I would have to say that this has been helping me out a lot especially if I’m just trying to make good food with whatever I have in my fridge but something I feel like they could add on is a breakfast or lunch button because when I try to make breakfast I have to scroll through a lot of the different meal options before I find one that isn’t to big.

I am still enjoying playing with PlantJammer and creating great recipes.
I LOVE that it uses AI to match your ingredients and suggests the best choices for adding to it. When it jams your selected ingredients together, it determines if you need more Sour flavor or Umami, for instance. It then lists suggestions and the top row would be the best choices. And even when you are making your recipe you get to the tasting step and it helps you to perfect it. You select that it taste bland, spicy, salty, boring, etc. and with the magic of AI it gives you detailed instructions and choices to make. Need more sour? Select which option you want to add. You select vinegar and it tells you how much to add and taste again. I cook, I am not a novice, and I really enjoy creating with PlantJammer!

I’m impressed with the apps ability to take ingredients I have and provide recipes that are a. Something I’d enjoy, and b. Not ridiculous in prep or unrealistic.

So far I’ve found it to be straightforward and easy to use. It’s made putting together a grocery list and meal planning easier- except for having almost too many options.

Super fun concept. Take what you want to cook with/need to use up and plug it in to create your own recipes with the help of their AI. Not for complicated gourmet meals, but perfect for easy, healthy meals that you might not think of on your own. So far I’ve only cooked one recipe, but it turned out great!

Before using PlantJammer i only had a few recipes i could pull out of my sleeve and cook , i’m 18 years old and i wasn’t taught how to many dishes but with PlantJammer i learned how to get better at cooking and i can say with out a doubt that i strongly recommend PlantJammer❤️

I have a large family and we often buy in bulk. However, ingredients go bad and we run out of storage in our fridge often, due to poor planning and lack of using what we already have. PlantJammer saves us a ton of money because we are using what we have! Also, I feel much less guilty about wasting food. AND! In case there was any doubt about getting PlantJammer, it’s healthy-eating friendly! Messages on PlantJammer will tell you that they know PlantJammer is slow and that they are working to improve the speed, but PlantJammer is plenty fast for me, generating recipes using my ingredients in just over 2 seconds. I have been trying to find an app that could help me cook meals when I have no idea what to make. PlantJammer has enough features for free people which is not a quality I can say for most meal prep type apps, and it gives you recipes based on what you have!

I’ve been cooking for a year or two now and PlantJammer gives me recipes that are easily changed and improvised based on the ingredients I have in my pantry. It tells me the flavors that go well together and really helps me make good (mostly quick) and very delicious food! Every home cook should use PlantJammer!

Not only do they have wonderful, healthy options that are extremely flexible, but they are truly looking out for people in the cooking world by freeing up their content in the times of the corona virus. I highly recommend PlantJammer, and I just finished my first recipe today (my dad and I loved it).

I love PlantJammer! I am on a mostly WFPB diet, and this is great when I have a bunch of random things in the fridge but no idea what to cook. It also allows for a variety of health goals to be applied to your recipes, so it helps you choose foods that comply with those goals. Thank you for making all features on PlantJammer free while we are social distancing!

This is a great app! Due to coronavirus, it makes the subscriber thing free! Plus, you never have to plan a meal again. Ever!!

Really good app for people who cook regularly and for people who don’t know the difference between cucumber and zucchini. It allows people to cook from what they have at home instead of shopping for a recipe, which is the way everyone should be cooking at home, in my opinion.
Save yourself some time, money and gain some health from eating vegetables in the ways you never tried.

This was the perfect idea for an app. I’m so glad I found this since I’m slowly transitioning to a vegan diet. Its definitely helping me find new things to cook and giving me ideas for new ingredients to add to my kitchen for future recipes. It’s especially useful for when you know you need to use up your veggies before they go bad.

Can I just say... Wow!
I generally hate making dinner, because I’m tired and I have no energy to plan what to cook.
PlantJammer makes it so simple. Just pick the ingredients you currently have in the kitchen and it will give you a few options to choose from. Plus it uses small amounts. So I don’t have to spend 30 minutes, just cutting all the veggies. It’s 20-30 minute tops for the whole thing. And no food waste. Everything that is cooked will be eaten in one meal.
Can’t praise PlantJammer enough!!!

Honestly such a great app especially for vegans and vegetarians. I’ve tried similar apps before most of they’re recipes rely greatly on animal products and cater poorly to dietary restrictions. I am a fairly new vegan and PlantJammer has allowed me to learn new recipes with ingredients I already have! No more eating the same meals day after day. With PlantJammer, I am excited to cook and taste the final product. There hasn’t been a recipe yet that i or my family has not loved. Definitely worth a try!

PlantJammer is amazing! It has so much to help you get started in eating well at home. It gives reminders of meal plans. Helps you pick items you have in your home and makes recipes with them, even giving you hints at how to make the recipe better. It calculates lists of macro and micro nutrients in every recipe you make and allows you to make shopping lists. It is so helpful! Even though it’s free at the moment during Covid, I think it’s definitely worth paying for.

You tell it what type of food you’re looking to create, tap some ingredients you have on hand, and voila! It even helps you fine tune recipes to give it a full palette pleasing flavor. I love that it has prepared ingredients that you can add to any recipe to make it your own. The steps are easy to follow. As for the design, I love that it’s somewhat minimalist, not too much visual stimuli that distracts from the purpose of PlantJammer . If I had a critique, it would be to add more recipes. In short, a great app I will use often!

I’m frustrated by PlantJammer because I enjoyed using it and just when I learned how to make it work well for my meal planning I have to purchase a subscription plan to get the full recipes.
