Sorry i put my name wrong but It all started from the beginning, i had a great starter call with Leilani(hope i spelled that right) to make sure that i got off of the right foot and i saw how easy it was to use. As my company grew i decided to upgrade my plan i spoke with Jellisa(Hope thats right,Sorry) and she instructed me on how i can do so and explained the differences between the plans. She made me feel like she was looking out for me and my best interest instead of trying to sell me something i didn’t need. After I had my new plan i needed help with some of the new features and Frank was there quick fast and in a hurry to help and answer the million questions i had. AWESOME APP AWESOME CUST SERVICE, Would recommend to everyone!!!!! DOWNLOAD AND START KNOCKING!!!!!

I like SPOTIOLegacy . Definitely helpful in canvassing. But as of lately the customer service has given me a runaround. I have added some team members and have tried to upgrade to fit my team, but they have made it unnecessarily difficult. I first contacted support through SPOTIOLegacy . As they put me in touch with Frank to migrate my current service to 2.0. Then I had a scheduled call that was cancelled without notifying me. Then I was sent to a website to watch a video. Then I was emailed by support for “Follow-Up”. I have been trying to essentially pay them more money for over a month and I cannot get a person to reach back out to me to do the upgrade or migration. It seems this could have been very simple to remedy with a phone call. My team and director will likely be using a different service in the coming month that has better customer service.

I want to know SPOTIO'S secret for hiring THE BEST Customer Service Team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jalessa Hudson went above and beyond to help me with an issue that has been skewing our valet reporting for a considerable amount of time. She was efficient, polite and had our reporting problem resolved in a matter of no time. And this is not an isolated experience with this Customer Service Team - they are always on top of their game!
My hats off to SPOTIO for having such a pleasant and knowledgeable support team. Everyone in this industry should mirror their Customer Service Team after yours.

This version is way more detailed which has its pros and cons. It’s a bit less intuitive and simple for in the field use. It’s harder to train new employees to use. The good news is, once you learn how to use it, SPOTIOLegacy is a great tool. The pins group together way to quickly when zooming out on the map. It makes scanning an area from a moderate scale, very difficult to do since the pins essentially become invisible unless you’re zoomed all the way in.

I believe Spotio is a great tool to provide people in business a real opportunity to enhance their day to day activity. Even using Spotio in your perusal day to day activity can be helpful. I recommend Spotio :) The one down side I would say which I am sure Spotio is working on. The information you enter sometimes has to be entered more then once to actually save to the server. This can be very inconvenient and often annoying. Otherwise Spotio gets a five star.

Is there anyway to view SPOTIO in full screen mode on the IPhone XR? Right now it doesn’t fill the top and bottom of the screen. I would love to be able to use full screen when viewing pins.

Spotio is hands down the best lead app for door to door sales and marketing. Beyond the great capabilities for the sales reps, it provides fantastic insight to managers that includes a well designed web and mobile portal, auto generated reports to view daily sales activity, and their support is top notch. I've tried just about every door knocking app out there, and Spotio is hands down the best at this time.

Used to use another mapping app but spotio is customized for door knockers and you can tell. I'm in real estate and I think I use every bell and whistle they have. Plus the customer support chat is amazing. They are always are on top of any problems I have.

iPhone X has been out for awhile now, but SPOTIOLegacy isn’t updated to fit the iPhone X screen. For $250 for the business plan, SPOTIOLegacy really needs to stay updated better. As soon as it is updated for iPhone X, our business will purchase the business plan and I’ll up the stars!

I needed help customizing SPOTIOLegacy for use in my real estate business and immediately got the support I needed! I can't wait to use all the great tools SPOTIOLegacy provides.

I've been paying $40 monthly when I should have only been paying $19. I called to cancel my subscription so I can go back to the free version of SPOTIOLegacy and they said that they would delete all of my data and it would be lost if I cancelled. They will haggle you to sign up for an unnecessary subscription. Please just use a different door to door app.

I would give 5 stars if you had a total count for the # of leads per day, by different categories. Should be a super easy implementation and would significantly help with analytics

You can use it for anything. Way better than you think

Spotio self-proclaimed number one filled service canvassing software does not have phone support. Warning they also do not have a free trial. If you sign up for the service it is completely nonrefundable regardless of how unhappy you are with it. So take caution before you sign up.
