I tried registering at least 5 times. When I pressed submit it took me back to my app screen. I am unable to pay for my parking in Royal Oak Michigan tonight.

What is the alternative when I receive an "Application is not available" message? I have done a 'force stop' and 'clear cache. This is my first attempt to use the application and it isn't a pleasant experience! Is there an web app as an alternative?

How to fix Sentry app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sentry app on iPhone
Update Sentry app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sentry iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sentry on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sentry network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sentry Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sentry not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sentry App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sentry » click [Force Stop]

Update Sentry to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sentry App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sentry » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sentry.

Fix Sentry unable to contact server/ Sentry internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sentry » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sentry » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sentry
