Placed an order at 5pm. As of 8pm, order had not arrived and received zero communication from the app or store. When I called customer service, they claimed they tried to call me to tell me that one item was not available, but they most definitely did not. Order was cancelled with no apologies. Worst customer service.
Customer service needs work

If you donโt speak Armenian or Russian, everything gets garbled. With competition so tight in the Yerevan market for delivery post-pandemic and other apps having broader range and better customer service, might be better off choosing an alternative.
