Worst experience! Unfortunately this is the only app in Armenia that we can order all at once but they always mess up either with the date or with order . The ruing my mom’s birthday surprise they just decided to deliver flowers cake and the spirits the day after without letting us know ... I even chated with their representative and requested to make sure they will deliver on the exact date she/he said yes even after that they mess up and NO REFUND no excuses this is unbelievable ..

There is no possible way to cancel my order

If you don’t speak Armenian or Russian, everything gets garbled. With competition so tight in the Yerevan market for delivery post-pandemic and other apps having broader range and better customer service, might be better off choosing an alternative.

Placed an order at 5pm. As of 8pm, order had not arrived and received zero communication from Menuam or store. When I called customer service, they claimed they tried to call me to tell me that one item was not available, but they most definitely did not. Order was cancelled with no apologies. Worst customer service.

Worst service ever i used in armenia. Not responsible Errol. Order always delay about one hour and the orders always wrong. When i called them to captain they not even apologize. Don't recommend

Menuam is terrible. It works very slow and keeps crashing. Furthermore buttons are not labeled end navigation is difficult.
I am using the website to place my orders until they fix Menuam .

Why food delivery no longer works in Dilijan?!?! When you enter the address where you want to bring food writes that delivery to this address does not work although last year everything worked fine. What happened??

Menuam is also a disaster just like the mobile website. But the main problem is that the company prefers to make the customer uncomfortable rather than themselves.

Always late from the time they promise during peak hours and don’t be surprised to be blamed for THEM not having change!

Overall very dissatisfied.

Useless app

I tried to rate my order but it never showed up in that shop’s ratings and guess why? Because it was negative review. I contacted them and been told that they will fix it but it’s been one month and nothing has changed. They just don’t care about their customers, if you contact them and tell that you’re not satisfied with your purchase the most common answer will be something like this. “we contacted the merchant and they told us that the food or whatever they sent was ok, we can do nothing.” And the only available option is to go to that restaurant or shop directly and deal with them, it is ridiculous. You need to grow up guys, you’re still on beginner level!

It doesn’t allow you to add credit cards! So it works with cash though

Horrible service!!! Late delivery few times haven’t received the food. Delivered the wrong food. It takes over two hours to deliver a food when it shows 25-30 min delivery time. Very bad company and service

Food is always late and cold!
Sometime the order is canceled but they notify you 2 hours late. Don’t use it it’s better to call restaurants directly.

There is no way to rate this service except reporting it to App Store. No customer service, if you manage to find someone to talk with. They have zero interest in your issue. Better use alternatives that are available in Armenia.

Customer service is good however delivery takes forever. It seems like the service does not have many people delivering. Last time I ordered pizza it took over three hours and needless to say the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, every time I order the wait is extremely long.

I made an order, after 25 min or so i received a call from saying that they are overwhelmed and can’t deliver the order to me doors really!!!! Why accept the order from the beginning?

Not only that, the staff asked if i want total refund or bonus, i requested refund, she replied it will be after 24 hrs, seriously!!!
I think this is not a good service at all. They should know their capacity and accept orders only when they can.

The worse foos courier service in Armenian.

It took me 45 mins to try all possible credit cards to place an order. They all failed!
Would be easier and faster to go directly to restaurant and eat there.

Very disappointed

The service works, but barely. Delivery is incredibly slow. There’s no way to live track where the delivery person is so you may wait for an hour or two with no idea where he is. If you have no other options, then Menuam is useful.

Have tried to order through the mobile app and pay with credit card. While credit card was processed successfully it still showed me that my order was not placed. I went to web app and it appears there are multiple failed orders and one successful which was not showing up at all. Anyways try to go through the flow to order on mobile with a new credit card.

I hope the devs will come up with a big update and introduce iphone x comparability, sometimes when I tap on something it doesn’t open up or it takes a long time until it opens up, basically its slow and hopefully this can be fixed some day!
