pending deposit but that I won't get the card until about two weeks after the money is deposited. Something should be done about how this is just a money-making scheme for this company and not at all benefiting the parent as they will get money that supposed to be used for the support of the child/children first, and then when they see fit to send your card out you will be short on what you receive. In Alabama we have no choice but to use this card and it's unfair to parents that need this money to support their child/children. The Way2Go card is a rip-off to parents,BEWARE!!!!!!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had to call 3 times today and the last time was 3 hours of being transferred to other departments (8 or so times) and no one could help me. Half the time they transferred me to the social security card departments instead of child support. I spoke to a supervisor and was told to do something that I had already tried and didn’t work. He said that was the only thing he could suggest because that’s how their “system” worked. I asked if I could speak to someone who could override the system and he said that there was no one in the whole company who could help me, and when I said that meant there was no way for me to access my funds, he said he told me what to do already and hung up on me.

This card is the worst. I have fraud alert set up on the card, and yet they allowed $830 in $5, $10, $15 and $25 purchases to google play go through. I didnt even have a google account. I was clearly not me and not my purchases. I contacted Google Play who confirmed the fraud and refunded my money back to the card. I received a transaction ID from Google showing the money being put back on my Way2Go card. It has been a month and Way2go claims google never gave them the funds. I have proof they did and when I call they just say they cant help me. This company is a joke.

Look people, do your homework. Conduent is Go Program's parent company. Conduent has a horrible reputation, of course just like Go Program. The issuing bank of this card is Coamerica Bank. In 2018, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren had to slap Coamerica's hands because relatives of Senator Warren reported to her that their Government funds were being messed with. Coamerica Bank stopped messing with Warren's relatives Govt funds, but to this day Coamerica Bank is tied to Go Program in San Antonio and Conduent in,San Antonio. If a customer service rep tells you something has been mailed to you, or they tell you they will mail you something the next day, trust me, they haven't mailed you anythjng, nor are they going to mail you anything. They're going to tell you it may be 6-weeks before you receive "whatever" because the postal service is so slow. They blame everything on the USPS. I've been dea!ing with these crooks long enough to learn their satanic business. I'm still dealing with them and they need to realize I'm not going anywhere. They have met a force to be reckoned with when it comes to me. Yes, their CS Reps are awful, but I'm sure they get cussed out all day long (I'm no exclusion, I've cussed them too) from consumers. I guess I've experienced the longest wait time if 15 hours. I had been on hold via my landline, with speaker on, listening to their awful background music. This is the worst company ever!!!! Currently, I’ve been on hold for the fraud department for over 3 hours!! Last week, I reported fraudulent activity on my card for $25. I reported the transaction & the man asked me if I wanted to cancel the card. I SPECIFICALLY told him NO! I only wanted to report the charge. The charge happened the beginning of September, it’s now the 3rd wk in October, I never seen any other charges so I wasn’t worried about my card being used again. Even though I specifically said NO to canceling the card & even though the representative responded to me understanding that I did not want him to cancel it, he cancelled it anyways without me knowing. This whole entire time I had no idea the card was cancelled. Until these last couple days, I was trying to check my balance & the app was telling me that my card was DISABLED!!! When I call the number on the back of the card, the automated voice is telling me my card was DEACTIVATED!!! This is where it took me over 3 hours to talk to someone!!! Just for them to say that it’s protocol to cancel the card. Why wasn’t I told this??? I was given an option to cancel & I said NO. At that time, the representative should’ve told me HE HAD TO!! get this, not only did he cancel the card without my authorization, he didn’t order me a NEW CARD!! & even though the situation at hand was NOT my fault (meaning the fraudulent activity) If I want to receive a new card I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!!! $20 to expedite the card or $5 to receive it in 10 DAYS!!!!! How am I charged for a new card when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE CARD NOT TO BE CANCELLED & IF ITS PROTOCOL TO BE CANCELLED HE SHOULDVE TOLD ME!!!! Was forced to use this card for child support payments to me. Card number has been compromised 5 times in about 8 years! Recently had $350 stolen from my account. I have alerts set up but they never work, filled out necessary fraud dispute paperwork after it was sent to me ONE day before they were due! Faxed paperwork and weeks later received a letter that they found a conflict in the information I provided and rejected my claim. I've called them 2x wks ago regarding my login and stated someone will call me back in 72hrs. A lady called me back and she couldn't help and she will have someone call me back that can help. 8x days later still no call back. Called 7x days later to start my claim and asked me for a police report and to call the merchant to get me a refund!!! they are useless!!!! the lines are never clear, some with heavy accent and they speak too fast, some sounds like they work from home that all I heard were dogs barking in the back, some I can hear her driving with her window down and when I asked she said hold on she's going to pull over!!! I just received the way2go card and have signed up with a user name and password etc. After confirmation was given that a new account was created I was then prompted to log in. I've tried numerous times to log in. The step with the security picture and its name never matches the image I picked so now I am not able to access my account as I am warned that if the picture doesn't match then do not log in. I called the number on the back of my card when I noticed, multiple, transactions that I did not recognize. I was on hold for a very long time. Once connected, I had an awful time understanding the person speaking due to background noise, etc... I also had to yell out my social security number, multiple times, to multiple people. I had 13 pending transactions that I did not recognize, which they wouldn't do anything about, because they were pending, and I had to wait until they went through/cleared ...some did the following day, thus I went through the process, again...blurt out social to multiple people, stay on hold for 2 hours, send a code, etc... I was finally connected. I went through the questions regarding fraud, etc...they gave me a case number and sent papers for me to fill out. I didn't receive the papers by the time they said I would get them, so I went through the process, again....hold, social, hrs of my time. I finally received the papers. I filled them out sent them back. This was over a month ago. Mind you, some of the charges are still "pending"...for a month. I called to get an update. I went through the process, again- hold, social, hrs of my time. When I finally got through, he said: " your claim was denied, file a police report" then he hung up on me. I cannot express my anger in words that are appropriate. The charges were made within 2 days, at multiple gas stations in Florida.I live in Georgia, I have one card. I used my card, on the same day and time, the other charges were used... I guess I can teleport.

