I have written several well though out and insightful reviews of this “service”. They all disappear like magic. Don’t use this. I costs you more time and frustration than using literally anything else. JobNimbusLegacy flat out doesn’t work for anything with its persistent stability issues like crashing and freezing. Also take into account that JobNimbusLegacy is not designed to function anything like the web based service at all. Every crash or freeze will cost you time in entering data a second or third time and there is still a good chance that its not right. These guys got us with big promises but even our office staff have had to use other programs to make up for the shortcomings of this “service”. I would guess that’s their goal, get you to load your business into the system and keep getting your money while hoping that it’s too much of a hassle to leave and change services again.

We chose JobNimbus because of it’s fairly simple and user-friendly and affordable desktop version. JobNimbusLegacy , however, is filled with glitches and things that just don’t make sense at all. After years of a subpar app they recently came out with their “improvement” which half the time doesn’t even allow you to call the customer because the phone button doesn’t always work. They traded automation for manual entry in areas where it doesn’t even make sense to do that and the interface isn’t even more user-friendly, it actually seems more convoluted than it was prior. They really need to hire people who know how to build an app because no one is going to want to use their CRM platform if they don’t.

I’ve been using JobNimbusLegacy for about 2 months now and it has helped me keep organized. There are defiantly some things that can be worked on. I also noticed we can vote on a change. There are some changes that a lot of people voted for that seem necessary but I haven’t noticed any changes yet.
Overall great app but definitely needs to work on glitches and a few features that can help us a lot!

We have a team of four, three are always are out in the field. It does have glitches here and there, but 90% of times it does it’s job.
Map integration works great.
It can be improved by adding secondary address.
Also, I wish that under the same contact we can separately safe the name and phone number of each spouse.
Sometimes I when I try to upload pictures, the pictures that I try to select - zoom in and I can’t pick the ones I need. And lately it was freezing when I was trying to open JobNimbusLegacy .
When we needed help to get things adjusted support team was responsive, with good customer service.
I used it in two different companies since 2016.
I’m hoping that JN will continue to lead and get those things addressed.

My company uses this CRM and while their online website is solid, JobNimbusLegacy is useless. No one uses it because it it so hard to navigate and resembles nothing like the website. You have to go down a series of rabbit holes to find things and most times you’ll never find it. Uploading photos is awful. Find jobs is awful. JobNimbusLegacy is truly a waste of space on my phone. If they made JobNimbusLegacy more user friendly, my company would operate better. I bet if this does not get better, we’ll switch CRMs. Get with the times.

After my onboarding call, I go to start adding contacts on JobNimbusLegacy and for some reason, it’s not working. No problem, I’ll just call and see if I’m doing something wrong (which I don’t think I am). OH WAIT, they don’t have a phone number you can call.... so far, this whole app and CRM is a complete joke and would definitely not recommend. $75/month and can’t even add a contact from the mobile app or talk to anyone about the issues with their junk app.

I have to delete and redownload JobNimbusLegacy more often then I do with tinder. There is crashing at least once a week and a innate inability to connect to the internet regardless of having full signal with all other apps working fine. There are many days where I downright cannot use JobNimbusLegacy at all due to glitches and bugs. Good idea but needs a major overhaul of operations

We switched 2 years ago now and we love the program. It’s easy to use and they are constantly adding new features. JobNimbusLegacy sometimes has a problem, but it’s not been an issue for us. It’s usually due to your reception.

Used JobNimbusLegacy for over two years now, there are couple things I would improve, but overall it’s great, reliable, easy to use! I would recommend it!

JobNimbusLegacy is horrible. I upload documents and save them as the correct document but it saves them under a generic label “application”. It loses my pictures frequently. Sometimes it uploads a document to the wrong account. I could go on all day. Unfortunately my company is locked into a contract with JobNimbusLegacy and no matter how much they let us down we can’t get out.

This is better looking than the old. Takes a bit to get used to. My only complaint is the fact that you have to log in every time you want to use it. Can you please set up the finger scanner or a remember me feature? Will change rating when that's done.

The new mobile app takes forever to load and it doesn’t show all of our documents and photos like the old app. I miss the old app. This is no longer user friendly for my guys out in the field. Shouldn’t have updated. I pay over $2,000 a year for this software for it to always crash. Disappointing.

Obviously the website is fantastic or I wouldn’t be paying for the service however JobNimbusLegacy is absolutely broken and useless. You’re better off just going into your browser and opening their website in desktop view on your phone.

JobNimbusLegacy functionality isn’t near what the program can do. Also, too many silos when it comes to reports. You should have access to all fields in a record when generating a report.

I would give it zero however I am unable. Since the new update, my app will not open. It closes as soon as I open it. This makes working difficult when I am away from my computer.

Title basically speaks for itself. Deleting and reinstalling now to see if that fixes anything. There are so many bugs on JobNimbusLegacy I wouldn’t use it if my company didn’t require me to.

