So I was able to get ahold of a live representative thanks to a very useful tip from a poster here. Now they are saying I am not in their system. This is an entire joke and this company is TRASH!! I have had some of the same issues such as my card declining, getting locked out of my account, and now they can't find me in their system. The worst mistake NV unemployment could have made was switch to this TRASH BAG Company. So now I have to contact unemployment to get this issue resolved. Oh by the way, to get ahold of someone, DO NOT enter your card information when prompted. Wait for it to prompt you to use your SSN and DOB and PIN, but when you enter the PIN DO NOT enter your correct number. It will have you do it a second time and enter the correct number, you will then be transferred to a rep.

My first payment from Nevada state unemployment posted to the card before I set it up , when I realized that i set the card up just to see the payment was sent back because I hadn't set up the pin yet. I figured it would correct itself after a bit but it never did it also doesn't show anything on the unemployment sight about anything being sent back so the real question is where is my $960 !!

This is a number I got from someone after searching for months. You can talk to an actual person about your card! 1-884-663-2638! Sharing cause I know it's a horrible system and hard to find help without a live person! Hope you find the help you need and pray they update their systems soon cause this is so much headache and little to no resolve even to find this number was almost impossible! This card is crap and their customer service is crap. Someone charged $900 to google play on my card. They told me they can do nothing about it because it was over 30 days ago. I do not receive statements in the mail and had no idea this was happening. I contacted google to see if they can figure out who made the charges. I believe this company is selling the card numbers and then making it impossible to file a claim to get the funds back. Not sure how to report this, but something is not right here.

I have never dealt with a worse card company in my entire life! Do better Michigan this is child support! My card was hacked and had several fraudulent $5 charges. I have spent almost 13hours total being transferred to the wrong departments, on hold, being disconnected, and being told I had to wait to file a complaint. After 10 total hours of this I was finally able to file my complaint. They said they were sending me paperwork I had to fill out and fax back and I have STILL not received it. I have now been on hold for over three hours today to just get someone to mail me the paperwork. I’ve been transferred back and forth over 6 times today a lone and if the paper work is not back to them by this Tuesday my claim is closed and I’m screwed out of all my child support money that was taken. I’m contacting my congressman over this. This is absolutely disgusting that so many of us are going threw this.

I have tried for over a month to dispute two different transactions. They mailed me a letter from the dispute resolution Dept saying that they received my dispute but it was only for one transaction and conveniently it was for the smaller amount of the two disputed transactions. When they posted the refund back to my account it was about half of what the smaller amount was then I had to pay 5 dollars to have a new card sent. I am very disatisfied with the service I have received from the dispute resolution Dept. I sent back the forms that were sent to me specifically putting both transactions on their that I had no knowledge of either one and when I call it just tells me my card has been sent and goodbye and hangs up. It won't let me talk to someone.

I really wish MI CS System had never changed from US Bank to this crap. You can't attach this card to any accounts or other cards. You can't talk to a human. I got get in my account through the app after getting a new phone. I try to reset everything and it claims to have sent me an email that's on file. I never received anything to my email. I had been in the mental health hospital for 24 days and while there my card had been used for almo st 5000.00 that was disputed the 16th of July. They never transfer me to the correct department, and I have tried several times to get this resolved, and they don't seem to give two shits about their customers. This is the worse card service ever. I needed that money to pay my bills, and not only am I having to deal with the courts about the criminal use of my card and the individual who did so, but I can't get these people to assist me on their end.