Had been reasonably ok with using this card for my UI benefits. The nightmares started when I began using their transfer feature to my personal bank account. Every since I started doing that, I would get flagged for potential fraud. Comerica/Way2Go freezes my account and makes me go thru hell trying to get them it doesn't need to be disabled. Sometimes their CS will just pass you off to another rep and make you wait another hour. I wish I'd just had my South Dakota UI benefits sent to my bank account. Unreal. These ppl literally steal your money. Now they're telling my account is in "White out" phase, meaning I may or may not be able to access my info in 24 hours!

right or wrong well let me tell you my story somebody has to be in that company had a cash app connected to my card that never used just activated it took money buying things that was not me I'm located here in Brandon Florida these transactions were being made and California which I have never even visit there don't even know what the place looks like only on TV but anyways this transactions that are being done at the same time that I'm using my card down in Florida someone is using the same information in California and I called to make a complaint interacts to get help for my online access well this is way back in December of 2020 it is now may of 2021 and I still don't have access to the online banking or my account then I had to dispute all of these transactions that I did not do and not only that if you do all these transactions and one big dispute they should come back the same way and not only that have some type of proof that they were refund it or that you know the security department for theft are whatever may be can show you because if you have no online access to your account and basically they can tell you anything well my way to go unemployment benefits send me a text every time does the deposit that's only for the weeks that I claim now these people such big liars told me that they deposit this amount of money as a result of my dispute I wasn't contacted never got an email or even a text message to my phone stating these accusations now why can I transfer my money from this thieving lying just all over bad business card to my card that I already have that I trust and has never had an issue I can get in contact with customer service whenever his problem if I dispute anything they contact me back if I need access to online or I can't sign into my account that I have hands on right then and there not waiting for hours customer support oh no and when you call the card it says something about Florida card holders can no longer transfer their remaining balance from off the way to go card and that you can't tell them you have to go back to the unemployment to make a request of payment change and that's the only way but your remaining funds cannot be transferred to a card of your choice this is just plain out wrong and being bullied by a car company that the government trusts to issue or to manage the benefits of the fellow Americans and that's just not what this company is about they're liars they still they even make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about and get upset with you hang up in your face and one representative told me she's not worried about anything it's not her money it's not that's the most rude I'm professional disrespectful thing I've ever heard when talking to customer service of any sort I still yet have not received any proof of these funds do they say I'm supposed to have how am I supposed to see it I don't know because online access I have yet to get but they it's all these different departments but when you call there it's limited things on the voicemail itself about this car that is really questionable because you can only do a couple of things that is to report your card stolen or to check a dispute or get your balance and your last 10 deposit transactions or purchase transactions this is how I found out about all almost two grand if not more of my money that was taken from off my card that I have no idea that was connected to someone's cash app card that's not in my name and all these different transactions that were made in California now again I'm located in Brandon Florida never been anywhere but here my whole 39 years of my life so is this like robbery are being forced to be bullied robbed and pretty much took advantage of by a company that our government trusts to issue or to have people's hard earned money stolen robbed taken with no help into regaining are having some type of resolution or solution to obtain the money I received my card in January2021 February 26 2021 I had to set up trash pickup and could only do it over the phone. I also had to supply my card information for them to charge it. The next day a charge of 379$ was on my account that I did not do or authorize. I filled out dispute papers supplied names and numbers of trash company and the business the charge was made..as well as the owner of that business. The transaction was reversed in the businesses favor! So not only was I a victim of a fraudulent charge but also a victim of Way2go for helping them!!!! The charge was for a WIG from a black beauty shop. I'm a 49yr old asian american male...and I don't need and never have needed a wig! Especially from a Female beauty supply store!

