Awesome

I’m high risk for respiratory illness, work from home, and really don’t have time to shop. My husband is from the South and is very wary of driving in snow. We tried this app for the last few weeks because they offered a free 4 week trial. We have no complaints and nothing but praise. I’ve had 3 deliveries so far. Every shopper was courteous, let me know they were shopping my order, offered if I needed anything else, answered my texts, and was either on time or early!! They wore masks and met my husband at our garage door. We are so grateful for everything. This service is worth its weight in gold during these times. Most importantly, we are able to help people right here in our community have jobs. It’s costs a bit more than doing it ourselves but being safe is more important. If you have family that is home bound, get them a membership. And generously tip!! this app Shoppers are essential workers!!
Shipt is amazing too. I can order through the Target app too, get my Cartwheel awards, use the offers, and use the this app app for other stores seemlessly. It even knows what I ordered through the Target app! 100% recommended by my family!!

Not so great

Second time using Shipt just as bad or worse than the first bogo grocery store items default to 2 in your cart .you must buy 2 of the same item you cant get two different flavors. I made notes in the note section that apparently the shopper cant see unless the item is marked as not found . I could clearly see all notes in my order as i checked after paying( seeing how i had issues the first time)
Both times i was issued a credit but ots not the money I Just want the items ordered not two of something else and why have a section for notes is they are not going to see or follow them. I asked the driver and they said the texted me and u did-not reply the text i got were im starting your order, im on my way and and your order has been delivered there were no mention of my notes I assume they were read and understood at this point. Not the case driver did not see notes and when i emailed i was told there were no notes . They dont show on the receipt only shows the items the shopper actually put in the cart snd which were missing from the order. Strike two , next time i will screen shot the notes . If the notes are there and order is still screwed up than strike three, your out. Then i review everywhere and start telling people Do Not Use this service!

Single blind mother

I was leery to join a membership that seemed so costly. I am so happy that I did join this app, because they are extremely professional and orders have always been delivered on time. The shoppers will contact you through texts to get suggestions for any substitutions for items that may be out of stock as well as to allow you to add items that you may have forgotten to put on the shopping list. I find their attention to detail to be exceptional!
Also, anytime I have had a question that could not be answered on line, and have called the customer care line, I have found the customer care team to be kind, professional and very quick to resolve any issues. You absolutely cannot beat their customer service and their true devotion to excellence!
I would definitely recommend shipped to anyone who needs their shopping taken care of by somebody else. It is extremely convenient and you have several choices of stores to choose from.

Inventory

I believe the inventory is for several if not all the target stores in the area. Because I can ask shopper to look for items not on the inventory list that can be found. Also I have had shopper who were not properly trained. You ask if I need anything not on my order than have shopper that don’t know how to add them. I have seldom had an order that there wasn’t some issue. Products listed as one thing and the shopper see them as another. Some shoppers catch it others don’t so I get the wrong product. There is always something I shop for regularly that isn’t even in the inventory. And I shop with you a lot. I shop target because it’s the most affordable. Winn Dixie has several product I use so I have to make a second order or send my son to get them. Target has always been terrible about having a product that I end up trying and like it but then it’s never in inventory again. I use to tip with order. I tip afterward now. I had one shopper(male) that kept telling me the store didn’t have this or that. I sent my son that same afternoon and he came home with all the items. My conclusion: you and you shopper wasted my time. I believe the quality of shopper has improved now you need to improve so they can have a good and successful shopping trip.

basically scammed i guess

I tried placed an order yesterday for grocery delivery. It said my card was declined. I was confused because my card had enough money. I go to my bank account and the money was charged. I was confused because the order wasn't placed. I thought it might have been a glitch so I waited a couple of minutes and reloaded Shipt . It was not, the order was not placed but they still charged me. I talk to their customer service and they say that i placed an order on target. I did not place a target order. They say I have to talk to target customer service, and that they would help. Honestly really helpful. However I got disconnected from chat and had to join another one. Someone else helped me again, and said I would get my refund in 24 hours. I believed them. I did not receive a refund the next day. So once again I talk to someone on this app customer service. They say they cant do anything and to talk to target. Talked to target they said they cant do anything until a senior manager looks into it. Ill try again tomorrow I guess. So yeah, they took my grocery money, so I had to borrow money from a friend. I cant pay them back until I get my refund. And this app is not being helpful. So if you use Shipt beware of all of that. However I will say nothing against the shoppers. They do an excellent job. The actual app tho, glitches.