If your card is locked. You got to call the unemployment office. Ask to speak to a supervisor, and then have them direct you to the direct express fraud department. I've read these comments and relate whole heartly. I to rather my kids are victims of this horrible excuse of wtf banking system the state of Tennessee has chosen. They have taken money time and time again. Making it impossible to access balance, money, ATM, online banking, online anything. There's no where in all the catch-22 with either my state,goprogram,condent,Mastercard, does it state of say for any reason they should have been treated so. I updated my address with Way2GO months 3-4 months ago. Today, a different postal code is on my account. How? A new card was sent to me June 2nd 2021, today is Aug 1st 2021 and I have not received it. My current card has been deactivated. I don't see my deposits coming in from OK CSS since May 3rd 2021. First of all, everyone needs to purchase RFID card covers, you can but 12 for $5 or 19 for $8 on Amazon, ebay,office max, Walmart etc. It keeps lazy (I don't want to work) criminals from stealing your money from of your cards. These criminals only need to drive by you on the road and stay within 15 ft of you, then they swipe by scanning all of your cards information right from your wallet or purse and start spending it all. You'd think banks would get smart and start sending these inexpensive covers complementary with each card, they'd save a bunch of money which causes you to save money in the end. The WayToGo company needs to step out from the dark ages and allow their customers the option to get on their accounts to dispute charges online, and stop locking the account holders account when fraudulent charges appear. They also need an online chat, hire more people to answer the phones and handle customers who call instead of keeping them online for over an hour, this is unacceptable, California-get a clue, not only is everyone moving out of the state but people will start boycotting all businesses there, until you stop thinking we the people don't matter, that goes for every other business as well that has adapted the "customer is always wrong" attitude, politicians made it this way, time to vote these dummies out and get non political people in office again, like Trump-those that want a better country for the people, instead of what we got in office now, that I own you and you will obey me attitude, and believe all my lies because that's all I know how to do. They think we're stupid blind fools, believing every word from their lips(like mainstream news medias). Not only are we not stupid fools,(most of us anyways), but we're pretty much done with taking the backseat and will fight you on everything corrupt! i have tried to log into my account and my user id and password doesn't work. i tried the 'forgot id' , it says information sent to my email and it never comes. Sometimes my card works and sometimes it doesn't. I have to do the same transaction several times. i have tried to use my card on venmo and it wont let me. My card is locked this is so frustrating I've tried to contact customer Service to actually speak to someone it doesn't give me the option to do so, the only option I have is to get a replacement card. I have Bills due don't have the time to wait 7-10 business days for a replacement card because of their issues. I am trying to let Shandrinaye Williams in Alabama know that her card has been found and is safe. I tried calling the Way2Go corporation to let them know that the card had been located so that they could let Ms. Williams know and could not get anyone on the phone to speak to. If this is how you run your business, you need to rethink. Automated does not mean we never want to speak to a human. In fact, during these pandemic times, we might need to speak to a human to know that our needs are being met. You need the option of speaking to a representative as a choice. I am unsure why that is not an option. Many people are going to call for many different reasons that they would prefer to speak to a representative instead of click numbers like your shopping at a vending machine. This whole system is TRASH! But hopefully this will help somebody out here. I locked my card. The app never acknowledges my username password or security question. The ONLY way I’ve found to speak to a live agent is to bypass the card number prompt. Access account info by ssn and birthdate. And when it’s ask for your PIN.. enter the wrong pin twice and it will connect you to an representative. Be advised, I once was on hold for two hours before I hung up. This is totally unacceptable. Hopefully you can get through and resolve your issues. The best bet is to implement a weekly automatic transfer to your bank account and bypass the use of this garbage card all together. It make take longer to make your money available it at least you won’t have to deal with locked cards, a disabled account or having to use this ridiculous automated service again. God Help Us ALL!!

I had over $1000.00 stolen from my account in 5 separate transactions even though my card never left my wallet!! This had to be done internally. The transaction say withdrawals from a bank in the UK. After almost 19 hours on hold they mailed me a complaint form. I got it 14 days later and filled it out and sent it back. Then one month later received a letter saying I mailed it back late (I took it to the USPS the same day I received it and mailed it back) therefore would NOT be getting reimbursed for the fraudulent withdrawals on my account. Why does the government contact these idiots??? You can’t win with this company and if you search online they have had numerous lawsuits filed against them for this exact same thing. Do yourself a favor, set up direct deposit because you can’t win with this company!

I checked my April 2021 statement and there were alot of charges on my account that were unauthorized. I call the company, turns out almost $800 in unauthorized charges. The woman closed my account immediately, sent me fraud papers to send back to her. They gave me A provisional credit for half of the money taken out of my account but then a few days later they took that money back out of my account. I received a letter saying they cannot confirm any fraud was made. I have called this company many many times only to be put on hold for HOURS!!! It does absolutely no good to call this company about your issues because you can't ever talk to anyone.

Hi, I've tried to have a bank teller withdraw funds from my card. This was declined. I did use the card at two grocery stores, got $200 cash back at each, then $50 at a third store, then...no cash back at a fourth. They will not let me use my money every week they lock my money up and will not let me access it when they finally unlock it I'm able to send like 20 dollars at a time 3 times and is locked again . I figured out how to unlock card. The man said it isn’t locked technically but just has certain security measures on the card that restricts the use at some places so when you call the 1-833-888-2780 number put in your card information then press option 5, then option 3, then option 1. It will take you to a representative and you tell them what is going on with your card and they will transfer you to a Level 2 department where the people will remove the restrictions on your card and you can use it anywhere. The only downside is that it will take 24 business hours for you to be able to fully used the card with no restrictions. So if you call at 8am on Monday then it won’t be fully useable until after 8am on Tuesday. So I don’t know if this helps but this is what I did and I am currently waiting for 6:30am tomorrow morning.

Way2Go is doing go much. They lied to me saying that someone used my information to file. So my account is closed for fraud lol. Funny thing is Unemployment says there is no 2nd claim? And my unemployment has no issues? They are freezing people's money illegally,. So they want an ID and birth certificate... Which I do not understand when it's already been received by unemployment...lawsuit I'm gearing up for.. because I refuse to give them information that I gave unemployment. Bottom line is..they are the Frauds!

I have called over 8 times since yesterday and been transferred to the fraud department because I have a fraud claim on my account and they wont let me access my money-. Each time I am transferred I sit on hold for over 2 hours and then the system hangs up on me!!

