Have used BG meter for over a year. The meter log does not allow reset of date to current. Of the 3 reporting areas only 1 gives current date info. Cannot see any current changes. Should be able to store old info hidden from current.

my meter gives me an error every time I have used it. It won't upload results. It says it will store them and send them next time. I am new to this program. Is there something I should do different?

I am not satisfied with the outcome of the conversation I had with your rep as she read a script to me and failed to understand the concern. For two days as of this writing I had used your machine to test by blood sugar. Day one, July 8, 2021 my reading was 144 at 6:12 AM. After taking a shower and getting dressed I tested my blood again and it jumped to 216 a 72 point jump, despite not eating or drinking anything. On July 9, 2021 at 6:31 AM my blood tested at 163 and when tested again at 7:14 AM, it went to 214, a 51 point jump, with again no eating or drinking anything. I have seen the reviews and the Better Business Bureau review of your machines and can see this is not just an issue I am having, as this appears to be the same issue dozen of your users have. Having a coach call me and talk to me about what I should be eating is not going to fix your meters and the higher than normal readings the keep giving. When I called about this same issue before I was told not to compare meters from other companies with yours as they are all FDA approved to be within a certain range, but no explanation on why your meter was testing higher than my other two, and no explanation on why within an hour of two test your meter showed two extremely different results. My doctor has explained when my glucose is over 180 to take a certain medication to stabilize and lower my glucose. So do I use the 1st reading that shows my glucose is within range or the 2nd reading that is much higher, despite having no food or drink that would have caused the spike? Please remember taking medication that lowers blood sugar can be dangerous or even fatal if it is not needed, and not taking the medication if it is needed can lead to blindness.

Log-in problems

I deleted the app before and decided to use it again. So I tried logging in with my credentials that I actually saved on my phone after reinstalling the app — not working. So I decided to reset my password and the link successfully made me reset my password. I tried logging in again and the same error popped-in. So I reset my password again using a careful no extra space copy and paste method, successful reset, and the same error after logging in. I don’t know what else to do because obviously, I am using the correct email and password but always comes up with the same error about checking my email address or password. :( I guess I will have to delete the app again:(

Almost okay

The app gets the readings from my meters, that part works perfectly well. It even can send glucose readings to the health app. It also will receive step count data from the health app. My biggest complaint is that it doesn’t share blood pressure data with the health app. With as well as the rest of the app functions, I really feel that this one thing warrants a 2-3 star deduction because it is such a glaring omission. How do you put out an app in which half of the functions work well with other apps and the other half not at all? Fix the bp interconnectivity and your app will warrant 4 stars. Interconnect the meal tracking and calorie intake and burned information and it would be a solid 5 stars.

So Many Missing Features

The app works fine, does not crash, but it does so little. Meal logging does not offer calorie or (more importantly) carb counting. It does not talk to Apple Health, so any other health apps I use do not benefit from shared information (and vice versa). No communication with Health means even though I wear Apple Watch, Livongo knows nothing of my calories burned, daily activity, etc. It’s just kind of... useless to me. I’m not sure how this is determined, but as a T1 diabetic, I was offered Livongo for weight loss, not Livongo for diabetes, so all this app does is track my weight (which again, cannot be shared with Apple Health or any other connected apps). So... why does this app exist?