Updated Review

OK so for everyone that’s thinking that when you get a notification that says customer inactive and you think that you’re banned you’re probably not. I got that same notification could not use it as well so I reached out to them and it had to do with updating my payment method they do it for security reasons they said which is fine. So I stand corrected! And I think that goes for a lot of us where we get the pop-up that says customer inactive because when you do your Google research it says that that means that you’re banned no that’s not the case my advice is to call their phone number and talk to them I have to say they were very nice and helped me a lot. It only took about five minutes so I’m back to using it again. The only problem I have with it are the shoppers I wish they had more shoppers and pretty much all of them are good except for maybe one or two. Other than that I just wanted to say that I’m pleased and I wanted to put that out there that if you are getting that same notification just to reach out to them it doesn’t necessarily mean that they blocked you from using their service.

this app: I am handicapped and so I am so,grateful for this service and the necessary help,it brings to,our home., I have been having problems lately with the password and just changed it for this order. Then I decided that I could accept the order earlier and wanted to leave a note as the weather just keeps getting worse. I was not able to get on again as it did not recognize the password I had just used for my order. I cannot afford to be without a shopping service so if I continue to have problems, where would I go to or call to seek assistance.

So glad I switched to Shipt!

Their system, people, communication, everything over all is head and shoulders above their competition. You get a text when they are on their way to the store(s); communication while shopping if they have questions; you get the proper substitutions instead of just grabbing something off the shelf; and their shoppers seem to care. Everyone who has shopped for me are clean-cut, friendly and caring people. The website with the store is easier to maneuver and you can also make a special request if you can’t find what you’re looking for. That has always either been fulfilled or they called/texted me. The reason I left Instacart was there was no recourse when the shopper would just grab what they thought it would be a good substitute. Then when I called to complain there was never a human, & any text I got back what is defensive in with a total lack of customer service.

Old School

this app was created quite some time ago, way before it was cool to deliver groceries— like years and years ago, so they have it together. this app has saved me *and my parents* this past year. The annual delivery subscription is really reasonable and there’s a year end holiday price, usually 😉. The one issue I have is the updates, or lack thereof, on stock in stores. The shoppers I’ve had do a great job adjusting and suggest, take pictures of the shelves, do whatever you ask, to make sure things are satisfactory, but it’d be helpful if they could get keep their systems more updated. I know it’s probably hard to do, especially this past year, but this app would be 😘perfection— IF you could get that all fixed. Also, I will add I called customer service for a couple of small things, and they were awesome. You can also DM them if you have a random question. That’s my novel on this app ☺️. Shipt through Target App

I used this app throughout the pandemic and the shoppers I had were amazing and even ended up getting the same few on multiple occasions. Very personable and attentive. They made me feel like I was in store with them and were prompt to tell me if the store was out of stock with anything. Overall, pleasant experience and quality shoppers

That being said, I moved states and had poor experiences with half the shoppers. One didn’t let me know they were shopping and had no idea they delivered. I prefer to gather groceries quickly so potential porch theft can be avoided as well as avoiding spoiling food I just paid for. I also don’t understand why I’m asked if I need anything else but then can’t add to the order on either end. I like how shoppers can text you but find it strange that you can’t reach out to them so you have to rely on them contacting you first throughout the process. Ultimately, I still enjoy the service. Pretty convenient for all sorts of situations

Can’t Disable Promotional Notifications

Generally, I like Shipt. It is easy to use, intuitive, and I can usually find everything I need when shopping. There have been times where Shipt will not include items that are in the store, or will say those items are out of stock when they indeed are in stock. Fortunately, Shipt provides the option to manually write-in requests in these scenarios.

My biggest issue with Shipt is the onslaught of promotional notifications that are pushed onto my phone. In the settings of Shipt , you can turn these off (which I did), yet they still persist. The only way to disable them is to disable Shipt ’s notifications entirely from the phone’s main settings. However, this is not reasonable because then notifications related to the order will not come through.