I have read thru the complaints and most seem to be the same issue for everyone I also have a card that I can't seem to get activated and get my funds off off. My question is what can we all do as a group to get this issue resolved because I think this is gonna take us all to get answers and a resolution.

This card service is awful but I finally found a way to talk to a human. Call conduent card services (1-884-663-2638). I told the lady my situation ($300 stolen off my card) and she asked if I wanted to talk to somebody at the help desk. I’m waiting on hold currently so hopefully soon.

It is extremely frustrating when trying to contact a representative for my way2go card and your company appears to have a millionaires mentality? No one can contact anyone! It is all on your website and automated. Now I understand that this is a move generated by today's advancements in technology. I get it! But it is infuriating not being able to speak with anyone. I am trying to link my way2go card to my chime Mastercard. I have an account number and routeing number but can't seem to be able to accomplish this simple task. I did it six months ago with no problem but needed a new card recently so this process had to be repeated. At the time it seemed very easy? Not sure what happened? Is there a number beside the one give on multiple platforms? Any help with this matter would be extremely appreciated. I am seriously appalled and very worried after reading all the comments here. I was also locked out of my card... now that I have the info required and I call to unlock it, the computer says “we are temporarily unable to access your acct... call back later... goodbye”. I’ve tried 3 different customer service numbers...can’t seem to find an email address... going to contact CA Child Support Services to see what they recommend. What we are all enduring with this card company is absolutely ridiculous and scandalous. I believe we should look into possibilities for a class action lawsuit. I had better not see charges for every time that I was hung up on... no information was disclosed to me. If anyone actually ever follows up with customers on here, please contact me ASAP. I do not have phone time. But I ordered a new card after 2 mths I finally got my verify me unlocked. I claimed all my weeks and suddenly my account is saying it's been suspended due to fraud. Customer service

I have no problems with the card itself. However, the problem that I do have is with customer service. I have been using Way2Go for my unemployment since May of 2020. I have had to call customer service 3 times. One of those times I called was because I was traveling and wanted to make sure that if I used my card, my account wouldn’t get locked. I was on hold for over 2 hours and 45 minutes only to have a 30 second long conversation. One of the other times I called was because my card got locked due to “suspected fraud”. I was on the phone for 3 HOURS AND 53 MINUTES. Only 8 minutes was I actually talking to someone. This is by far the most awful customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only are the hold times beyond ridiculous, but when they do answer the phone, you have to STRUGGLE to hear them. They mumble and they always sound like they’re muffled and underwater. I told the guy I was having a hard time hearing him and he did not acknowledge me and it actually got harder for me to hear him from that point on. There was no fraudulent activity on my card and I did not get an explanation on why it got locked and finally, at the end of this phone call, he said thank you for using Way2Go and I was in the middle of asking if I could use my card AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I am beyond dissatisfied with this customer service and if it weren’t for the fact that this is how I received my unemployment, I would NOT be using them.

Garbage!

Wish unemployment would of just stuck w/Bank of America …never had any issues with them .. you never were not able to speak to somebody if there was an issue though or this app is absolutely eight circus trying to get a hold of an actual person you sit there and get thrown around from site to site I never get anything solved… hi unfortunately did not read the comments before Hannah decided to go ahead and go with the transfer fun feature and that was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life because now my money is in some mysterious wormhole right now because it shows that it’s transferred and complete but then on my bank side it’s showing there’s no transfer at all so here I sit and wait for my own money I should’ve just kept it where it was but I was always an issue having to pay an ATM fee and everything else get your own money out this is just ridiculous and it’s become such a headache I would never EVER recommend this app to anyone.. Feel completely helpless now on how to find out where my $ is….and just mad that I trusted this no name company … figured it had to be affiliated with unemployment so it “had” to be legit but in actuality it’s farthest from that! BE SMART.. and if you can help it ..stay away from this shady app!

BOTH MOBILE APP & WEBSITE GIVES ERROR MESSAGES

I have had nothing but problems trying to transfer my available balance into my bank account. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no luck transferring my funds into my bank acct. Both mobile app & website says “There is an Exception “ and no customer service rep can tell me what it means and cannot help me resolve it. I’m still waiting for tech support to call me to help me. 1st tech ticket request, the guy did nothing to troubleshoot & fix my problem. After confirming I could log in ( never said I couldn’t log in ) , says my issue is another department and transferred me. Then I got hung up on, then a new lady said her records show my issue was resolved without letting me speak. If my issue was resolved, I would never want to call in again! I also asked how to set up Direct Deposit because there is a link on the log-in page. A customer service rep says they don’t offer that option & I must contact Unemployment to set that up! The Nevada Unemployment tells me I need to contact Way2Go! I’m so frustrated! I just want to set up Direct Deposit so I never have to call ANYONE! Bank of America ( previous carrier ) was more helpful! Very disappointed :(
