It’s not a good sign when you buy the high end model 435x and the first thing it’s needs is a firmware update that fails to install for no obvious reason.
My next complaint is the error message “Unexpected error” when it got stuck in a soft fence. Now what? A bit more information of how to solve the problem or to reset the mover would be helpful.
I like the look of the dashboard with the picture of the robot and the halo status. It’s cute! But why is the status “parked until further notice” while I’m looking at a mowing robot? I know now: because the app has no connection to the mover. This is lazy coding.
Enough ranting. It’s not that I have a chance to use another app with this mover.

Even if the developer of this app is contracted by Husqvarna, it’s just sad that you can fix the login/authentication issue; you know, the issue where it logs you out basically every time the app launches. Also, fix the refreshing of state as well. These are all things that should come default with the build of this kind of app. Let be clear: you, the developers, should have implemented this correctly the first time. Bugs happen, I know…I’m a developer myself. But this is something that should have been working from the beginning.

Husqvarna: Hire me and I’ll fix these problems for you. Bet.

This new version is useless! I never write reviews but this update is so BAD I felt compelled to! The notifications use to explain what was wrong with the mower and did it in a fun way. Now notifications are generic, when they come through! You use to be able to zoom in on the map to find out exactly where your mower was, not anymore. And you could follow it around in somewhat real time. It was easier to navigate to the map and the mowers info. I don't care about the battery percentage, bring back the easy of use of the old app and the fun of the notifications! Such a disappointment especially considering the cost of the mower.