I reached out to this app customer service about this and got no assistance. It would just be nice to see this fixed, it gets very annoying to receive these ads when I have turned them off.

First time user

This order was my intro to this app. In the past, I have used 2 other delivery services. this app was, by far, the best of them all. Your representative, Cheri, was absolutely amazing. I had more contact with her in this one trip than with all of the others in the past 6 months. She kept me informed about everything in my order, told me when she had picked my items and when she had completed. Texted me to see if there was anything else I needed. The most surprising thing was a text with her ETA. None of the previous deliveries had ever done anything like that before. When she brought my order, she didn’t just drop the bags and leave. She carefully unloaded everything and carefully placed it where I asked.
I don’t know if she is a typical employee or not. Because of her, I have switched to this app for my future shopping needs. You are very fortunate to have an employee of her caliber.

Lots of failures on their end

I signed up for this app after moving to LA to help me get set up in my new apartment. I tried to be nice to the contract employee that would deliver my item and gave the option of anytime before 4pm. At 7:30 pm I reached out to support which. Apparently my order had been deferred by the first driver and was awaiting a new driver. Thing is no one told me, oh support claimed I had been sent a text, my phone shares a different story. Eventually a very nice woman was able to drop off my items at 11 pm, she was great. If my story had just been that I would say yeah this app didn’t work for me but whatever, I will cancel during my trial period and call it a day. Later I get an email saying my trial is over , surprised, I again go to the this app site and target and think I have cancelled. Today I get a notice saying my credit card was charged $100 , which considering I thought I had canceled and that the this app website didn’t show me enrolled I was pretty surprised that I had been charged.

From the bottom of my heart , I really disliked my experience with this app and would not recommend them to anyone if other options exist

Service gets a 4, app pulls to 3

Service could still use some refinements, biggest issue is the perpetual loop you get stuck in when your scheduled time is cancelled (sometimes repeatedly) and pushed, not until five minutes after the hour, requiring you to contact a call center which often has extended delays.

Biggest complaint with Shipt is it doesn’t allow you to build a perpetual shopping list. Example: today you add 25 items to your cart, come back tomorrow to add 3 more items -and find your cart has dropped to 19 ... with no record of which items were removed. I’ve used this app through Meijer, and equally often find the this app app doesn’t show items that are otherwise available and in stock through the Meijer app. As a result I find shopping with Meijer app and shopper service is often more fluid and has become my go to.

Seriously fine customer service!

I’ve been using this app for over 2 years. Their shoppers are communicative and
friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything—substitutes, an item you forgot to put on the list, or something that you think of at the last minute. I’m high-risk for COVID-19, and my shoppers are very thoughtful about placing my groceries on the porch. And their behind the scenes customer service people are quick to fix a mistake or overcharge. Their app makes it very easy to notify them and they respond quickly with polite and apologetic emails. I began using them when my husband was undergoing cancer treatments, and then the pandemic began and I already felt safe using them. I don’t think I’ll ever do grocery shopping again, regardless of what happens with the virus and vaccines. <3

Beware!! Locked account with no notice

I loved this app, used it at least once a week for months until one day it stopped working. I tried calling numerous times over the course of weeks and couldn’t get through. The call center wait times were always over 30 minutes. Finally months after not being able to use Shipt I got through and they indicated that they had locked my account intentionally because they suspected fraudulent activity! The order they marked as suspicious was one that I was trying to place!! They didn’t call, text, email or anything they simply locked out my account on their end so I received no notice and had no idea what was going on. By locked out I mean I could still shop, chose my delivery time, and click the payment button, the payment wouldn’t go through. I contacted my credit card company because I assumed the problem was on their end and they indicated it wasn’t. I tried numerous cards, wasting my time because this app has terrible business practices. Don’t waste your time with Shipt. I’m making the switch to Instacart.

Great Service

this app is an excellent shopping service. They are available basically when you need them. I have made an order I wanted in a hour, others in 4 to 5 hours and still others the next day or so. They have been there. I get what I order or the shopper who stays in contact as she sops makes suggestions for substitute products if what I want isn’t available. I can also tell them of an item I had forgotten to put on my list. It’s almost as if I’m in the store. I can’t shop for my husband and myself anymore but this app has taken care of that problem. The shoppers are great. They deserve the tips and you choose how much your giving them. I love most of my shoppers and I have some that repeatedly shop for me. I just love this company. They are beyond a God send. Thank you this app!

