I upgraded my home Cable Modem/Router to a Netgear Nighthawk 9Wi-Fi 6) and ever since, I have to disable wi-fi on my phone to get the app to upload my meals. So far I haven't received any response form Netgear on things to try. Thing's I've already tried: Reset the new Nighthawk Changed Wireless settings on the network (various, from WPA3 to WPA2, to Smart Connect off/on) nothing helps Uninstalled Livongo app and reinstalled it still doewn't work on Wi-Fi All my other apps work as expected, this is the only app affected by the upgrade. Thoughts?

My Livongo app states Sign in failed. Please check your email or password. I have checked my email and I reset my password, but I get the same error each time I try to log in.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Livongo app issues:

Force Stop the Livongo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Livongo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Livongo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Livongo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Livongo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Livongo.

Fix Livongo unable to contact server/ Livongo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Livongo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Livongo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Livongo on android.
