Works for Us
We have a team of four, three are always are out in the field. It does have glitches here and there, but 90% of times it does it’s job. Map integration works great. It can be improved by adding secondary address. Also, I wish that under the same contact we can separately safe the name and phone number of each spouse. Sometimes I when I try to upload pictures, the pictures that I try to select - zoom in and I can’t pick the ones I need. And lately it was freezing when I was trying to open the app. When we needed help to get things adjusted support team was responsive, with good customer service. I used it in two different companies since 2016. I’m hoping that JN will continue to lead and get those things addressed.
We switched 2 years ago now and we love the program. It’s easy to use and they are constantly adding new features. The app sometimes has a problem, but it’s not been an issue for us. It’s usually due to your reception.

It works great
Unreliable and Disappointing
I’ve consistently had photos and notes disappear... it’s cost me thousands of dollars and customer service keeps giving me the run around. I’ve asked them several times to call so we can resolve the issue with a discussion, because it’s taken them 2-3 weeks to respond via email, and they still haven’t fixed a photo issue that I reported in November regarding supplement photos that disappeared. Just today, not a single note that I’ve added from the app has saved. It just disappears. Haven’t heard a word from their support team. Very disappointing. Since I now need to back everything up on my computer or iPad, the app is pretty much worthless.
Garbage since update. Unusable
I’m all for improvements. Emphasis on the “improvement” part. I literally use this app all day every day for calling my clients, emailing, and clicking addresses for navigation. However right now it is completely unusable. When you click to call someone a pop up of the number just keeps popping up and away over and over again where you can’t even call out. It crashes all the time. The scrolling is super buggy and glitchy. There are other things as well, but you get the idea. It’s unreal how bad it is. Please fix this asap as it effects my business massively!!
App isn’t stable and basic functions are missing like being able to navigate pictures on contacts from my iphone. I have to close each picture and then open another...really doesn’t makes sense. They said they did a major update last month, but hardly any difference is noticed. Why doesn’t jobnimbus update app more frequently and make it user friendly... Desktop functions are decent but so are other similar apps. I have 10 users in my organization so Im stuck with it for a while I guess...
Come on! Doesn't work. No attempts to fix it???
It appears nimbus has been having this issue for a while. I have been trying to get this new app to work on my phone. I had an iPhone 6+ and it worked there. I got the IPhone 7+ and now it does nothing! Blank screen, slide to the left with options that do nothing. It appears to not sync at all. I have tried it on Wifi and Cell service. Nothing. Luckily I can still use the old app which in my mind works well. 👎. To top it all off I get emails from nimbus saying I have to use the new app. Make it work and I will.
While the browser version of JobNimbus is fantastic for organizing you business, the app is woefully inadequate. Contacts don’t upload for days, if ever. The pictures you think you uploaded, do not actually upload. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the call from app that records the that call (If saved correctly) is very helpful in letting you know your customer has been contacted. Needs major work before it’s worth using over the phones web browser.
I love the new app but PLEASE for goodness sakes, work the bugs out before launching a newly revised app. I can’t take landscape pictures with my ipad. I can send emails AT ALL. Please add the swipe to view pictures instead of having to click and exit out of each one. I have to clear my running job nimbus app every time I use the maps feature on the app, meaning I can only press the red navigation button on menu 1x and when I go to my next contact to navigate the red button is unclickable! I would love this app more if it just worked like it should.
Really terrible app
Job Nimbus is a pretty decent CRM if you are a roofing company and the web version is decent. But this app NEVER works reliably. When I say never, I mean that every time I or someone on my team uses it it freezes, hangs, on and on. The fact that making ‘images swipeable’ is a milestone of the development of JN on iOS is an indication of how terrible this app is. Swipeable images should be available on day one. By the way, the best way to use Job Nimbus is on the web browser even on an iOS device because this app is so terrible.
Great Potential and great price
For people hire numbers and logic driven, this is an amazing CRM. There is a steep earning curve to understand the commands but again for this who understand CRM’s, are used to them, this is a one stop shop. I do wish the app had a better interface and was easier to use but I just set up a hot spot and use my computer.
Unfortunately I have to agree with the only other review that I see on this application. The app locks up consistently, doesn’t allow you to login half the time and when trying to tap to enter new contacts etc., the text fields are completely non-responsive. The only useful tool in the app when one is able to login is the ability to place a phone call and make a note right after. Beyond that stick to the web version.
OOf, messy interface
Been a longtime housecall user. So I figured I’d try Jobnimbus. Unfortunately this app is pretty ugly in terms of interface. They have a lot of catching up with user friendliness. On iPhone X I have a green bar on the bottom then the back arrow write under my phones time display. Please fix these issues so that we can use the app. Don’t want to lug my laptop around just to use the site. I’d prefer a more refined app on my phone in order to get me up and going.
Very glitchy iPhone app!
This app is by far the most glitchy iOS app I’ve ever used. I hope job numbus app developers see this review. It’s a good platform and I think it has a lot of potential. But again the iOS app is super glitchy, really frustrating I can’t do my job with this.
Stick to the browser
The browser version of job nimbus is excellent. The mobile app however has to be one of the worst functioning apps ever created. I’ve spent the last 40 min trying to access my calendar because once my app hit the contact screen it froze and no matter how many times I re started my app and phone it would not move. Don’t waste your time.