Life Saver

If your doing life right you find that time is your greatest obstacle. Even is you a Master Planner you can’t plan for life. When I am busy with my family and all that life has to offer, I trust this app to help me do the shopping I don’t really have time for. There shoppers really care and take the time to shop as if you were there yourself. Have you even been going to the store for something you really need and can’t find it on the shelf? I have and it takes time to find an associate who can locate the item from the back room. My this app shopper takes that time and gives it to me. this app gives me extra time which to a single parent is everything. Thanks this app for being there for me whenever I need you.

One bad experience

I’ve ordered through this app several times, and always had great experiences. This last one though, was not so great. I ordered through the target app and saw through there that it had delivered. I went outside to find none of my order anywhere around my house. The delivery driver dropped my order off at the wrong house, which was careless on her part since everyone’s house number is visible on my street. So I called customer service and she was not very helpful. She said the shopper had texted me , but I’d never received anything from her. I was trying to see if she could find where the shopper dropped the order off, so if it were at a neighbors, I could have just gone and picked it up myself. The customer service agent was not really willing to help and was very quick to push for a refund. A good customer service experience can satisfy the situation even if there is an unfavorable outcome. But this was not one of those times.

Complicated web design

They need a new app/web developer. As as a shopper who has done plenty of delivery apps with in the past 5 years, this is by far the most confusing and extremely hard to navigate to the next task. Once an order is completed you can not see what store you delivered to only the order number.

The rating system is terrible. If you get 2 5stars ratings your average rating only goes up .05%, but get one 3star rating then it goes down .20 %. It’s not worth the headache. Just like ride share, we should be allowed to rate customers as they can often make shopping very difficult by changing items multiple times when you’re already in line to check out and being rude when you report items are out of stock. All in all if you just want to make some quick homey its not too bad, I would advise taking smaller orders 15 or less. Anything more trust me the customers will give you a hard time.

Pretty good app, very good service!

I’ve been using this service for several months now and I’m very pleased with it. There are a few things within Shipt that could use improvement. The “ Favorites” list is somewhat useless since there is the “Buy Again” feature. My BIGGEST complaint is not being able to remove an item from my “Buy Again” list. If I try an item & don’t like it, I’m probably not going to be buying it again and because I can’t remove it, might accidentally buy that item again (example, a certain flavor or size of an item I don’t like). There is a plus sign on the right to add an item to the cart...can’t you put a minus sign on the left to remove it from the “Buy Again” list? I also agree with other users that some of the search results are a bit “off” for what I’m actually looking for. For example, if I search for turkey lunch meat I might also get chicken & ham lunch meat then I have to search through all of the chicken & ham just to find the turkey I’m looking for. Or I might get results for Lunchables just because “lunch” was in my search query. Another inconvenience is when I search for an item but can’t find it so I make a special request. My shopper usually finds what I’m looking for and the item actually shows up on the receipt (with a picture & everything). I don’t understand why I couldn’t find it when I searched for it.

Love This Service

Shipt needs a better search engine. For instance, if you search frozen chicken wings, all kinds of frozen chicken comes up, not just wings. Also, sometimes things on Shipt are not in the store and vice versa. Other than that, I really have no complaints. If they fix the search engine and work on making sure their selections match was the store actually carries (or maybe if they only did one of the two), I would change this review to 5 stars. Everyone is super nice and they have a great attitude about truly helping. They communicate well and obviously have a system perfected where you know when they are coming and they will text you with any questions or concerns. Also, the same people have been delivering for several months, so they are doing something right by the people who deliver through this service. There is a picture of which person will be delivering with that person’s name. I have always felt safe using this service. The payment is easy. You are expected to tip the shopper with Shipt . Super easy. I was recently sent a notification that my credit card I used for the service was about to expire and it was easy to change it with my new card. That’s the sort of thing they try to accomplish. They really want to make it easier. I have never regretted using this service and have recommended it to several friends.

