Worst experience! Unfortunately this is the only app in Armenia that we can order all at once but they always mess up either with the date or with order . The ruing my mom’s birthday surprise they just decided to deliver flowers cake and the spirits the day after without letting us know ... I even chated with their representative and requested to make sure they will deliver on the exact date she/he said yes even after that they mess up and NO REFUND no excuses this is unbelievable ..

I tried to rate my order but it never showed up in that shop’s ratings and guess why? Because it was negative review. I contacted them and been told that they will fix it but it’s been one month and nothing has changed. They just don’t care about their customers, if you contact them and tell that you’re not satisfied with your purchase the most common answer will be something like this. “we contacted the merchant and they told us that the food or whatever they sent was ok, we can do nothing.” And the only available option is to go to that restaurant or shop directly and deal with them, it is ridiculous. You need to grow up guys, you’re still on beginner level!

I made an order, after 25 min or so i received a call from saying that they are overwhelmed and can’t deliver the order to me doors really!!!! Why accept the order from the beginning?
Not only that, the staff asked if i want total refund or bonus, i requested refund, she replied it will be after 24 hrs, seriously!!!
I think this is not a good service at all. They should know their capacity and accept orders only when they can.