Useless at best. Detrimental to our company on average.

JobNimbusLegacy is a really good idea for condensed information in one spot. Customer service is great. JobNimbusLegacy is unbelievably glitchy. Definitely the weakest link in our process. Nimbus please get this fixed.

The website is the best CRM out there hands down, but JobNimbusLegacy is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please redesign and put work into. Also add ability to add contacts to phone.

It works great

Was told when I signed up last March JobNimbusLegacy would be updated. Well it hasn’t yet. Not user friendly.

I’ve consistently had photos and notes disappear... it’s cost me thousands of dollars and customer service keeps giving me the run around. I’ve asked them several times to call so we can resolve the issue with a discussion, because it’s taken them 2-3 weeks to respond via email, and they still haven’t fixed a photo issue that I reported in November regarding supplement photos that disappeared. Just today, not a single note that I’ve added from JobNimbusLegacy has saved. It just disappears. Haven’t heard a word from their support team. Very disappointing.

Since I now need to back everything up on my computer or iPad, JobNimbusLegacy is pretty much worthless.

I’m all for improvements. Emphasis on the “improvement” part. I literally use JobNimbusLegacy all day every day for calling my clients, emailing, and clicking addresses for navigation. However right now it is completely unusable. When you click to call someone a pop up of the number just keeps popping up and away over and over again where you can’t even call out. It crashes all the time. The scrolling is super buggy and glitchy. There are other things as well, but you get the idea. It’s unreal how bad it is. Please fix this asap as it effects my business massively!!

App isn’t stable and basic functions are missing like being able to navigate pictures on contacts from my iphone. I have to close each picture and then open another...really doesn’t makes sense. They said they did a major update last month, but hardly any difference is noticed. Why doesn’t jobnimbus update app more frequently and make it user friendly... Desktop functions are decent but so are other similar apps.

I have 10 users in my organization so Im stuck with it for a while I guess...

It appears nimbus has been having this issue for a while. I have been trying to get this new app to work on my phone. I had an iPhone 6+ and it worked there. I got the IPhone 7+ and now it does nothing! Blank screen, slide to the left with options that do nothing. It appears to not sync at all. I have tried it on Wifi and Cell service. Nothing. Luckily I can still use the old app which in my mind works well. 👎. To top it all off I get emails from nimbus saying I have to use the new app. Make it work and I will.

While the browser version of JobNimbus is fantastic for organizing you business, JobNimbusLegacy is woefully inadequate. Contacts don’t upload for days, if ever. The pictures you think you uploaded, do not actually upload. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the call from app that records the that call (If saved correctly) is very helpful in letting you know your customer has been contacted.

Needs major work before it’s worth using over the phones web browser.

I love the new app but PLEASE for goodness sakes, work the bugs out before launching a newly revised app. I can’t take landscape pictures with my ipad. I can send emails AT ALL. Please add the swipe to view pictures instead of having to click and exit out of each one. I have to clear my running job nimbus app every time I use the maps feature on JobNimbusLegacy , meaning I can only press the red navigation button on menu 1x and when I go to my next contact to navigate the red button is unclickable! I would love JobNimbusLegacy more if it just worked like it should.

Job Nimbus is a pretty decent CRM if you are a roofing company and the web version is decent. But JobNimbusLegacy NEVER works reliably. When I say never, I mean that every time I or someone on my team uses it it freezes, hangs, on and on. The fact that making ‘images swipeable’ is a milestone of the development of JN on iOS is an indication of how terrible JobNimbusLegacy is. Swipeable images should be available on day one.
By the way, the best way to use Job Nimbus is on the web browser even on an iOS device because JobNimbusLegacy is so terrible.

For people hire numbers and logic driven, this is an amazing CRM. There is a steep earning curve to understand the commands but again for this who understand CRM’s, are used to them, this is a one stop shop. I do wish JobNimbusLegacy had a better interface and was easier to use but I just set up a hot spot and use my computer.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the only other review that I see on this application. JobNimbusLegacy locks up consistently, doesn’t allow you to login half the time and when trying to tap to enter new contacts etc., the text fields are completely non-responsive. The only useful tool in JobNimbusLegacy when one is able to login is the ability to place a phone call and make a note right after. Beyond that stick to the web version.

Been a longtime housecall user. So I figured I’d try Jobnimbus. Unfortunately JobNimbusLegacy is pretty ugly in terms of interface. They have a lot of catching up with user friendliness. On iPhone X I have a green bar on the bottom then the back arrow write under my phones time display. Please fix these issues so that we can use JobNimbusLegacy . Don’t want to lug my laptop around just to use the site. I’d prefer a more refined app on my phone in order to get me up and going.

JobNimbusLegacy is by far the most glitchy iOS app I’ve ever used. I hope job numbus app developers see this review. It’s a good platform and I think it has a lot of potential. But again the iOS app is super glitchy, really frustrating I can’t do my job with this.