I will never grocery shop for myself again!

This service and app have been truly life changing! I add items to my cart as I see the need, and once or twice a week I will literally lay in bed at night scheduling my grocery delivery for the following day. Before the kids are out of bed, without leaving the house and the inevitable: finding socks and/or shoes, turning off the tv/lights/stove/flat iron/vibrator, making sure every has gone pee, “Mama I hungeee”, “Ma! Where’s my DS?!”; “can we go to Chick fil A??” Grocery shopping. DONE. Without any of...THAT. For my fellow Pinterest junkies, recreating (ATTEMPTING to recreate, lesbe honest) Pinterest recipes has never been easier! Any ingredients you’re missing, just type into search bar and add to cart. Voila! No more scavenger hunt down the aisles looking for items you’ve never heard of (unsalted butter? But why though?). The ONE time my shopper was delayed (and she was REALLY delayed tbh, I think the delivery window was between 8:00-9:00pm and at 10:30 she was still texting me with questions?!) I contacted customer support, and in a matter of seconds they rescheduled for the following morning AND gave me a $25 CREDIT applied to that same order! The service is great, the shoppers are great, customer service is great - can’t say enough good things about this app.

Happy shopper at home...

I have used this app 3 times and love it. It is not without a couple kinks but customer service is excellent. My first 2 orders were perfect but my order today needed some TLC. I’m not sure if my shopper was new but I placed order yesterday and in my delivery time frame they texted and said running late and hadn’t even shopped yet which usually is not a problem but since I had company it was this time. So I cancelled the order and had to go to the store with people arriving in 45 minutes which I still had to cook. Customer service called and apologized sincerely and gave me a credit for trouble which was very surprising but appreciated. I reordered what I still needed last night for delivery this morning. I received a text about 2.5 hours before delivery was to happen. The order arrived within time frame but frozen vegetables and ice were not frozen (very watery), hot dog rolls smashed and wrong items. Every other shopper had cold and frozen items in cold bags and these were not. This will not stop me from ordering again but hope that this shopper improves service. I have said for years that I wished we could have everyday items delivered since we all have such busy lifestyles. I will continue to recommend.

Excellent Service. Keara is AMAZING!

I live on the 3rd floor and due to cancer I can no longer shop for and carry groceries up the steps, which usually required 5 trips up and down. I am so grateful that right about the time I became critically ill, this app arrived to save the day. The service more than pays for itself. My shoppers have gone out of their way to procure my long shopping lists. They stay in touch and offer substitutions for items that are out of stock. The store inventory and online shopping cart are beyond their control. They always do their best to make it work out. That would be my only complaint, that some of the items listed are not available in the store and it’s inconvenient and disappointing. The stores should keep their merchandise as updated as possible. But for the most part, this app is an invaluable service that saves the day. They are all good, but one particular shopper, Keara, stood out among the rest. She was quick, accommodating, and never complained about the steps. She was so kind and helpful. I can’t thank her enough for going out of her way to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. this app is a life saver for me and I commend them for hiring an amazing staff, like Keara.

Mostly great!

Generally things are very smooth to navigate. I think the database search needs some work because specific searches still being up a plethora of semi-unrelated items. Occasionally, the scanning feature, which is a huge time saver, won’t work. It’s tedious submitting special requests for ordinary items when Shipt “has a headache” as I term it and I can’t find a bottle of Windex- but this is not the norm. I’m writing about the cons in hopes that this app will listen to consumers and fix the bugs.

The pluses are that Shipt is easy to navigate. I can pull up all my past orders without having to save receipts. (Please consider adding an easier to print format for receipts for business owners.) I can customize a favorites list of our pantry staples. I can shop sales. I can submit special requests for things I can’t find in Shipt or specific instructions for, ie, a ripe banana instead of a green one. It’s convenient to be able to add forgotten list items before the shopper picks up the order. Shipt sends notifications when and who has (with name, picture) picked up the order.

Overall, mostly great, but there are a few tweaks that could improve things. However, it’s worth noting that this app goes above and beyond to compensate for any small thing. Nothing’s perfect.