I waited 2 months for them to do an investigation and for them to say they couldnt prove it was fraud. What?!?!?! I live in Nashville TN and used my card 10 mins before in Nashville. Due to the virus and losing my job, I was approved for unemployment. I agreed to use their way2go card, seemed like an easy solution. Boy was I ever wrong. 🤬 I have had numerous problems from day 1. Some GDOL fault and the rest Way2go. Currently I am waiting 24 hours to before my card canbe unlocked due to incorrectly putting my pin number in at Walmart last night. I called to speak with someone and was informed there is nothing they can do. Prior to that, reporting a stolen card, 2 weeks go by and still no card. Keep in mind the only income I have is going to this card. I call them and am told they never mailed it. So he has it sent out I agree to pay the $15 for expedited shipping. Prior to that, pressing 1 for English should mean I speak to someone who is able to fluently speak and understand English. Nope. Not that day. My original card shipped wasn't in my name. I could go on and on. Not being able to transfer money to your own bank is stupid. Also while you are awaiting your replacement card you cannot access any money, not even your account. And God forbid you need a bank statement to show an apartment your only form of income. Wbich I needed 3days ago, but since I had to report my old one stolen, all of those records or non existent now. So again I call to ask about how or is it possible to obtain them - yes it is and I should receive them by mail in 5 to 7 business days. Are you effin kidding me?!?!?!?

Recently found out that Michigan changed their debit card company and have been without access to my child support for two months. Called Way 2 Go after being directed by MDSU to gain my debit card, customer service was beyond piss poor. I spoke to two representatives and one so called supervisor to try to get my situation resolved. My family and I went to Ms. to visit her grandfather for Thanksgiving and on 11/22/2020 my wife ordered a pizza and this card was charged by the pizza company 3 times and the total was 106.59. I called the pizza company and they only took $37.53. They put back $69.06 which Way2togo lost my money saying that the transaction never too place and I the customer cannot see it. I explained to the lady over and over that on 11/29/20 the pizza company put the money back on the card but Way2go keeps saying that the money was put back, but it does not show on the card. They were very unprofessional, they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t know how to dispute the charges. They kept me on hold for 3 hours and nothing was accomplished I asked them something so simple as email me documentation that it was put back and the lady said her only option was to mail the history which can take up to 7 business days by mail and by this time it’s been over 27 days which is ridiculous.

I’ve had to call several times for different reasons and it’s always the same. On hold for a minimum of 40 minutes and when someone finally answers your chances of them “accidentally” hanging up are about 50/50. The customer service is atrocious. Then wento to use it after I received it and it started denying all the transactions.
