I have written several well though out and insightful reviews of this “service”. They all disappear like magic. Don’t use this. I costs you more time and frustration than using literally anything else. The app flat out doesn’t work for anything with its persistent stability issues like crashing and freezing. Also take into account that the app is not designed to function anything like the web based service at all. Every crash or freeze will cost you time in entering data a second or third time and there is still a good chance that its not right. These guys got us with big promises but even our office staff have had to use other programs to make up for the shortcomings of this “service”. I would guess that’s their goal, get you to load your business into the system and keep getting your money while hoping that it’s too much of a hassle to leave and change services again.

My company uses this CRM and while their online website is solid, this app is useless. No one uses it because it it so hard to navigate and resembles nothing like the website. You have to go down a series of rabbit holes to find things and most times you’ll never find it. Uploading photos is awful. Find jobs is awful. This app is truly a waste of space on my phone. If they made the app more user friendly, my company would operate better. I bet if this does not get better, we’ll switch CRMs. Get with the times.

After my onboarding call, I go to start adding contacts on the app and for some reason, it’s not working. No problem, I’ll just call and see if I’m doing something wrong (which I don’t think I am). OH WAIT, they don’t have a phone number you can call.... so far, this whole app and CRM is a complete joke and would definitely not recommend. $75/month and can’t even add a contact from the mobile app or talk to anyone about the issues with their junk app.