Extremely Convenient

Definitely loving this app. I stumbled across it in Shipt Store while jokingly searching for an app that delivers liquor. I downloaded it and my life has never been the same. I recently moved across country and my car wasn’t in a condition that could have made the trip even on a tow dolly, so I left it. So I rely on friends and coworkers to give me rides to work and the grocery store. It’s rare that anyone has the time to take me grocery shopping, as everyone has their own responsibilities to take care of. Shipt makes it easy to shop by category and even easier to find what’s on sale in the store. Groceries are delivered a few hours after you place the order and the shoppers are always so great at communicating when they get to the store, if the store doesn’t have something you ordered, when they leave the store, when they arrive. When they arrive, I always offer to help carry the groceries in, but the offer is always turned down. This is an amazing app and a huge help, especially when I am at work and it’s just my disabled father at home. I couldn’t be more satisfied with an app that I accidentally stumbled across.

Convenient for a mom of 3 all under age 5

Love Shipt! Love the service that it provides. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the shoppers. If anything, they are good communicators. I find myself using Shipt more now since I had my 3rd baby 3 weeks ago. It is difficult to go shopping with young ones in general, but to drag 3 to the store... um yea- would all my groceries fit in the cart?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Plus, I live outside of city limits, so I need to make my trip worthwhile. Shipt is very easy to navigate through. As of now, Shipt (in my area) only goes to H-E-B and Target. It’s a great way to compare prices between the two stores (side note: I learned that Target always comes out cheaper than the actual grocery store).
If the store doesn’t have what was requested, your shopper will reach out and let you know and ask if you would like to substitute or remove. They will let you know when they are about to start your shopping and when they ended. I have requested under shirts for my husband through Shipt even tho it’s not part of the standard list. It’s really nice to have this service available. It is just one less hectic thing to do.

Has only gotten worse...

Shipt was better many “updates” ago. It seems the issue with not having images of the products when shopping has FINALLY been fixed (this has been ongoing for 6+ months). Makes a huge difference actually being able to SEE the product you are trying to buy when you order as often and in such large quantities as we do. You can’t edit old notes either even to make small changes like delivery time requests. You have to make an entirely new note and cannot delete old ones so after many orders you’ll have to scroll for days to reach the note you want. Also, they still haven’t fixed the issue of being charged tax for non-taxable items (you automatically get charged tax for a “special request” even if that’s a food or non-taxable item). This is not only a major flaw but unethical and cannot be legal. Most people will not go back and review their receipt and then request a refund for something < 0.30 cents...but this adds up when you do this to thousands of customers...and I know for a fact customer support isn’t reaching out to customers to correct the issue. I’ve notified them several times well over a year ago of this issue and still no fix. Their service and idea is great in theory but it seems this company has grown to fast for its own good and cannot keep up with demand and it shows in Shipt .

Awesome Delivery Service

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave one recently. I’ve been using this app ever since it launched. I must say I become more and more impressed every time. I share the car with my husband and often have to use this app to restock on groceries when we’re low. The customer service is exceptional. I’ve never had a problem with anything and if I did have a problem this app immediately made sure to rectify the issue. The shoppers always message you in real time to make sure they get everything you need and anything you’ve may have forgotten. I always have the same shoppers and there always so kind and go over and beyond. A lot of companies don’t put in effort in the customer service department and I’m happy this app is going in the right direction. What I love most about this app is there isn’t any hidden fees. If your order is over 35 dollars your delivery is free. I don’t mind my monthly subscription because some other deliver services don’t charge subscription fees but hit you with service fees and everything else.

Terrible!

Shipt logs me out all of the time. Sometimes even in the middle of me placing my order! So, password and user name every single time. On top of that, it doesn’t have half of the items that I purchase and I have to write my item in on “special requests” that you have to scroll down to the bottom of every item section (which can be pages) to even find that icon. And if you need a certain number of pounds of meat, it doesn’t let you select how many pounds you need. You select a quantity of packages noted by the grocer “packages are approx 1.25 lbs). I wrote a note to my shopper that I needed 5 pounds of lean ground beef though I had selected one package. I didn’t want to select five packages because then I would be getting more ground beef than I needed (and I know my grocer, sometimes their packages are 1.75 lbs). Not all of the packages are exactly 1.25 pounds as the estimation on the grocery store’s notation. She only bought me one package that was 1.26 and I had to call the company and tell them I was missing another 4 lbs of beef. They gave me a credit for another 4 pounds of beef (that was helpful) but I had to place another order and the this app delivery can’t be here for like two and a half hours. I needed it at a certain time to get the cooking completed in the time I was at home. Now, I’m 2 1/2 hours behind. The apps fault, the shoppers fault. Deleting my account.

Super Target Assortment, Red Card, Cartwheel

While we are relatively happy with the ease of using this app and order communication, it’s the volatility of Targets assortment with either unjustified discontinuances or out-of-stocks. The buy it again keeps repeating. If I passed it once, that means I don’t want to buy it again. If I bought it and didn’t track like it, we should be able swipe and delete it from the buy it again. If I put in special instructions for fruit, it should save those on buy it again items. Think like a shopper on Shipt design. The search engine is absolutely horrible. It does not work if this app and Target do not collaborate to keep the product files current. Search a simple bag of sodium free sunflower seeds. no I do. It want granola. Search bow tie pasta. No, I don’t want actual bow ties.

Finally, it’s the lack of red card and Cartwheel discounts. this app needs to also allow 2 users “shopping notification texts” on the account. We run our household as a team when we need things, or place an order. What good does it make to text my wife at work when I’m at home, having placed the order, and waiting for it?

And we referred a new customer. They applied and shopped their first order. But we did not get our $50 credit. What’s up?

Easy to use, harder to save.

I love Shipt and how simple it is to use. I’ve had great communication with all but my first this app shopper. I especially enjoy the “special requests” option, as I recently needed some flip flops and clothing isn’t a shopping option. I can also request movies or media, which is helpful. I hate running all the way out to my target to pick up one thing.

My biggest beef with this app is the inability for shoppers to use coupons or Cartwheel. Cartwheel is supposed to be for any user, unlike the REDcard, which is specific to one user. You don’t rack up rewards or anything, you just save. Unfortunately, my recent shopper said she was not allowed to use coupons. For a cost conscious buyer, that’s a bit annoying. While this isn’t really an app issue, the service is part of the product and really needs to be fixed. If I’m paying for this service, you better believe I want to get as many savings as possible.

Otherwise, love the sleek design and easy to navigate app. Here is hoping that some more functions (like the ability to earn gift cards through purchases) will be added in the future.

Fantastic application and service

So i used to dream that there would be a service that could deliver food or other items in the same day for a small fee. Well miracle of miracles along comes this app. Open up the application click on a few things and they can usually get the stuff to you in a couple hours and guess what. Any order over $35 is delivered for free. Just be sure you budget in a couple dollars for a tip because the shoppers are fantastic And they will stay in touch with you via text or phone call let you know what’s available at the store or if there is something you want that is not available they will suggest some substitution and see if you want that instead. They’re very good about being on time, and at least for right now if they’re late they give you a $10 credit for your next order. And if something goes wrong like let’s say the meat has an expiration date of yesterday just call the this app phone numberAnd they will give you a credit for that Item. You cannot ask for a better service

Probably arrogant

I don’t use this service, & I never will. I had a friend that interviewed to use them, along w/instacart & others, as a pseudo job, while she applied for & waited on ss disability &/or va benefits. My friends is an introvert. u wouldn’t know it talking to her, yet talking to someone she doesn’t know about something she isn’t familiar with, & u are not going to have positive results, regardless of how good she could/would be. Instead she was required to perform for the interviewer by answering 3 standard interview questions, only it wasn’t standard. It was on tape. Everyone hates to be recorded, especially her. Then to be critiqued and not hired because of these “required” videos, that did nothing to portray what she could offer & only made her so uncomfortable she floundered she said the whole time. Your practice of using video is outdated & probably disliked by most that take them. So no, I wouldn’t use a svc that didn’t hire my friend after embarrassing her on video tape. Because that’s how it felt to her. Oh, & add this, u can reapply in 60 days, ha ah, go thru the torture again, yipee😝 not!

Great response guys, oh we’re sorry, but that’s how it is. I really hope you someday u are put through a similar process, with similar responses, then maybe u’ll realize how rude & arrogant, this response was.
